I noticed several things she missed and asked her to dust the fan and she dusted one fan and seemed in a rush to leave but I thought this was because she'd run over time or had to go to a next appointment so I tipped her and she left quickly. When I told the woman on the phone she didn't clean the fridge and other things she was apologetic but told me the fridge wasn't on the checklist so I checked the checklist they sent and went around to the things on the checklist and as you can see from the pictures the other things on the checklist were not clean... The worst part is this is a move in cleaning. So there was no furniture she had to work around and no furniture to clean! For 3 hours with no furniture everything should be clean. I thought they'd offer for someone to come back or money off a next cleaning but they didn't offer anything except apologies.

Was looking for a local cleaning service to assist with my spring cleaning. Washington cleaning…read moreservice was very prompt when it came to responding to my request via yelp and offered a competitive price compared to other cleaning services in the area. They were able to work with my schedule and gave me notice when the technician was in route. Gary was my technician and he was awesome and did a great job. He did wear his mask and kept to social distancing during his visit in addition to being very pleasant and professional. Although I won't know the results until my carpet and couch is dry I feel as though a thorough job was done. So far I am happy with my service and look forward to using Washington Cleaning Services again and recommend to anyone in the area looking for a cleaning service.

To many times I have requested quotes, been given quotes, only to be charged more when the other companies cleaners show up because the company would fail to ask specific information. Washington Cleaning was very competitive and once I committed to them, they ensured that the dates and time were convenient for my schedule. The home cleaning and carpet cleaning team showed up on time and spent a very extensive amount of time on every room up until the the time they left. They even went over certain areas an extra time to ensure that the cleaning was to satisfactory conditions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for move in/move out services from professionals who take pride in their work.

Racket! Don't do it!!…read more I bought a townhouse that was a rental for some years so wanted the vents cleaned. I was a bit skeptical when the guy hooked up a big blue blower to one vent and said it'll clean all of the vents. He then vacuumed a couple of the air returns but really didn't go too deep. I paid the $900 but then he sticks some wand in the AC and tells me it needs to be sanitized and he can do it for another $800. I'm done at this point and politely declined. I went back and looked at the dryer and air vents. Attached are a few of the AFTER pics.

A time was giving for the following week for them to come back, they never came or called so I had to hire someone else. Beware. Further detail as to why you should be careful. CCS responded to my yelp message and stated the machine in the shop. I scheduled the carpet to be cleaned on June 30 because my tenant was to move in July 1. My tenant had to delay her move-in because they came to clean my carpet without the proper equipment. CCS said the machine would not be ready until the following Tuesday, July 7, which I had to inform my tenant of the delay. I messaged as to when they would come on July 7, and they stated they were waiting to hear from the technician. At this point, I had already given my tenant $100 off her rent because of their bad business practice, therefore I said just forget it and found another great carpet cleaning company that came with the appropriate equipment and did an amazing job. Message me and I will provide their information. A company taking a job just to take one's money and being unprepared for any level of carpet cleaning as a carpet cleaning company is bad business.
