When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying.
