Despite the fact that adding our house (in Alexandria) to their rotation of clients mainly in Arlington had its logistical challenges, they have not let that interfere with providing timely service. They send dates of service for 1 year in advance and coordinate at the beginning of the week for the exact time of arrival. These reminders are perfect to help us deconflict with our busy family schedule (and to remind us to straighten up before their arrival!). When it comes to the cleaning, their work is thorough and spotless. The first thing I see when I get home is the gleaming kitchen sink!! They do a wonderful job in the bathrooms, bedrooms, and with our floors. Any tricky area we ask about ahead of time (like a shower) is given extra attention at the next appointment. We appreciate the services of the folks at Purrfectly Kleen for keeping our house clean and safe (and as a working parent allowing me to keep my sanity)! I highly recommend their services to any household in need!!!!

The ladies (Believe Blanca & Rose) showed up on time and went right to work. They did a wonderful job restoring order back into my home. Cleaned inside oven, refrigerator and microwave. I was very pleased and it brought a since of calm to start the New Year with a sparkling home. I added reoccurring monthly service, it's so worth it and price was very good.

I hope this review helps others avoid the experience I had…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should know about my experience. I hired this company specifically for a post-construction cleaning, and before booking I asked multiple times if they were experienced with post-construction cleaning. I specifically explained that I expected the ceilings, walls, window sills and tracks, light fixtures, inside and outside of cabinets, shelves, bathrooms, and all surfaces to be thoroughly dusted and cleaned because construction dust gets everywhere. They assured me they knew exactly what a proper post-construction cleaning involved. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. When they finished, it looked like many areas had never been touched. Construction dust was still covering window tracks and sills, shelves, mirrors, bathroom fixtures, countertops, shower walls, tubs, toilets, inside and outside of cabinets, and even decorative fixtures. There was still debris left on the floors, dust around plumbing fixtures, and residue throughout the bathrooms. The fine construction dust that I specifically hired them to remove was still everywhere. When I contacted the company, I expected them to make things right. Instead, the manager became argumentative, raised his voice at me, accused me of trying to take advantage of the situation, and refused to provide any refund. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the cleaning itself. At that point, I had completely lost trust in the company. Although they offered to come back, I politely declined because I no longer had confidence that they would do the job properly, and I didn't want to waste any more of my time. I ended up starting the cleaning myself and now have to hire another company next week to finish the job correctly. We were planning to move into our home immediately because we have an upcoming trip, but instead I lost my entire morning dealing with this and still wasn't able to move in. I paid a premium expecting my home to be move-in ready after construction, but instead I was left with more work, more expenses, and a great deal of frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for post-construction cleaning. The quality of the work and the way my concerns were handled were both extremely unprofessional.

They didn't do a good job at all. When I ran my hand over the kitchen counters? You could feel grit like dust. Same for the window sills and blinds. I sent a video to the company and got a long email about how dust/human hair/pet hair settles. They cleaned the day before I was scheduled to move in and no one was in the home and I don't have a pet. Bathroom was dusty still. I asked for my carpets to be cleaned and it seems they just vacuumed them. I need to be able to trust the people I work with and that isn't the case here. Yes, they offered to send the team out again but I wanted my home cleaned BEFORE I moved in. I would not use them again. Update 12/11/20222: I know you are wondering if they were so horrible, why the 4 star review? The owner/manager, Cristian, reached out to me. Very responsive. Very kind and respectful. We came to an agreeable resolution. I respect and greatly appreciate the service in terms of how he responded. In the interest of fairness, for that and based on the first time they cleaned the townhouse, I can give 4 stars.

Communication was lacking the day they were supposed to come out and only became more responsive after I voiced concerns about the quality of the work. To their credit, they did make an effort to address the issue by offering to send someone back, which I appreciated. However, it feels more like a recurring issue with their team. Overall, I did not find the value to match the quality of work done, and I personally would not use or recommend their services. We live and we learn.

