I have had the Zerorez technicians out for several services and they've always gone above and beyond my expectations. I initially called to have them come out to clean a paint spill and the results were incredible, so I had them do the entire house. (I love that they are a green company without harmful ingredients which protects my child and my dog who are picking things up off the floor all the time... and probably putting them in their mouths!) Not only did my carpets look (and smell) clean they were practically dry before the technicians left my house! They also did some areas of tile for me and showed me the before/after difference about halfway through... WOW! I had no clue it was so dirty before! I had them come back and do the upholstery in my car and the mattress in my master bedroom. Then, my most recent experience with them involved having my air ducts cleaned of any debris and dirt because my husband has such bad allergies and so far it really seems to have made a difference. I live in a house with my wife, dog and three teenage daughters. We have a quarter-mile long dirt driveway and live in the woods. It is a challenge to keep my home clean. Zerorez was great! I just bought a house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Dana helped me set up my appointment and was very helpful in doing so. Tom gave me a call prior to him and Ken's arrival and they arrived within my scheduled time frame. Once at my house, they both walked each room with me and Tom explained Zerorez's process. He addressed heavily soiled areas before even getting started. He was very knowledgeable and informative and answered any questions I had. I had three bedrooms and the family room done. After they were done, Tom walked each room with me again to make sure I was happy with everything before they left. All in all, they were there for approximately two hours. Beyond pleased is the only way to describe it! I had them come out to redo furniture upholstery as it was in need of a good cleaning, and it has some age to it. My first appointment was with someone that had problems with his equipment and seemed very new, so I wasn't pleased. But when I called, expressed my concern, they sent out Tom this time and it was done to perfection -- the photos even showed the before and after and blows your socks off. He was truly professional, knowledgeable, explained everything well, took photos, and did the job right! I can't speak for others, but Tom gives Zerorez a GREAT reputation if all his clients have the outcome he provided to us. We've been using ZeroRez for a couple of years now. The service is great -- it really does clean up carpet and leave it looking fresh and renewed. We were at the point of considering new carpet for the house, but don't think we need to. We have a dog and our carpets are more than 10 years old. It doesn't look like it. While it does stay damp for a while, it dries faster than other services we've used. Their customer communications are excellent. The best thing, though, is their employees. Tom with Zerorez showed up on Monday to do my carpets, and he was fantastic. Super nice, explained everything but, above all, did a wonderful job. We've been in our house over 14 months so I gave these guys a challenge. I'm talking nail polish, make-up, hot chocolate (and who knows what else) in my 12 year old daughters room - almost all of it gone! My son's room was nasty with tons of food stains - again, gone! We were very pleased with the entire process. Our carpets came out looking amazing! We scheduled an appointment, they called thirty mins prior to arrival. The tech was friendly and professional. He arrived and checked out all rooms. We had 4 rooms and 2 sets of stairs cleaned. Our carpet is old but we werent ready to purchase new. The cleaning was quick, no odor and no mess. This is the first time we have ever paid someone to clean our carpets. We normally rent a machine and do it ourselves in order to save money. Tom and Steven of Zerorez did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets and dining room chairs. Our chairs are cream white, 8 years old and look brand new again.
