We have a two-story house and the first quote we received was 2-4 hours plus a flat rate for carpets. After the President of the company, according to his card, who was onsite for cleaning, saw the house at 9am, he quoted 5 hours to finish everything (2pm). At 2pm then, he said, 1 more hour. They "finished" at 5pm. We didn't move in until two days later, when we had a chance to do an in depth look and see the job they did. We paid for the full top-to-bottom move-in service which included deep cleaning and kitchen appliances, but saw the following problems before anyone else even set foot into the house: -Dirt marks on the walls -Balls of dirt and crud on 'cleaned' carpets -Hairs in the shower and sinks -Dog toenails in front of the fireplace -Dust on most doorframes, window blinds, and air vents -Hair in drawers and on floors -Airfryer untouched/not cleaned -The carpets smelled like dogs -Most of the window sills were absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, dust and grime. (We paid extra for windows as well) -The carpets may have been washed, but there's no way they were vacuumed, as after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. It was after 5pm, (when the business closed), so we called him back the next morning. We explained everything we saw and even informed him that we even took pictures for him. He was rude, very defensive and refused to believe or take accountability for any of the problems. There was no apology, no offer for correcting any issues, or any reasoning with him to come to any type of solution. He then told us he wasn't going to do anything about it, because it was after 48 hours since it the "cleaning", and since we locked the house after they finished, it was our fault for not noticing the issues then.

I dont know if it was just a rush job or they just dont want to do the extra step, but they need to learn what the machines do. After cleaned, there were little balls of wet dirt and hair around the room, which they just left there. This happens if you dont vacuum carpet before washing it. They need to learn that machine vacuum is supposed to vacuum dirty water and not meant for solids.

They missed their appointment twice and I was super chill about it. They were even 30 minutes late the day of the appointment with no heads-up. They promised to fix things on inspection but she lied and said they couldn't because they had another appointment. Another appointment at 4 PM? But, thats not all - The day they were supposed to come back out to re-clean the floors, I get an email saying the maids left the property because "they repeatedly rang the doorbell, but nobody has come to answer". But, guess what? We don't have a doorbell in our home and we were home the entire time. When I told her that, she didn't even respond back to the email. They ended up saying that we'll have to schedule and pay for another cleaning service Expensive They were 30% more expensive. They sent one maid to clean my 2,100 house. It was very clear she did not want to be there and she did not make any attempt to hide that fact. She tried to leave before cleaning the basement, then tried to lie her way out of it. Luckily, my nanny was there to back me up. The maid didn't even have a mop. She had a dry towel attached to a broom. When we inspected the house end I asked them to go back and fix things, they said they couldn't because there was another appointment. They said they would come back another day free of charge but never did.

The crews are pretty pet friendly. There have been a couple times when we've gotten calls because one of the fur kids wasn't feeling good and expressed concern. They do a great job cleaning. Do they clean exactly like you do? Probably not, no one cleans the way you do in your home. It's nice to come home to a house that's clean and smells good. They have recently had a management change and they have been great to work with. We've had several surgeries and emergencies this year and they have worked around our schedule.
