They simply expected me to wait the entire weekend with a greasy floor so that they could have an opportunity to clean it at a time convenient for themselves. If you do decide to use Zerorez, be sure to schedule a weekday appointment, otherwise you may get stuck with a filthy mess that you will have to clean yourself. See photos for the greasy residue that they added to my tile floor along with clumps of dirt and other marks, none of which were present on the tile before they arrived.
