It was easy to schedule a time for her to evaluate the job. She confirmed the appointment, checked in during the day and arrived on time. She took her time to look over my entire house and made suggestions and asked questions. We agreed on a price and I agreed to pay extra to have even more detailed work outside of the normal scope. Joung arrives with documentation in hand. You can see her license and liability insurance certificate. She one again followed up to confirm the cleaning appointment. They showed up very early to accommodate the carpet cleaners which were arriving on the same day. The cleaning job was beyond my expectations. I have used cleaners for other client jobs and am never quite impressed. With Joung's service I was impressed. The house looks spotless. Every nook and cranny is clean. The fridge and stove too look better than I ever had it looking. She checked in after the job to make sure I was satisfied. I don't think you'll find anyone more professional, caring and proud of her work. I felt taken care of the minute we first communicated. She kept her appointment and delivered, I will happily recommend her to anyone in the area. My house received offers as soon as it went on the market. They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

My dog is a miniature dachshund and has never attacked anyone and we just moved to this area last year as I mentioned to her when I spoke to her in April. I also don't have children. Her response to my review is invalid. Top Notch Cleaning was recommended to me on NextDoor and based on Yelp reviews I was excited to use the company. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. I scheduled a consultation through the site that didn't happen and that was understandable as website calendar issues happen and the owner was out of town for a funeral. This was in April and LaTanya gave me prices based on my sq footage that I thought were very reasonable. She informed me a week or so later after I reached out that she had an injury so she would not be available until sometime after May and that was fine with me as she would reach out. We exchanged pleasantries and I let her know healing was the only thing to worry about and I looked forward to working with her when she was better. I reached out in June again and she said she was working but I forgot to ask about her schedule as I was transitioning to a new job. Today I reached out to ask about her September schedule and she told me she didn't feel comfortable coming to my home and to please find someone else and we are now in August. I don't know what has changed and what is going on. I am a little frustrated because it was not communicated to me prior that she was uncomfortable. If it is because I live in Middle River, that is understandable, but when we spoke on the phone, that wasn't brought up to be an issue. If it is because I have a small dog, that is understandable as well, but it can be arranged for him not to be home and that was never brought up either. We both work from home, so him being crated if that's what is needed or him not being home can be arranged. I did ask if I made her uncomfortable or what happened so that I can understand because for me, this is coming out of nowhere since conversations have been pleasant with no issues. I think if you are able to work with LaTanya, you should as she is very reasonable in her prices and seems like a joy to work with. Her work also seems stellar, so I'm disappointed to be missing out in supporting her business.

Initially the communication and correspondence was good. Then it came time to schedule and I found myself sending multiple inquiries regarding scheduling. Finally I received a response stating they were away at a funeral and would follow up at the end of the week. The end of the week came and I again found myself sending multiple inquiries. I then received a response stating they would contact me the following day. That did not happen and I sent an email stating thank you for the service anyway and the following day I received a call. We confirmed the date and narrowed down a time and I left the conversation feeling confident that my home would be in good hands. Unfortunately, around 730 PM the night prior to the scheduled cleaning I received a call regarding getting injured and possibly not being able to do the cleaning. I was then informed they would follow up with me the next day. That was last week Wed 4/14 with the move in scheduled for the following day and to date I have not heard back. While I understand things come up communication is key. Being professional is also important. Something as simple as following up as stated or even to check to see if I was able to find someone else would have gone a long way. My experience with Latonya and her communication was disappointing to say the least.

    I HAVE to start this with my most important point: they deserve 10 stars, not just 5. So please…read moreknow that the things that may sound like complaints definitely are NOT. I am hoping Helane reads this and understands it as constructive criticism. I have never hired a house cleaning service before, but as I get older, I can't get on my knees and scrub my bathroom anymore :( My initial request via Yelp projects was just for that one service. I received a few replies, some two days later (!) but Helane at Maid 4 You answered right away. After some back and forth via Yelp, we began to text. By far the easiest! She told me her minimum fee was $100 and asked what else could they clean to make it right. Long story short, it was by far the best quote I received so I booked for today. The two people who cleaned went above and beyond (I think, more later). My bathroom and the one on the main floor as well as the one on the third floor are sparkling! Just to add a tip here: they don't give a "window" appointment, so when the cleaning crew finished another job early, Helane texted to ask if they could come but it was an hour and 15 minutes earlier. We weren't ready! We had so. much. stuff. The clutter struggle is real. Here is one more, very important tip: the "lead" cleaner spoke a little English but the other one I think none. It was delightful to listen to them speaking Portuguese! But if I was doing this again from scratch, I would ask the boss to come to the house so we could be very clear what was and wasn't to be done. I honestly don't know what they were told, but if it was their normal cleaning routine it was beyond excellent!! I just didn't know - having never hired anyone for this before - what to expect or how to direct them. Will we have them back? You bet. DD and I are thinking a monthly visit from these fantastic cleaners will be well worth the very reasonable cost. PS - I had to google how much to tip because as I said I was a first timer. I didn't arrive until the crew had just finished cleaning. I did a quick walkthrough and didn't notice any issues at the time. However, when the new tenant moved in, they found that the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned at all. Unfortunately, the previous tenant had left the cabinets quite messy, so I had to reduce the new tenant's first month's rent. I hired this company because of its reviews and trusted that they would do a good job. It was very disappointing.

Patricia was very responsive when I reached out to her for a quote. She came for a quote at the said time and the price was reasonable. The cleaning ladies came a little late on the cleaning day, but it was not a big deal for me because I understand that cleaning doesn't always go as expected and got notified by Patricia beforehand. My house got cleaned by other cleaning company 2 weeks ago. They missed a lot of details. Dishes they did were not clean. I have a lot of stuffs on countertops and tables. All they did was just cleaning around the stuffs. On the other hand, the job Patricia's team performed is literally amazing! They brought a commercial vacuum and cleaned all the dog hair stuck in my carpet, comforters, blankets, and rugs. They moved and cleaned under all my stuffs. They cleaned all the caninets and drawers. They changed my linens and did the dishes. They followed all my requests. I cannot recommend Patiricia's cleaning company highly enough! We were out of state military on our way and wanted our house clean when we arrived. Frank was very nice over the phone and offered to see if he could have someone come in the next day to help us out. I was very thankful. We have a 1,500 square foot house. We asked to have them be sure to do the kitchen and our two bathrooms. We put a time limit on it of 6 hours and we were expecting to have most of the house cleaned as it was empty. They were unable to fully clean the kitchen and/or bathrooms in the 6 hours. If 3 hours were spent in the kitchen and let's say 1.5 hours in each bathroom then I expect them to be immaculate! This was not the case. The lazy Susans and the drawers were still dirty as well as the floor. The refrigerator and oven seem to have been cleaned but that looked like it. In the bath the tile was still dirty on the floor and my husband had to pull a huge amount of hair out of the tub drain. When we contacted Frank he said it all didn't get done because we put a time limit on them. I just don't understand what they spent 6 hours on? We definitely didn't feel like we received $330 worth of cleaning. I'll add pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for size reference as well as pictures of what we found. (I'll spare readers the hair from the drain)
