They had to be told to come back and do the job again. They did. They took twice as long the second time and had to put down two coats to fix the mess they made the first time. We were out of our house for days because of the smell (instead of just one day). There was a mixup in the beginning of the job and the wrong people came to the house and set the job up for a different day than we had agreed. Then we had to rearrange the time again. And, the two people who came to do the job were physically unsuited to the task. They were creaky and could not lift the equipment without pain. The coup de grace was when they came back to put the furniture back, they scratched our newly finished floor. The boss had to run to Home Depot to buy more polyurethane. Perhaps they could do home cleaning and office cleaning, but NOT refinishing floors!
