Whatever you do, don't agree to automatic scheduling because they won't let you opt out of it. Nor will they let you cancel appointments, however much notice you give. I cancelled an appointment two weeks in advance, BOTH by phone and by email. Then two days before the cancelled appointment, they emailed me a confirmation of the appointment, as if it were still scheduled. When I emailed them to protest, they replied that the message was sent in error by a former employee. (This was implausible, but fine: no harm done.) Then, two days later, at the time of the cancelled appointment, the cleaners came anyway. I wasn't available then, so I had no choice but to send them away. I called the company to complain about their aggressive practices and to rebuke them for wasting their cleaners' time, but they neither answered the phone nor replied to a subsequent email I sent.
