My sister just had her first baby and I wanted to gift her something useful - I thought a cleaning…read moreservice was something she might appreciate since she has her hands full with baby and no time to clean. I've never booked a cleaner before so I wasn't really sure what I was doing. I requested quotes from a bunch of different cleaners on here and Heydi came through with a fair quote and had decent reviews. We set a date and I asked her if she accepted Venmo as a payment, which she did. As the date approached I got a little nervous since I hadn't heard from her since she last confirmed. I sent her a message the day before the appointment to make sure everything was still ok, and she said she would be there. She arrived at my sister's house on time the day of the cleaning. There were three cleaners, and the cleaning took three hours total for a five-bedroom house. My sister raved about the service afterward and her husband seemed really pleased with the job too. Heydi texted me afterward to let me know they were finished and I was able to send her payment via Venmo. I wasn't there in person to see how everything turned out but my sister was happy with the service and would have Heydi over again if wanted to have her house cleaned professionally. PS: Heydi, please reach out to clients directly a day or two before the cleaning service to confirm our appointment, that little extra step would be very meaningful. Thanks!

We've relied on Progressive Cleaning for traditional once/mo house cleaning (family of 5, no pets)…read moreservice for over a year. Our home is meticulously cleaned after each visit. Their service is consistently excellent. They get every crumb, leaf & sticky spot out of every corner of every room in our home. While the service is not cheap it seems to be the going rate in this area, and I have no regrets about paying for the service. The owner has not raised the rates on us since we started a year ago. Timing. The cleaning team is very reliable - they've never canceled on me. There have been times when they've needed to change the time frame on a particular day, but that was communicated to me as soon as the need to adjust was known. We are very satisfied with Progressive Cleaning.

We booked recurring office cleaning services with Progressive and had an extremely poor experience…read more Multiple teams they sent were unprofessional, rude, and did not clean properly. When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. Wow, I am not surprised , I also encountered very shady behaviors from their team during the work. If you do decide to give this company a try, please be careful.

ISA Cleaning Service LLC has been to my home twice now and each time they've done an awesome job!…read more I've actually scheduled them monthly 3 months out. I'm not home much and am not a deep cleaning type of person and ISA definitely excels at deep cleaning. They actually take pictures so you can see the difference in the cleanliness of areas I never touch. The dust on top of the fridge was crazy and who knew you could remove toilet seats to clean that area better! I travel a lot and though I sweep and vacuum I know my strength isn't cleaning and so I like having someone who is good at it stepping in. I have a two story 3k square foot home and they were able to do the first cleaning in 5 hours with 3 people. Afterwards they were able to clean with 2 in about 2.5-3 hours. I definitely got the value for my money with ISA. I also love how professional they are. They come to clean and they work straight through. They arrive on time too, if they say 8am, your doorbell rings at 8! They are a family who moved from MD to Florida and I'm so glad I found them!
