I scheduled my first cleaning for 9 a.m. because I had other places to go later. As of 10, no crew and no call, email, or text. (And yes, they had confirmed my appointment multiple times). I called the office twice and no one was available. I left two messages asking where the cleaners were and saying that I'd have to reschedule if they didn't appear shortly. Leticia and Rosa were a fantastic team I granted access into my home today using Splifee after having terrible service using MaidPro. I'm more than satisfied with Splifee's services using Leticia and Rosa. I want THEM every schedule with this company. Things that the other company had trouble with, this team saw themselves and corrected without me having to point ANYTHING OUT. In addition to this, I was asked to go though my house and judge it. FOR EXAMPLE, I found one shower nozzle smudged with water dried instead of buffed chrome, they didn't argue/attitude/shout for help annoyed like MaidPro did, they acessed and kindly and gently corrected it with a smile genuine and asked me to find anything she wrong. They didn't leave until I was competed with accessing my home, and they even talked with me about their own lives in respectful ways when I made chat. MaidPro was very disrespectful and disappointing in all aspects. It was a lot of paid unservice with the MaidPro, I'm glad I found Splifee and this service team. Moreover, this Splifee service is slightly more expensive, but you get what you pay for. It's great quality. The team had common sense. They care. They respect. They didn't need a checklist to show off skills in a brochure. They DO it. read more

Disorganized I requested one cleaning. I confirmed a time, location, etc. with Spiflee a week in advance. Spiflee sent me a follow up email "confirming" the details of my cleaning. The email contained incorrect information. I had to call Spiflee back twice to correct the information. After fixing this issue, Spiflee changed the person who would be coming three times. This was an issue because my apartment complex requires the name of the cleaners ahead of time for security reasons. Flakey An hour before my cleaner was supposed to arrive, she texted me (the company never communicated with me) that she would not be available that day. I explained that I had guests coming that night and I needed the cleaning. She was not available to come until the next day. I had to do the majority of the cleaning myself. Furthermore, when the cleaner finally did come, she texted me saying she was at the hotel next to my apartment...? Apparently Spiflee failed to relay any of the information I gave them to their cleaner. I will not be using this company again. read more

We have loved having Spiflee as our cleaning service! They do a fantastic job cleaning our 3 bedroom house every other week. The kids love coming home to all of their toys lined up on their beds :-) Great service! We initially purchased a Groupon, which was only a limited cleaning...and we weren't thrilled. But ever since we purchased the regular bi-weekly cleaning, it has been amazing and still very affordable. I wouldn't judge just based on the Groupon "trial". The full clean is awesome. read more

Purchased a GroupOn deal for 4 hours of housecleaning. I have purchased less hours before from other companies and have had my entire home cleaned well quickly. Spiflee sent out one lady who did not seem to know what she was doing. She wasted the 4 hours cleaning only 2 bedrooms and did not touch the rest of the house. When her 4 hours were up she said she would only finish cleaning the house if we paid more money. I refused and contacted customer service who pretty much reiterated what the cleaning lady said. In short, don't waste your money here. There are better cleaning companies out there who will quickly clean your home for less money. edit in response to owner: You make it seem as if my home was huge, it is not. It is 1500 square feet. Your website did not allow me to clarify that my house is actually 2 bedroom and 3.5 bath. The extra bedroom that I added is actually a den and the bathroom in the basement is about 6x3 feet (very small). Your worker spent 4 hours cleaning less than 600 square feet of my home which included one bedroom, one full bathroom, one small bathroom, one den, and the basement (den and bathroom are in the basement). You are basically letting your customers know that it takes an hour for your cleaners to clean 150 square feet of a house. So in order to get my entire house cleaned, I would have needed to pay for 10 hours! Like I said, I'll go with a better company... read more

This is my first time using Spiflee for my rental property and I absolutely liked their customer service, very professional and punctual. Cleaner arrived on time and left the place spotless! I highly recommend them and will be using them for turning over my other rental properties! read more

