My sister just had her first baby and I wanted to gift her something useful - I thought a cleaning service was something she might appreciate since she has her hands full with baby and no time to clean. I've never booked a cleaner before so I wasn't really sure what I was doing. I requested quotes from a bunch of different cleaners on here and Heydi came through with a fair quote and had decent reviews. We set a date and I asked her if she accepted Venmo as a payment, which she did. As the date approached I got a little nervous since I hadn't heard from her since she last confirmed. I sent her a message the day before the appointment to make sure everything was still ok, and she said she would be there. She arrived at my sister's house on time the day of the cleaning. There were three cleaners, and the cleaning took three hours total for a five-bedroom house. My sister raved about the service afterward and her husband seemed really pleased with the job too. Heydi texted me afterward to let me know they were finished and I was able to send her payment via Venmo. I wasn't there in person to see how everything turned out but my sister was happy with the service and would have Heydi over again if wanted to have her house cleaned professionally. PS: Heydi, please reach out to clients directly a day or two before the cleaning service to confirm our appointment, that little extra step would be very meaningful. Thanks! read more

Heydi and her team--wow! 1. Very responsive and easy to communicate with 2. Timely and respectful of your time and space!! 3. Flexible, honest and adaptable when possible for her 4. Great cleaning products (nice smelling (not overwhelming) and does not leave smear marks on floors/surfaces) 5. Prob the most important: VERY reasonable pricing and stays until your house is finished Would recommend 10/10 read more

Heydi cleaned my son's home and he was happy with the service. I would definitely use her again.

I booked my first cleaning service with them a few weeks ago for this morning. We got up early in a Saturday morning and got the house ready, however, no one showed up, no heads up and no one answered the call. I therefore have to say that I'm disappointed. read more

I have never been so happy to see Heydi and her staff! A team came to deep clean my townhouse and it was great. She was very quick and responsive to my messages, questions and showed up on time with their own equipment! They covered all the areas that I asked for and vacuumed everything up, even all the dog hair! The house looks and feels so much better. read more

This company went above and beyond. I have never seen my house this clean before and I have people come clean every Monday. Heydi was easy to communicate with and they took care of the request I had. The couches even had the vacuum lines in them and the house smelled so clean and good. A crew of three came and they did a phenomenal job. I'll be using them again. Don't forget to tip. They don't ask for it but if you are satisfied the way I was take care of them! Good crew and did all the work I asked for! 5 stars all the way. read more

Wow is all I can say. I reached out to Heydi on Friday afternoon and she responded very quickly and arrived as requested and on time at 7am Monday morning ready to go. In 3 hours, my house was SPOTLESS. They added special touches such as toilet paper stamps and carpet designs that made my house look amazing. The products they used smelled great and they even washed dishes! I plan to use Heydi regularly and would highly recommend her to any and everyone! read more

Heydi just cleaned my apartment for the first time, and I'm very pleased and plan to hire her for monthly cleanings from now on. Her price was very reasonable, and I was especially happy because she communicated with me more than any other cleaning service has. It was never difficult to reach her or to get a response to my texts. She was very responsive, and very friendly when we met. My apartment is sparkling. I would highly recommend you hire her. Good job, Heydi! read more

Just had my first cleaning and already booked bi-weekly moving forward. Heydi quickly responded to my quote request and provided a reasonable quote for a first clean and was able to get us in quickly. Her team was running late this morning, but she let me know right away and when they arrived they got right to work. I had requested a few extra items, which she remembered without prompting, the team wore masks and were respectful of socially distancing, and most importantly- did a fantastic job and were super efficient. I look forward to having the extra help moving forward. read more

If there were less stars available, I would give this cleaner that. Not sure what's going on but none of their cleaners seem to think cleaning up dust is part of the house. When I asked them to redo or re-clean something, they've gotten an attitude. Also she's completely unresponsive and extremely rude. She also canceled and then completely disregarded my messages. See for screenshots. Save your money and go elsewhere! read more

Heydi and her team clean by 1800 sq foot house every two weeks. Her team is fantastic and they always go above and beyond. She accommodates my husband and I's work schedule and is great with my dog, Boomer. Hiring Heydi has been such a stress relief and we cannot thank her enough! read more

Heydi provided okay cleaning not the best. If you want your house really clean then you have to keep watching her and her team all the time. In my case, she asked for 70$ for superficial cleaning, I requested a more thorough cleaning so she requested 100 for a one bedroom apartment. I agreed, she would arrive in time, but if the owner of the house/apartment is not watching, her team does superficial cleaning. read more
