The service was completely unacceptable. We were charged over $700 (6 hours for cleanings/2 for carpets) and did NOT get our money's worth. We have a two-story house and the first quote we received was 2-4 hours plus a flat rate for carpets. After the President of the company, according to his card, who was onsite for cleaning, saw the house at 9am, he quoted 5 hours to finish everything (2pm). At 2pm then, he said, 1 more hour. They "finished" at 5pm. We didn't move in until two days later, when we had a chance to do an in depth look and see the job they did. We paid for the full top-to-bottom move-in service which included deep cleaning and kitchen appliances, but saw the following problems before anyone else even set foot into the house: -Dirt marks on the walls -Balls of dirt and crud on 'cleaned' carpets -Hairs in the shower and sinks -Dog toenails in front of the fireplace -Dust on most doorframes, window blinds, and air vents -Hair in drawers and on floors -Airfryer untouched/not cleaned -The carpets smelled like dogs -Most of the window sills were absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, dust and grime. (We paid extra for windows as well) -The carpets may have been washed, but there's no way they were vacuumed, as after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. It was after 5pm, (when the business closed), so we called him back the next morning. We explained everything we saw and even informed him that we even took pictures for him. He was rude, very defensive and refused to believe or take accountability for any of the problems. There was no apology, no offer for correcting any issues, or any reasoning with him to come to any type of solution. He then told us he wasn't going to do anything about it, because it was after 48 hours since it the "cleaning", and since we locked the house after they finished, it was our fault for not noticing the issues then. read more

We used alliance cleaning this year to have our carpets cleaned. Very disappointed. We normally go with another service or do it iurselves because i cleaned carpet for years ago. I dont know if it was just a rush job or they just dont want to do the extra step, but they need to learn what the machines do. After cleaned, there were little balls of wet dirt and hair around the room, which they just left there. This happens if you dont vacuum carpet before washing it. They need to learn that machine vacuum is supposed to vacuum dirty water and not meant for solids. read more

Don't look any further! Alliance is professional, top notch carpet cleaning service. I had my 3 story townhome cleaned. I could not have asked for better service. My carpet looked brand new just in time for my new tenant. The edges of the wall had this deep dark dirt build up but Alliance took care of that and mad it look brand new. They exceeded my expectations with the services and was even there a few min earlier than the scheduled time. I've had carpet cleaned before but no one have ever delivered like Alliance. 2 weeks ago I left a google review. Here is for yelp. "Today I got a deep clean move in special. Everything has been exceptional over the phone. I even got a quote for a second property. Details were provided along the way as they were in route to the property. In this homes deep clean today there were no extras in the house so this was a plus for them to focus on the homes grime. Two people came out at 1045am. I said hello and one responded for us to look around inside. I was charged almost $700 before service ended. I saw this charge at 11am. Fair I'm eager to see the change. At 230pm I tipped them both generously as they came out. The second woman was quite happy and responsive this time with a polite thank you. They got in the car and left. It was also fair they left a trash bag at my garage. No one asked but there are a ton of haul away items outside due to the clean out I did separately so I get it. I walked inside to take a look around and that was just that. Pictures for thought. The wood area is the kitchen drawer. To be fair I've cleaned houses for a living and this may have needed another person. I thought four people would be coming out as I was outside and the phone call was recorded per my house cameras but maybe I misheard or maybe no one wanted to take a crack at the house. They did an exceptional job on this 3200sqft home. The details of the job are better left unspoken of. On another note I could have cut the cleaner that perfumed the air it was thick so no worries on lighting candles! Update text message was received from alliance offering to do the second property while acknowledging the first one was not completed. I scrubbed grout check picture to see dirty/white cleaner/wiped clean. wiped windows that turned towels black. I have no words for the company. This was suppose to be my move in ready home so I could focus on other things and just days after this cleaning service my child became terribly ill resulting in an awful diagnosis. We are floored as a family. There is no reliability that this company will make things right morally. Now more than ever I'm regretting using them." read more

I used Alliance Carpet cleaning services this morning. Woke up to my basement floor splattered with dog pooh in several areas. Looked like a crime scene. I called Alliance, made an early as possible appointment. The owner showed up within 55 minutes of my call, described what was needed to remove the stains. Alliance cleaning solutions came today and they did an amazing job!! My carpets looks brand new!!! I even had slime stuck on my carpet that my kids left under my king size bed. Alliance moved my very heavy bed and got all the slime out. Btw..I had called a couple other carpet places and the other companies told me that there was no way to get slime out of the carpet.
