I didn't arrive until the crew had just finished cleaning. I did a quick walkthrough and didn't notice any issues at the time. However, when the new tenant moved in, they found that the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned at all. Unfortunately, the previous tenant had left the cabinets quite messy, so I had to reduce the new tenant's first month's rent. I hired this company because of its reviews and trusted that they would do a good job. It was very disappointing.

I chose this company because of the great reviews, and unfortunately, my experience was highly…read moredisappointing. I booked Spekless a month ago for a deep cleaning. I live in a 3 level townhome. The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers. I'm adding 2 more stars to my review.
