Very understanding, even when I was embarrassed by the sticky, layered mess that was my vehicle. I was able to see them cleaning it. They took everything out from my secret storage areas and cleaned. They got up on a ladder and hand-washed the top of my vehicle. I've added some pics. The before involved grease stains and spilled soda and who knows what other grossness. When I went out and saw it for the first time, I almost cried! I can't physically do it myself, so I was blown away by how amazing it looked. They got stains out i never thought would be clean. I felt like I would soil its pristine perfection by sitting in my own car. lol Cannot recommend enough! ps - they have a doggo in the office, who is a sweetie! Santa Fe didn't just clean my vehicles they showed amazing attention to detail and ensured they returned my vehicles to me immaculate not a spot of mud in, on, or under both cars. Saturday around noon I was going to check it out because I was out an about. They were a little upset that my truck was big and the rail bars don't come in anymore - it's an old truck. I paid for the mid level wash. The gentleman waved me forward abs I was thinking "umh I can't go forward there's a car there..?" Don't we need to leave SOME space between the vehicles? And about 1/3 way into the wash the whole system broke - he said the track link broke (probably because there were too many vehicles on it..) and they had everyone pull forward, they asked me to back out. ONE MONTH was all we asked for from the representative. He told us we could pay for one month and come back and pay again if we wanted more months of washes. Those were his exact words and two people understood him to say this. This was, in no way, misconstrued. Both I and my spouse were instructed to use the kiosk by the representative and the receipt said, "$17.99" which was the one month price. ****We just noticed charges for $17.99 each month on our card for October 2025 through April 2026! We did not ask for a revolving charge and signed nothing! There was nothing on the receipt nor on the kiosk screen indicating this was a revolving charge! Nothing! Here is our proof: WE NEVER WENT BACK AFTER SEPTEMBER 2025. This can be proved by the record kept with the business of our license tags. They use tag readers that record your visits. They cannot produce records showing our tags went in their wash AFTER SEPTEMEBER 2025. If we had intended or known we had signed up for a revolving charge, then our tags would have been in that car wash getting our money's worth of washes! Instead we are left with a total fraudulent charge of $107.94 we did not ask for. This was STOLEN from us! DEAR RAGING WATERS, WE HOPE THE $107.94 WAS WORTH YOUR REPUTATION.

(He even found scratches I hadn't noticed and repaired them at no extra charge.) Mike made sure everything looked perfect, and he came prepared. I noticed that there was an upgrade to the self wash closest to the entrance and it was the touch less pay option. I tried that one today and liked that I didn't have to swipe my card 3 times due to wear and tear of the card or possibly an outdated swiper. When I was done, I pushed the "off" button several times and it kept the charge going (keep in mind there are 2 OFF buttons). I pushed and held each of the "off" buttons several times and it kept charging me. It even turned on the blower on more than one occasion when I never pressed it. Seems clear, there is a glitch. I got charged an extra dollar by the time I got it to stop. I had to push the button above the wireless touch before it stopped. I didn't notice directions for that...and the directions are nice and huge for you . I don't know how long that update has been there even though I went last week and used a different self washing station. Imagine how much money the business could make ripping people off unintentionally or intentionally. Hope they fix this because it will suck for the person that drives away thinking they stopped the service. Hoping the small upgrades continue and things work smoothly because it is a very convenient car wash.
