The process for getting a quote and arranging timing once we connected was very easy, and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to the scope of the project, which I really appreciated. In terms of the actual service, I cannot speak highly enough of Swept Clean. I requested a one-time deep clean of the apartment, including an oven and refrigerator cleaning. For the entire main area of the apartment (kitchen / dining / living) and one bedroom and bathroom (approx. 750-800 sq ft), plus the oven and the refrigerator, the entire cost was $399. This was definitely more expensive than some of the other quotes I received from larger companies, but honestly it was completely worth it when I came back home and saw the finished results. I wish I had taken before and after photos to demonstrate how incredible the job they did was. Everything was near spotless--even the baseboards, which my roommates and I have neglected in nearly two years of living in our apartment. They "finished" at 5pm. We didn't move in until two days later, when we had a chance to do an in depth look and see the job they did. We paid for the full top-to-bottom move-in service which included deep cleaning and kitchen appliances, but saw the following problems before anyone else even set foot into the house: -Dirt marks on the walls -Balls of dirt and crud on 'cleaned' carpets -Hairs in the shower and sinks -Dog toenails in front of the fireplace -Dust on most doorframes, window blinds, and air vents -Hair in drawers and on floors -Airfryer untouched/not cleaned -The carpets smelled like dogs -Most of the window sills were absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, dust and grime. (We paid extra for windows as well) -The carpets may have been washed, but there's no way they were vacuumed, as after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. It was after 5pm, (when the business closed), so we called him back the next morning. We explained everything we saw and even informed him that we even took pictures for him. He was rude, very defensive and refused to believe or take accountability for any of the problems. He then told us he wasn't going to do anything about it, because it was after 48 hours since it the "cleaning", and since we locked the house after they finished, it was our fault for not noticing the issues then.

I dont know if it was just a rush job or they just dont want to do the extra step, but they need to learn what the machines do. After cleaned, there were little balls of wet dirt and hair around the room, which they just left there. This happens if you dont vacuum carpet before washing it. They need to learn that machine vacuum is supposed to vacuum dirty water and not meant for solids.
