Don't support this company. This is a long review, but TLDR - these people dishonest, their service as are expensive, and they don't do a good job. There are plenty of cleaning companies out there, go with them. I'm handicap with two kids, so I really rely on contractors to help me take care of my home. I don't mind paying and I don't expect things to be perfect, but this was just a shakedown with no respect for the customer. Dishonest This was the biggest thing. They missed their appointment twice and I was super chill about it. They were even 30 minutes late the day of the appointment with no heads-up. They promised to fix things on inspection but she lied and said they couldn't because they had another appointment. Another appointment at 4 PM? But, thats not all - The day they were supposed to come back out to re-clean the floors, I get an email saying the maids left the property because "they repeatedly rang the doorbell, but nobody has come to answer". But, guess what? We don't have a doorbell in our home and we were home the entire time. When I told her that, she didn't even respond back to the email. They ended up saying that we'll have to schedule and pay for another cleaning service Expensive They were 30% more expensive. I actually chose them because I thought this meant they were good, but I was so wrong. Quality of Cleaning They are bad at cleaning hands-down. Majority of reviews here are from AirBnB hosts or realtors that are not physically at the property or using the property. I mean the cleaning was terrible. They are understaffed. They sent one maid to clean my 2,100 house. It was very clear she did not want to be there and she did not make any attempt to hide that fact. She tried to leave before cleaning the basement, then tried to lie her way out of it. Luckily, my nanny was there to back me up. The maid didn't even have a mop. She had a dry towel attached to a broom. When we inspected the house end I asked them to go back and fix things, they said they couldn't because there was another appointment. They said they would come back another day free of charge but never did. read more

The service is poorly run and managed. Some teams are wonderful but you don't always get the same team. One time a team came to my house, opened my garage door (electronic) and drove a car into my backyard (which is not a driveway as it clearly contains dining table, chairs, sofa, rug, and toys, etc. after pushing furniture away). They drove right over my kids toys and the rug into furniture to park even though I told them there's plenty of free street parking. When I asked them to please move the car out of a backyard, the team broke my garage sensor. All of this was caught on a security camera and yet management STILL refused to reimburse me for the actual damages (I provided a full receipt) and I couldn't even get them on a phone call. I should have followed my gut and not used this business, something wasn't quite right about her tone when she was on speaker phone. There is such a shortage of really good, qualified cleaners. I gambled and lost big time. The area of my new EMPTY home that needed cleaning was about 4000 sf. The cleaners were instructed to do the kitchen, base boards, floors, doors. They only had to clean a master bath and powder room. This was a basic move cleaning, no furniture. I didn't squabble over price quoted. The owner sent out two cleaners one TRAINEE and one experienced. The main cleaner Leslie spent much of her time re doing the less experienced cleaners work. She was pleasant at first, but things got weirder as time went on. She asked me how much my house cost, who lived there with me. Leslie would not stop asking questions. She even ate fruit off my trees. I felt she was inappropriate but a nice person so I moved forward. I was hoping for the best. After four hours, I returned to a lemon fresh home. I was given 5-10 minutes to check a large home with impatient and a very tired Leslie. Leslie's whole temperament changed. I did my best to check as much as I could and tipped. I moved in about 3 days later.......they cleaned nothing. I tested it with a rag. Lower and top shelves and cabinet filthy. Baseboards half done and cleaned. Master shower dirty. Front door only cleaned half way. Cleaners didn't have a ladder or proper equipment. I am questioning what DID they really clean.....everything was just surface cleaned at best.....not detailed clean. What the hell did I just pay $600 plus I20 dollar tip for????? Why would you send a trainee to clean a house? I found out much later Leslie complained about the size of the house, I guess that explains why she did such a half butt job. Did you even google my house? It's the owner of the company's responsibility to do an accurate quote. When I told her my grievances private, she apologized as she loudly ate her snacks and offered a re do of one area or (5) 15% discount codes. Lady, I am never using your service again. I politely declined, and accepted the fact I was taken for a ride. I wrote a follow up review on the 3rd party service I found this shoddy "business", she responded showing her ignorance