One thing that meant the world to me was how wonderful they were with my dog. Being kind to animals is a dealbreaker for me, and they treated her with such patience and affection. That alone spoke volumes about the kind of people they are. I also loved the cleaning products they used. My home smelled so fresh and clean without the overpowering chemical scent that some products leave behind. It was exactly the kind of clean I was hoping for. I haven't had professional cleaning help in a very long time, but keeping up with my home has become more challenging lately while balancing work and a very important personal project. I decided it was time to pamper myself a little, and I'm so glad I did. The house looks amazing, and I've already decided this will become a twice-monthly treat for myself. Thank you, Noble, for making my home feel fresh again and for sending such caring, wonderful people. I highly recommend your services!

I did previously enjoy using them because the price was right. They didn't always do the best job,…read morebut it was good enough. In the last few times I've used them, Daniel would change the rate price on me at the last minute and would notify me either day prior or day of so it would be impossible for me to find another cleaner at the last minute. He increased my rate because I renovated my home and added a bathroom. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month. Felt like they were extorting me and putting me in the last minute situations knowing I had no other option to be fulfilled in time.

I wasn't planning to write a review, but after several reminders from Yelp, and after finding far…read morebetter alternatives - I decided others should be warned. This review is specifically about their move-out cleaning service. Their existing positive reviews appear to be for regular/standard cleaning, which is a different scope and pricing structure. Anyone searching specifically for move-out cleaning should not rely on the overall rating - my experience suggests it doesn't reflect this service line at all. This company reached out to me first with an attractive offer: full service breakdown, plus a discount. Once I engaged, the reality didn't match the pitch: * Communication was poor - I had to repeatedly chase them for callbacks. * The "quote" turned out to be just an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum, not a fixed price. * When I asked what happens if the job runs long, they had no answer beyond calling mid-job to approve extra charges. * I gave full apartment details and had their supervisor visit in person to assess the exact scope -- yet they still refused to commit to a fixed price. * When I added professional carpet cleaning, they simply added a charge and claimed it would still fit the same 2-2.5 hour window, which felt designed to keep the quote artificially low. * After I asked for transparency and requested to speak with the owner, they messaged that they no longer wanted the job -- after all the time I'd invested. After reading other reviews on Yelp and Google Maps, I found I'm not the only one who encountered this exact pattern - particularly the refusal to commit to a fixed price even after an in-person estimate. This is not an isolated miscommunication; it reflects a deliberate business model built around mid-job upselling. By calling customers partway through the job to demand more money, they exploit the fact that switching providers at that point is inconvenient and costly, making most people simply agree rather than push back. This appears to be a calculated and predatory practice, not an oversight. I later found other reputable cleaning companies offering fixed pricing by apartment size/scope, plus a free re-cleaning guarantee if issues come up at final inspection. That's the standard to expect. Bottom line: if a cleaning company won't give a fixed price even after an in-person estimate, that's a red flag. Open-ended hourly billing gives them every incentive to run the clock, not finish efficiently.

I wanted to leave a stellar review but in the end the customer service and the cleaning service did…read morenot deliver at all. I moved out of my 2bed 2 bath condo and needed a deep cleaning service asap to have it be ready for renters to view. When I called, Manuel was incredibly professional and informative, and was able to slot me in for the next day. I opted for the move in/move out deep clean service and left specific directives over the phone of what areas needed special attention, mainly my laminate wood floors which had some white caked on dust from a rug pad that had been on the floor for ten years and left white residue that needed a bit of extra cleaning to get off. The three cleaners that came were very nice and did a good job except for the following: My sink did not look like it had been cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and was did not look clean. My white quarts countertops also did not look cleaned with the right cleansers and I had to go over them again with a magic eraser. The main problem was the floor. I pointed out there were several areas that still had white powder on them. I pointed it out and even got on the floor and started to rub them with the magic erasers. The cleaners saw me doing this and when I said they should give it another pass they didn't and just left. I had to spend another 30 minutes going over with a magic eraser. When I called to let Manuel know, he told me the service had been completed and offered no solution. I insisted that me having to do it myself means the service had not been completed and asked for a discount. They offered me $20 off of a $320 dollar service and then when I saw my receipt the next day there was no discount. All in all, I would not recommend them as the customer service is nowhere to be found. As a first time customer I should have been offered a free clean or a larger discount for services not completed. Look elsewhere for your cleaning services. Bright home Solutions doesn't look out for customer satisfaction.
