I have been enjoying the services of Tutto Brilla now for going on 5 months, twice a month and have been more than pleased. They are efficient, professional and very friendly. They also notify you the day before when they will be arriving and they also reach out promptly if there might be a problem. The work is impeccable with little added touches here and there that show how much they are paying attention to the little things. If you are in need of services, I would encourage you to give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

The service was completely unacceptable. We were charged…read moreover $700 (6 hours for cleanings/2 for carpets) and did NOT get our money's worth. We have a two-story house and the first quote we received was 2-4 hours plus a flat rate for carpets. After the President of the company, according to his card, who was onsite for cleaning, saw the house at 9am, he quoted 5 hours to finish everything (2pm). At 2pm then, he said, 1 more hour. They "finished" at 5pm. We didn't move in until two days later, when we had a chance to do an in depth look and see the job they did. We paid for the full top-to-bottom move-in service which included deep cleaning and kitchen appliances, but saw the following problems before anyone else even set foot into the house: -Dirt marks on the walls -Balls of dirt and crud on 'cleaned' carpets -Hairs in the shower and sinks -Dog toenails in front of the fireplace -Dust on most doorframes, window blinds, and air vents -Hair in drawers and on floors -Airfryer untouched/not cleaned -The carpets smelled like dogs -Most of the window sills were absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, dust and grime. (We paid extra for windows as well) -The carpets may have been washed, but there's no way they were vacuumed, as after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. It was after 5pm, (when the business closed), so we called him back the next morning. We explained everything we saw and even informed him that we even took pictures for him. He was rude, very defensive and refused to believe or take accountability for any of the problems. There was no apology, no offer for correcting any issues, or any reasoning with him to come to any type of solution. He then told us he wasn't going to do anything about it, because it was after 48 hours since it the "cleaning", and since we locked the house after they finished, it was our fault for not noticing the issues then.

She got back to me with a quote almost immediately and made herself available at my earliest convenience. As a busy mom who works a full time job I rarely have time to get everything done around the house and very seldom do I have the time to do a deep clean. Maria and her crew came in and had my house looking spotless in a just a few hours. My floors and baseboards haven't looked this clean since we moved in. My kitchen and pantry are no longer cluttered and everything is exactly where it belongs. I am very pleased with her work and reasonable prices and will be using her services again.

My sister just had her first baby and I wanted to gift her something useful - I thought a cleaning…read moreservice was something she might appreciate since she has her hands full with baby and no time to clean. I've never booked a cleaner before so I wasn't really sure what I was doing. I requested quotes from a bunch of different cleaners on here and Heydi came through with a fair quote and had decent reviews. We set a date and I asked her if she accepted Venmo as a payment, which she did. As the date approached I got a little nervous since I hadn't heard from her since she last confirmed. I sent her a message the day before the appointment to make sure everything was still ok, and she said she would be there. She arrived at my sister's house on time the day of the cleaning. There were three cleaners, and the cleaning took three hours total for a five-bedroom house. My sister raved about the service afterward and her husband seemed really pleased with the job too. Heydi texted me afterward to let me know they were finished and I was able to send her payment via Venmo. I wasn't there in person to see how everything turned out but my sister was happy with the service and would have Heydi over again if wanted to have her house cleaned professionally. PS: Heydi, please reach out to clients directly a day or two before the cleaning service to confirm our appointment, that little extra step would be very meaningful. Thanks!
