Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to any questions I had about ceramic coating and it's whole process. The outcome had me speechless when Mike and his team were done with my car. I dropped off my VW MK7.5 GTI to get a full car ceramic coating, along with wheels and brake calipers. The results were fantastic and after a year, the coating still stand strong! Mike also gave me tips on how to keep up with the maintenance, so his guidance was very helpful and appreciative. The beading in the car from the System X ceramic coating is incredible, and I almost look forward to rainy days now. The water beads up, and just slides off the paint now, it's amazing. I'd highly recommend giving Mike a call here if you have any questions about ceramic coatings or if you're thinking about it! Mike was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable on the whole process! 5/5!

I brought it to Nathan at Precision Detailing and he carefully looked at the entire paint job where amateur botched attempts to do paint correction needed the attention of a pro. He explained everything required to fix the finish and answered all my questions. He worked out a quote for time and materials with an estimate for less than 1K. Several days after I left my car with him, he called for me to pick it up. The car was beautifully finished, polished and far better than I had expected. I cannot recommend Nathan of Precision Detailing more highly and I am confident he would do the same quality work for anyone. By the way, I had never met Nathan before I brought my car to him and he treated me like a friend with outstanding customer service, communication and attention to detail . Well deserved 5 stars.

We desperately needed a vehicle detailer that could do two things: 1) be able to fit us into their…read moreschedule within the week, and 2) get us to pass a white-glove inspection. Brandon did both! Brandon's company was able to fit us into their schedule on a Sunday afternoon. Mike, who was super thorough and very kind, arrived at our house around 1045. He then remained there for the next seven hours ripping our vehicle apart, scrubbing and polishing the inside and outside. He was able to get all the dog hair out, my kids' stained seats back to their original condition, and the entire vehicle shiny and glistening with clean. Due to the necessity of this one-shot cleaning, we opted for the max package, which was $415. I'm not going to lie, I choked a little when my wife told me how much. However, it was worth every penny. I said "one-shot" cleaning because we had one chance to get this right. On Sunday our vehicle was being cleaned and on Tuesday it was being processed by the government for overseas shipping. If it was not cleaned to their very strict, literally white-glove standard, they would turn us away and I truly don't have time for that. As the inspector opened our door to begin the inspection, his first words were, "Have you done this before?" After saying this, I responded "no" and proceeded to question why he asked such a thing. His remark was nothing short of stating how great the vehicle looked. In total, the inspection lasted a few minutes and he had nothing remotely negative to say about the condition of our vehicle. Take that white glove, booyah! If you need a great, thorough cleaning and on short notice, give Brandon a call.

Recommend avoiding this detailer. I hired Jeff Strother and Forever Clean to ceramic coat both of…read moremy vehicles. Jeff showed up around noon for an appointment that was scheduled for 0900. Jeff was apologetic and friendly during the details and does use quality product. His exterior install of the ceramic coating was good and he took the time to remove road debris prior to application. However, he did pop out a proximity sensor on the front grille of our Volvo XC90 and did not tell us. Additionally, he did not attempt to remove a paint mark from another car door in a parking lot and stated it wouldn't come out. I took the Volvo to the Alexandria Volvo auto body shop the nest week and they removed it with a simple compound that was hand applied while waiting in the service bay (about a 5 minute job). Other detail related issues was a lack of deep interior cleaning. My vehicles were both extremely clean on the interior so I just needed a dust off and crevasse cleaning. Jeff took advantage of the cleanliness of my vehicles and failed to conduct this deep clean. Something as simple of a rag wipe of the trunk plastics made this evident. My major issues with Jeff really only ensued following the detail. He advertises a 5 year warranty on his ceramic coating as well as submitting the job to CARFAX to document the professional installation. To date, Jeff has not furnished any information on the 5 year warranty, registered the ceramic coating of either vehicle with CARFAX, nor provided a receipt so I have record of the ceramic details. He reiterated via text message numerous times over a 2 month period post detail that he would fix the issues and never did (screen shot of texts attached). He now is unresponsive. In closing, if you are going to spend money on a professional detail and/or ceramic coating, go with someone who will do quality work AND provide documentation of their warranty as advertised.

The only bad thing I can say is that now my car is so clean, I can see more of the damage that I have caused to the body! :) But we were able to see some rust spots forming from chipped paint that I can have repaired. I was so happy with the detailing that I booked another appointment to have him detail my 2014 BMW 435i.
