They didn't have time to extend my existing appointment, so they worked with me to get me in the same day for the second-tier (3-4 hours) clean. Joel was so kind and accommodating. Very understanding, even when I was embarrassed by the sticky, layered mess that was my vehicle. I was able to see them cleaning it. They took everything out from my secret storage areas and cleaned. They got up on a ladder and hand-washed the top of my vehicle. I've added some pics. The before involved grease stains and spilled soda and who knows what other grossness. When I went out and saw it for the first time, I almost cried! I can't physically do it myself, so I was blown away by how amazing it looked. They got stains out i never thought would be clean. Wanted to share my customer appreciation experience with Washzone.. I get my truck washed there…read moreoften. Over the weekend I decided to get my truck detailed . Wen I picked up the truck it was clean inside and out but I did notice a black streak on the passenger side door and dry solution on the passenger window. I called Washzone and thanked them for the detail but pointed out the issues on the passenger side. The owner apologized and asked me to bring it back so he could take a look and get it cleaned. He also provided me with a handsome amount on a gift card to get my car washed in the future. He expressed his appreciation for me being a customer and went above and beyond what I expected in terms of ensuring I was a happy customer!!