Possibly the best experience I've ever had with a cleaning company. I've tried a fairly good number…read moreof companies to clean my home - most were fine but nothing that stood out, a few that damaged or broke things in my home (one banged a small hole in the wall with something and didn't tell me, another poured soapy water onto my gas cooktop to clean it and it exploded then they refused to fix it) so I know how hard it is to find a service that you trust and that goes above and beyond. The customer service when communicating with the owner was exemplary- the response time was quick and the questions were answered. The cleaning itself was exceptional. The time and attention to detail were impressive. My parents were visiting at the time of the cleaning, my mother asked if they could come to Richmond because she had never seen a crew do such a great job. You know when it impresses your Mom you've got a winner! I would definitely recommend, and I am looking forward to using them again in the future.

WellNest's business…read morepractices in how a client is charged seems unfair I was getting my house ready for sale and was told WellNest would do a great job. A crew of two arrived at the appointed time. When my husband made the appointment, he specified a 'move out' cleaning, and I personally stressed to the crew the windows, baseboards needed extra attention. I took for granted that when they arrived, they would know what they were supposed to clean, but in actuality, they diid not. It seemed they did a cursory wipe down of surfaces, most cabinets, and then mopped the bedroom and living room floors. The blinds were cleaned, but not all the windows. We still found dirty/dusty areas in the bathrooms and closets, and certaIn cabinet doors weren't even touched. They also didn't touch the kitchen floor, the stove, or the fridge. My husband reached out to the owner, Phil H via email, regarding the lack of attention to detail. Phil thanked my husband for emailing and not leaving a bad review, and assured my husband the work done by the team would be of no charge to us. BUT, we were still charged $351 - without any warning or further discussion with Phil. Another email was sent to Phil inquiring about this charge. Phil stated that the charge is just based on hours worked and the charge would have been higher had the crew stayed longer and been more attentive to the cleaning. Since the team was not attentive, we will be given a $25 credit. **If anyone requires the emails for proof, I'll gladly post them on Yelp.

She scheduled a move in and a move out for me. they know her and she said this way I will prove to you they are the best. the move in clean was scheduled the day prior me moving in. The house was completely empty. Contractors finished the job and they cleaned their mess prior to leaving. cabinets were not cleaned with dust bunny in it, spider web on the corner of the shower, fridge wasn't cleaned on top nor inside, windows sills not cleaned .... so much that my friend cried and did everything herself. the move out was scheduled and she wasn't going to keep it but, the company offered to come back to redo the work but due to scheduling it wasn't possible. (oh and PS we are still finding area while unpacking that were never touched by them). so I said to my friend, maybe they will send a different team and notify them so we will have a better services this time. MISTAKE again! I waited outside during the cleaning. they asked me to come and check. well they rushed me to check would be a better sentence. they missed a huge dirty wall in the kitchen. " oh sorry" and cleaned it. I went downstairs and in the bathroom toothpaste was still on the mirror and the wall, "may I have your towel please " and I cleaned it in front of them. they then left but had dust bunnies, fridge and freezer not cleaned, side and top of the fridge not clean, front door not cleaned, outlet with light switch not cleaned and one blind damage and one door damage with no attention from management nor discount. bottom line, my friend is so upset that she cancelled her services and told all of her friends who took her great recommendations. it is sad because the move out they could have offered to come back and we would have accepted it but it's been a week with a big silence treatment .... sooo

Instructions were given on where the key would be and where to place it, those directions didn't get followed and then they said I didn't give them key instructions. The basement wasn't cleaned due to them being worried about the dog. They claimed they couldn't find the light switch. The light switch is at the top of the steps and there's another set at the bottom. Dog was secured in the crate the entire time. Not once did anyone call and ask about the light switch, they didn't ask if it was safe to go downstairs and instead of just saying they messed up, they wanted to argue. In addition to that, there is a light right at the basement door before you open it, had they turns it on, they would've seen the switch ‍. My gut tells me they forgot or kissy didn't want to do it. It's terrible service, they did a very basic job and I do not recommend ever. ‍