I finally was able to reach the owner Xavier (dial extension 101 when you call the main #) and he agreed to refund the money we had paid for the cleaning service. He was apologetic that we had a bad experience, but also was making a few excuses for why things happened and blamed Groupon. Sorry.....but if Groupon had listed something wrong (which he wasn't clear about exactly what Groupon had done wrong), Spiflee had a chance to clarify things when we made the appointment for two folks for 2 hours....not tell us we aren't getting what we paid for when they show up. I'd still stay away, but if you've had a bad experience, demand your $$ back. ***Update based on owners comments*** Hey Exavier....you say you don't have a two hour time slot?! You should really check out Groupon before you make statements. Please see this website (https://www.groupon.com/deals/spiflee-3) where it shows a similar offer to what we bought several months ago and other commenters even said they bought as well. "- Two Man Hours of House Cleaning; - Four Man Hours of House Cleaning Two man hours could be two hours with one cleaner or one hour with two cleaners, etc." We specified what Groupon offer we purchased when we made the appointment....there was no misunderstanding on our part......it was deception on your part to honor what was bought and then failed to respond to our calls. You failed to call my wife back after she tried to reach you and also failed to call me back. As far as what payment agreement you have with Groupon....how is that relevant to poor service by your company? To all reading this...this is a perfect example of why you should avoid Spiflee. read more

They cleaned our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home last Friday and did everything we asked and more thank you so much we highly recommend!!

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as the prior reviewer who also purchased a Groupon for 4 hours of cleaning. The cleaning was poor and very "hit and miss". For example, center of floors cleaned but not in corners or behind doors, master shower not cleaned at all, one surface partially dusted and another in the same room not dusted at all. Website states they bring their own cleaning supplies, but they used mine instead. I know this because it was obvious that cabinets, closets and pantries had been rifled through and cleaning supplies, paper towel rolls, etc were left out around my home. I have had much more thorough cleaning in less time from other companies. I will not use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. The Groupon "deal" is not worth it. Don't waste your money. read more

I was worried about finding someone to clean for a client of mine who is very, very particular. Amber is very professional and so are the people she sent to my client. This company stepped up to the bat and did a WONDERFUL job. We hope to continue our relationship with them when we are in a position with better parking for their staff. read more

I used Spiflee twice in the same month at two different homes. I had the same employee, and she was awesome. I did have to tell exactly what I needed and wanted done in each house, but she was willing and then would follow up to make sure it was satisfactory, which I appreciated. She was clearly a hard worker and did a great job on the bathrooms! I did feel a little difficulty in communicating and wasn't sure the employee understood everything I needed. All in all, I was very satisfied and would def call Spiflee again! Their manager/customer service is superb whether it was a weekend or evening I called, they resppnded immediately. read more

Spiflee is absolutely amazing! No complaints! There customer service is phenomenal, as they agreed to have someone at my house a specific time even though they work in windows! Most importantly, I had to contact Spiflee a few times and a representative returned my call within 20 minutes, amazing! The quality of their work is outstanding.. highly recommended! read more

I can finally breathe again! I have asthma-- let me tell you, whatever they used to freshen this place up is truly wonderful. In my direct observation, Spiflee has issues with organizing itself as a company and with being respectful of the client and the client's time. The cleaner who I was working with requested to reschedule three times within a three week period. On another occasion, the cleaner did not show up at all one day and never provided a reason as to why she did not show up. On another occasion, the scheduler, Cierra D., mis-communicated with the cleaner and scheduled a cleaning for the wrong day. I was informed of this error only a few hours in advance. Spiflee staff failed to return text messages, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner regarding these issues. In addition to this, Spiflee staff had difficulty operating their own computer system to properly set up appointment times and billing amounts. The scheduler, Cierra D., is disorganized, unkind, and unqualified to do her job. She had difficulty doing basic algebra to calculate the amount owed after a discount, and also could not work the computer system to set up the proper billing amount (even though these tasks are part of her job description). In general, Spiflee staff had no problem with wasting the client's time due to their own disorganization and shenanigans. It retrospect, it was not worth my time to try to work through these issues with Spiflee, and I wish that I had dropped them as a cleaning service company much sooner. read more
