Urban Clean is awesome! Issam and two other women on his staff arrived near the beginning of the two hour window, did a quick walk through with me, and got straight to work. With all three of them here, it took them no time at all, which I very much appreciated because I wasn't feeling well that day. Issam checked with me to confirm that I approved of the cleaning products he planned to use, which I very much appreciated. They remade the beds and even moved a nightstand in our guest room to a more suitable place! Talk about above and beyond...we just moved in and hadn't gotten around to moving the nightstand to beside the bed. Issam dusted the bookshelf where all of my cookbooks are and he moved all of the books off the shelf. Let me tell you, that was no small feat. I appreciate that he took the time to be thorough, even though it probably slowed them down a bit. I also appreciated that at the end of the cleaning, Issam walked through with me to make sure I was happy and told me to call him if I found anything that wasn't up to my standards. I asked him if I owed him anything on top of what I had already paid and he said that whatever the estimate was is all it would cost. I appreciate that there weren't any surprise costs at the end. Our house was cleaned this past week, it was wonderful!! Our living room was vacuumed, the pillows were neatly decorated on our couches, our coffee table was dusted and cleaned off. The dishes in the kitchen were either cleaned and put away or placed in the dishwasher. Our garbage upstairs and downstairs was taken out and new small garbage bags were put inside the garbage cans. Our toilet was cleaned and bathroom sink was shining! Our bed was made and neatly tucked (like a hotel!) The pillows were also nicely placed on our bed as well. I received a door flyer from this company and decided to try them out. The website was very easy to navigate and it was very easy for me to add on extras. The prices are very good, especially if you use the yelp promo code. I left specific directions on how to get in my apartment and they followed them. When I returned home, the smell was very refreshing. The cleaners did a great job in every room. I left out clean sheets and they changed my bed sheets.