and arrogance. She suggested it was my fault because I tipped. I was somehow responsible for their obvious negligence. Crazy. The owner has been in business less than a year. She should take some good advice and actually monitor who she sends to clean. I expect her to defend her business vigorously, but wrong is wrong......take responsibility. You weren't there, I was. Anyone with eyes can see the filth. This will not be the last negative she receives. Train your staff BEFORE they go to a paying customer's home. Side note, she was suppose to give an additional quote on my windows and she never showed. She stated the morning of her cleaners would give her the info instead and she would get back me. Wow. Where to start. We are moving. My husband hired this group to do a thorough cleaning of our home so we could list it for sale. This was done this week while I was traveling for work. I also have been commuting from Florida to MD for 6 months, so the house needed a serious deep clean. These folks quoted 4 hours. They worked inefficiently for 9 and charged us for 9. I was a bit taken aback by the large charge on our bank account, but assumed they had done a much more thorough job. WRONG. I got home this morning. Let me begin to list what did NOT get done: master bathroom: sinks are dirty. Now, my husband's side I can understand; but I haven't been home, yet my sink is dirty. The shower glass is dirty and still has soap scum. The wood part of the risers on the stairs? Seriously dusty. I wiped my finger on one section and it was coated with dust. Blinds and shades? All coated with dust. Kitchen stainless appliances? Not cleaned; or if they were, they are streaky. Windows are dirty. Window sills are all dusty. Hanging light fixtures are dusty. Ceiling fans are dirty. Baseboards and walls were dusty/dirty. What exactly did this outfit do that took NINE HOURS and a HUGE CHUNK OF CHANGE????????? read more

Absolutely horrible experience with The Clean Agenda. We have a vacation rental in the DMV listed on all the vacation rental platforms, AirBNB, VERBO, etc. We contracted with The Clean Agenda to provide cleaning services between guests and to be our Guest Contact. They were horrible with both aspects of the contract as reviews left on the AirBNB stated "Beautiful Home but not clean." This poorly run company charged a $430 cleaning fee between guests and received comments like "counter tops dirty," no toilet paper in the bathrooms," and "towels and sheets not washed." I normally don't give reviews however in the case I feel compelled to give my experience with The Clean Agenda. I live in a six bedrooms 4 bathrooms three level single family home 4009 square feet no pets. I called the company to get a consultation on how much it will cost me to get a deep cleaning. I was quoted a price for the job $648. The consultant was professional. It was explained to me what the cleaners would be doing for a deep cleaning. So I made the appointment. The day of the appointment the cleaners arrived and I was very excited. The first red flag was only two people arrived to clean a six bedrooms 4 bathrooms three level single family home 4009 square feet no pets. My thought was as experienced professional cleaners they knew what needed to be done and would complete the job. That was not the case. Of course I walked them through the house to show them the areas that needed to be cleaned. One of the issues was a language barrier that I'm totally okay with, I just used my google translator to understand. When cleaning the bathrooms which was done fair they used cloths instead of paper towels to clean the mirrors and faucets which left smearing and residue. I gave them paper towels to use. So at this point I realized I needed to kindly monitor their work. So, with a deep cleaning package the floors should have been mopped. They only sweeped them. I brought this to their attention and they only had a sweeper. Then I had to remind them to dust the ceiling fans and lights. At this point my excitement was turning to sadness. I called the company and explained. The company then dispatched two additional people to come out and assist the cleaners. I was told they where 20 minutes away which turned out to be two hours away. Meanwhile the cleaners that were there didn't have a vacuum cleaner nor did they have a mop sighs. So the first crew of cleaners got to my house at 9:00am by the time I had them go back and either redo or do the things required for a deep cleaning it was near 1:30pm... still waiting for the second crew to come out and help. At 2:00pm the second crew arrived. They did not have a mop and their vacuum cleaner did not work well it was barely picking up the lint on the carpet. The worst part of this experience as if it couldn't get any worst, the cleaners told me we will be right back we are going to get a mop. They never returned. The entire experience was unacceptable unprofessional. I expressed the events of the day to The Clean Agenda and they refunded me $80 from the $648. Unfortunately my husband and I ended up mopping seven floors and vacuuming 8 carpeting throughout the house. read more
