Since they are closed on Sunday, I was forced to clean up their mess myself after paying them close to $600 to do the job. They offered no apology and refused to provide any form of compensation for the fact that I was forced to complete the job myself. They simply expected me to wait the entire weekend with a greasy floor so that they could have an opportunity to clean it at a time convenient for themselves. If you do decide to use Zerorez, be sure to schedule a weekday appointment, otherwise you may get stuck with a filthy mess that you will have to clean yourself. See photos for the greasy residue that they added to my tile floor along with clumps of dirt and other marks, none of which were present on the tile before they arrived.
