Most awful and poor home service I have ever hired! Lizette, the owner, is extremely unprofessional and will not respond to your questions or requests until days later or... even not at all. It depends on how lucky you get. Her cleaning staff is not professionally trained and has ZERO clues how to clean after normal cleaning standarts. I don't know where she gets her cleaning personal from, and I have no clues how she thought to call herself "Elite Service". This company is one of the biggest scams in my opinion, and an absolute joke! I gave them several chances to get it right. For the first cleaning, she charged us a special fee of $200 for a 'deep clean' of our small townhouse (2 levels, partially finished basement). $200 OK! The first time costs more, because according to her, they will clean everything very well. Get that?! Very well was a lie!!!!! The first time was a dump in the toilet already! Half of my floors had not been cleaned at all!!?? Some areas had not been wiped down, several corners were left completely unattended (see my photographs). Two maids were here for two hours, cleaned half of my home, but took all of the money, and were out the door! When I wrote Lizette about it, it was a Friday. She offered to send the maids back three days later on a Monday!! The very very shitty thing was though - I had paid these $200 so I could get a real deep clean, because I was having a celebration at my home that weekend! I ended up having to clean it all myself. No partial refund, nothing. She loves to take your money, that's for sure. I gave this company several chances to make up for it. Nada. Every cleaning turned out to be the same disaster..... Half of my home cleaned. All of the money taken. Nothing ever changed. Lizette never tried to make up for any of the shitty jobs done. One time, I even dared to call the cleaning staff upstairs when they said they were done, because they had left parts of the floor uncleaned and there were big stains left. When I showed it to them, they started arguing with me that those were just scratches on wooden floor that couldn't be removed or cleaned. They argued with me until I got down on my knees myself, and started scrubbing the stains off myself!!! Picture that! I paid money for that!!!!!! Half of the time when I told Lizette about it, she would maybe reply something (like "Oh, sorry"). Half of the time she would not reply at all (I still have all conversations on my phone if you would like to see a screen shot). Another time, the maids cleaned the toilettes with something that left a brown sticky residue on ALL toilets. When I spoke to the company's owner, she said "Huh, so weird!" which sounded to me like she was doubting that I was telling the truth. One of the cleaning stuff broke a glass piece of some wall art of ours. I was in the room next door and heard it break. I waited for them to let me know that something broke. They didn't. They tried to pretend as nothing happened. When I asked about if something just broke, they acted like "Oh yeah, I meant to tell you!". Yeah right. I deducted that from my check. When you provide a very shitty service with non-trained employees that don't do their job, and argue with clients about things they missed to clean, then you do NOT provide an "Elite" service.... then you are a scam and can't even call yourself a professional. I hate to write reviews like this but I can definitely say I've given EHS plenty of time and…read moreopportunity to get it right. I've been using this company for about a year and a half now and am tired of repeating myself. Over the year and a half that these ladies have cleaned my home, it was never fully cleaned - granted, my home is pretty large (10,000 sq ft) so I didn't complain about every little thing that was missed every time. I'm pretty exhausted from my job and my hellyun of a toddler so I don't have time or energy to tell cleaning people, how to clean. I'm sure this would deter a lot of other people from hiring this company but I was willing to let this slide, hence why I hired them for so long. Along with my large home, I have expensive furnishings and the home itself is well over $1+ mil so you'd think the cleaning people would be more careful around the home - NOPE. 1. I asked them to clean and vacuum my formal dining chairs. They were so rough with them that I had to have restoration hardware come out and repair the 3 chairs they damaged! The buttons popped off of the chairs from rough handling. Those buttons were on tight and these chairs are very seldom used - they were custom chairs, each purchased at over $700 a pop! They were less than a year old when EHS started cleaning them! 2. I also have the faces of my stairs painted white and the swiffers or whatever tool they used to clean my stairs were rammed into the stair faces so hard there are plenty of scratches and the stairs have to be repainted now. 3. The master suite has French doors and one side of the door is usually latched. Well, one of the newer ladies came and pulled on this door so hard that it broke. If it didn't open the first time, did they think to look up to see if there was a latch?? 4. I had to have them redo my floors once because the initial job was so terrible. I have hardwood floors throughout the majority of my home and the person who cleaned it didn't know how to clean hardwood......I was left with a nasty, cloudy film all over and Lizette had to come back with someone else to redo them. 5. Overall these ladies are ROUGH ROUGH ROUGH with my home and things. I can't tell you how many times we've had to tell them to be gentle with everything. Even recently, while having my closet done - I can hear the ladies cleaning in the next room and it literally sounded like she was TRYING to punch a hole in the wall. I messaged Lizette right away and she corrected them. However, the ladies are gentle when they think I'm around or can hear them...but the moment they think I'm gone or can't hear them, they're back at it again! Dropping things, ramming things! I just don't understand how these people can go into any home and treat their customers' belongings in such a way. I'm pretty disappointed and I think it's time to find a new company.
