This place doesn't honor the lifetime warranty if you initially purchased it. After first telling me they would replace it for free, they decided to backpedal and reject it. Coming up with all these excuses how it wasn't possible for tint to start peeling. I can name a few: 1. Adhesive problems 2. Air bubbles 3. Moisture 4. Static Also a key factor is that the guy who installed the tint on my car, doesn't even work there anymore. I can't ask him about it, so how am I suppose to know that the job was done properly? My driver side/passenger side/front & back windows started peeling so apparently 'I' made the mistake of taking it completely off. From what I was told, I should have left the rubbish looking tint on my windows and kept the sticky residue on. But since both of those were not there, they came to the conclusion that it was 'professionally removed'. Too bad the peeling tint on the windows were creating a safety hazard for myself while driving, especially at night, and not to mention looking extremely janky. I paid for quality so I wasn't going to keep the ugly looking tint on. Why didn't I keep the sticky residue on my windows? Have you ever tried rolling down a window with it on? Good luck. The window will get stuck on you. Also, if you use a razor to take the residue off, they'll deem it as it was 'professionally removed'. If I knew what I know now back in 2017 when I purchased this tint here, I wouldn't have. It is so overpriced. All you have to do is buy the tint on Amazon or eBay (approximately $30 a roll) and look up 'How to install window tint' on YouTube for easy install instructions and for a fraction of the price. At the very end of this experience I was offered a proposal where they would tint it over again, but you guessed it, for a fee...yeah right. In my opinion, I would avoid this business because they'll do everything in their favor to keep from giving away free 'lifetime' products. read more

I understand certain stickers get in the way but they could've notified the customer. They shattered the door panel and also didn't tell me anything. I shopped around and landed on these guys who did an outstanding job wi out talking about their summer house (another overpriced for the same thing tint shop). Even threw in tint window cleaner. Explained why VW/Audi/BMW cost more to tint. Damn Germans. But ceramic is the way to go if you want to keep it cool. They rock! The place by IKEA, if the owner would have shut up I probably would have spent $120 more than I needed too. Thank god he just can't ranting like Trump. Just go here and be happy! read more

Don't wash your car before you go, they left streaks of spray down my doors and didn't offer to wipe it up.

Reasonable prices ($240 for a 4-door sedan) and a decent location. Install took about 2 hours and came out looking good; no blemishes or haze. They also offer a full lifetime warranty and stand behind it. When I got home, I noticed the door locks were slightly misaligned when they replaced the door panel, causing the locks to strain - not good. So I called the next morning and they said to bring the car in that afternoon. Brought the car in and they had it fixed in 30 minutes, no questions asked. Overall a quality shop. read more

Went to this place to get window tint. Guy came outside to look and give price. $220. I asked when can you do it and can you be prompt on appt time. If you cant keep the time. No problem just let me know. I can come back tomorrow or something. He said yes I can keep the time . I can do it at 3pm and have it out at 4pm. So we walk across the street to grab a bite to eat. Came back at 330pm. Car had not moved. They didnt even get started. So I went in and asked for my key back I'm leaving. I was told the guy at the front desk has key and he left the premises. Customer keys should never leave the premises ever! Did he make a copy of my key? Hmmm. So I wait for my key. Finally when he got there i told him he BS me. He stated "no car is done in a hour" THESE GUYS ARE LIARS !! Dont waste your time at tint shoppe. Plus I found a cheaper price with lifetime warranty. So tint shoppe is overpriced as well. It's the next day and I get a call from the owner of this shop and quality tire. He owns both shops. What a wack job. He proceeds to yell at me he watched his cameras for 93 min last night. I'd hate to get into any warranty issues with this guy. He is a loose cannon. Yelling at me and telling me my statements here are untrue. His guy at the front desk DID tell me appt 3pm and I'll be out at 4pm. Also my key DID leave the premises. The worker in the back told me this. The owner was not there to witness any of this. I decided to bring my boyfriend's car, to include a friend's car, to the tint shoppe after having a near perfect/awesome job done by them 4 years ago on my car... driving 1 hour each way for what I thought was going to be another great experience. Appointments were made in advance at which time I explained that the previous owner of my boyfriend's car had left the small triangle-shaped windows tinted. I specifically stated that I wanted it removed so that all the tinted windows matched. I was told it would cost a little bit more to remove the old tint on the small windows and was given a quote to include the cost for tinting my friend's car. When I returned to pick up my boyfriend's car, I noticed unusual marks on the passenger side front window. In addition, there was an inch long "bubble" on the rear windshield, and I found a door panel screw sitting on the car floor. I showed them both, and they fixed the rear windshield and put the door panel screw back in. He barely looked at the passenger window and stated that small bubbles can happen due to the water underneath and it should dry out/disappear within two weeks. If this did not occur, I was instructed to bring the car back. Although I was skeptical of the marks drying out/disappearing, I reluctantly left. Two weeks passed and the condition of the passenger window had not changed. Not only did I experience problems with the window tinting, but also realized after I left the shop that the driver's side speaker was not working due to it being unplugged. Also, after closely inspecting the rear windows, I discovered that they did not take off the old tint on the two triangle windows as I instructed them to do. As you can well imagine, we were extremely upset with the service. Two weeks upon completion of service, we returned to the company hoping to have the problems corrected. We arrived at their time of opening upon their suggestion after calling them to explain our issues, hoping to receive priority service. After waiting over 2 1/2 hours (which is how long it took to do the entire car the first time around), they finally finished the two small windows and passenger window. I explained (again) how unsatisfied we were with the service, and asked if they would be willing to do anything more for us (thinking monetary compensation of some sort would be fair). He proceeded to state that the only thing he could offer was to tint another car at a discounted rate. I stated, "Why would I ever bring another car to your company based on the poor service I received?" The issues we encountered go above and beyond merely flaws in the tinting (which is covered under warranty). He finally stated that the owner was the only one who could determine whether or not I could be authorized a partial refund. He would give my information to him and get back to me Monday, or at the very latest, Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I highly discourage anyone from dealing with this company. It is obvious that the quality of service has drastically declined, not to mention the poor quality of customer service. I used to always rave about this place, and gave them many customers. I will never bring another car, or recommend them to anyone again. read more
