Called a few places in my area to get some quotes but no one could get me in until 2-6 weeks out. Naturally went on yelp found this place in Woodbridge but based on the reviews it seemed worth the 30 min drive for me and I was TOTALLY RIGHT!!! Literally got me in the next day although they offered same day tinting. Arrived at 10:14 (my apt was at 10 oopsie!) and I was out the door at 10:55 NICE!!! The waiting room was well kept and had plenty of seats the filled up pretty fast but I can see why - they're so quick They offered 3 different types of vehicle tint in 5 different types of shade for the (middle option) ceramic I chose - blocks out majority of heat and UV which is definitely what we want here in Virginia. The staff was professional but casual, vibe was great, all business - Carlos walked me through the options since I couldn't really hear him on the phone he walked me through them AGAIN when I got there & explained the laws as well as what would best fit for my needs (which is a breast feeding mama in the back seat or pumping while at work!) The cost was about right down the middle from the quotes I'd called around for but no one could get me in faster so I thought Ohkay worth it - they charged me $320 for 20% front and back ceramic tint and the second I got in my F150 I could feel a HUGE difference from the factory tint I had before. Much darker (baby's going to be happy about that) and way cooler in this hot summer. Gave us a 20% coupon on our way out and we will absolutely be using that on my husbands RAV! Was in waiting room when I hear a group of workers laughing loud I wonder what could have been so funny thinking their only tinting my windows. Come to find out they went into my brand new car moved my stuff around then proceeded to leave oil stains on my $300 shoes and not say anything about it. This may sound bizarre, but I've never had an experience in which I was more than happy to give away my money. I say "give away", but in reality, Tint Plus earned every penny and then some. The pricing is fair, the attention to detail is on point, and their customer care is like no other. I'm one of those types of customers who asks a ton of questions, like a kid who asks, "are we there yet?" They dealt with me with a smile, answering all of my questions within moments (communicated with them through email primarily). I even had odd requests and they were more than happy to assist. With each question, I kept wondering if they would tell me to come take my car just to get rid of me. I brought my car to them literally an hour after accepting delivery from Tesla. The delivery wasn't perfect, but I was happy to get the car after waiting for it all week. Thane found a few items I missed during my inspection, one being the rear Tesla logo on the trunk... it was missing! Completely missed by me, thanks to Thane for catching it! All in all, besides the phenomenal work, I really enjoyed their sense of humor, their kindness, and their personalities. Nothing fake about them, completely down to earth and they will not recommend something that isn't needed. They're in the business to make money, not in the business to take money. I WILL be coming back to them for tinting, and any other cars I need wrapped or PPF applied. I give them my utmost respect and recommend them to any and everyone. Want to give a huge thanks to Thane, Hozay, and the rest of the crew at Tint Plus for their great work. They installed a matte PPF wrap on my car and the results are better than what I expected. Initial tint service was great; however, I had an issue with the tint not covering the whole rear window (owner stated the brake light needed to be visible per state regulations). This was all said after the fact... if I would've known there would've been a rainbow shaped gap left on my window, I wouldn't have had the rear window tinted. Additionally, a few days later I had to come back to have warranty work completed--which there was no questions asked. I tried to ask for a fair remedy to address the rear window cutout, but it never really came to a resolution so I left it alone. They did good work, I just wish they had taken there time to do the job right on one of the windows the first time; along with telling me what state laws applied for the rear brake light so I didn't have a weird shaped area that wasn't tinted. read more

I just bought my first car and wanted the tints to be done from the best place possible. I'm from Southern Maryland so my options were limited. My plan was to go to skyline tint and pay $195 until I called and they no longer had any appointments available (which worked out for me in the long run!) I began researching and came across tint plus. I saw the 5 star reviews and 200+ google reviews and yelp reviews and immediately called them. It was New Year's Eve and I called close to 12 pm and asked if there was anything available today to which the individual on the phone said that I could come in at 2 pm. I didn't know that they closed at 2 pm today but when I found out I was so thankful that they were able to squeeze me in before they left. Thank you so much! Thane and Kiet did an amazing job on my 2019 Tesla Model S! All-in-all they did 11mm Clear Bra on the full front hood and fenders, Ceramic Coating on the whole car, Tints on all windows, and partial Chrome Delete. They gave me great suggestions, they were very honest about pricing and were realistic with how long the entire job would take to complete. You can tell that they aren't in it for just the money like most companies but they are very passionate about what they are doing and want the customer to come back blown away. Great tint shop, great quality film selections prices match the quality you receive. I went with the middle grade of film. Has been on the car for a month and I have nothing but great things to say about it. No bubbles, peeling, cracking, discoloration. You can see out of the film easily during day light conditions, even the 5% is clear to see out of during day. At night it is difficult to see through but that's obvious with 5% tint.
