Was initially just looking for some basic car wash at first but then I had provided a couple images of my car's grim. Johnny recommended an oxidation & contamination removal, machine polish, and ceramic coating. Had veteran discount applied. I asked my wife what she wanted for our anniversary. She wanted to have her car detailed. House smells amazing from their cleaning solution. They did not use a ton of water and solution so carpets will be dry in less that 24 hours. I hired Sunrise for interior auto detail. I am dissatisfied with the lack of customer service orientation and aggressive tone in which the owner Johnny spoke to me. Per attached text message, I indicated interest in not undergoing heavy soil removal if that meant additional $100. Upon completion of the detail, I asked the tech if there was heavy soiling and he said that there was not and that it was a standard detail job. Johnny invoiced me prior to the start of the cleaning for interior detail plus heavy soiling. I told Johnny that the tech indicated soil was not heavy and that the standard $210 should be charged. My expectation is that the person cleaning the car makes the determination on whether it is heavily soiled and whether extra cleaning steps needed to be taken rather than the subjective quality assessment of the customer. Is your car soiled? Why yes it is, and that is why I am hiring you to clean it. The heavy soil fee should be applied when extra tools and services are required to do that additional cleaning AND there is clear communication with the customer during the process that an additional fee will be charged if you agree to proceed- it's kind of like any restaurant where you are asked if you want the avocado because it's $2 extra. Johnny became heated with me quite quickly and did not listen to me or respond with anything other than bluster and tangents. He said I would be defamatory by writing a bad review. Alas, Johnny ultimately gave me the appropriate $210. Would I be writing this review if Johnny was pleasant, logical, and reasonable in his dealings with me? I would not. read more

They floors were also shiny and clean. When I did point out a few spots after inspecting the house - they were happy to go back in and do some more cleaning. My car had not been cleaned in about four years and was an absolute piggystyle he came in and made it look almost like new. It was a little bit pricey but it was definitely 100% cheaper than taking it to another cleaner, and frankly for the amount of work the guy had to do it was more than fair. There were a few stains that he couldn't get out with his current equipment but he told me that when he gets new equipment he would stop by my place and tackle the other stains with the new equipment for free.
