My sister just had her first baby and I wanted to gift her something useful - I thought a cleaning service was something she might appreciate since she has her hands full with baby and no time to clean. I've never booked a cleaner before so I wasn't really sure what I was doing. I requested quotes from a bunch of different cleaners on here and Heydi came through with a fair quote and had decent reviews. We set a date and I asked her if she accepted Venmo as a payment, which she did. As the date approached I got a little nervous since I hadn't heard from her since she last confirmed. I sent her a message the day before the appointment to make sure everything was still ok, and she said she would be there. She arrived at my sister's house on time the day of the cleaning. There were three cleaners, and the cleaning took three hours total for a five-bedroom house. My sister raved about the service afterward and her husband seemed really pleased with the job too. Heydi texted me afterward to let me know they were finished and I was able to send her payment via Venmo. I wasn't there in person to see how everything turned out but my sister was happy with the service and would have Heydi over again if wanted to have her house cleaned professionally. This company went above and beyond. I have never seen my house this clean before and I have people come clean every Monday. Heydi was easy to communicate with and they took care of the request I had. The couches even had the vacuum lines in them and the house smelled so clean and good. A crew of three came and they did a phenomenal job. I'll be using them again. Don't forget to tip. Just had my first cleaning and already booked bi-weekly moving forward. Heydi quickly responded to my quote request and provided a reasonable quote for a first clean and was able to get us in quickly. Her team was running late this morning, but she let me know right away and when they arrived they got right to work. If there were less stars available, I would give this cleaner that. Not sure what's going on but none of their cleaners seem to think cleaning up dust is part of the house. When I asked them to redo or re-clean something, they've gotten an attitude. Also she's completely unresponsive and extremely rude. She also canceled and then completely disregarded my messages. Heydi provided okay cleaning not the best. If you want your house really clean then you have to keep watching her and her team all the time. In my case, she asked for 70$ for superficial cleaning, I requested a more thorough cleaning so she requested 100 for a one bedroom apartment.
