Top notch service with superior work. We brought our truck in here to have a down to the paint gouge fixed. When we got the vehicle back it was like it never happened. They matched the paint perfectly, washed, waxed and vacuumed the inside. I truly wish I had known about this business prior to taking my vehicle to Val Collision six months ago. This business is amazing. Don't be afraid to take your luxury vehicle here either. They do a lot work on luxury vehicles. They also hooked us up with a discounted rate for a rental while they worked on the vehicle. Highly recommend!!! I update with before pics if I can find them.
Absolutely amazing work from some awesome people. Got a tint job done and it came out absolutely flawless. Good prices, friendly faces, and excellent craftsmanship all around I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back soon for some more work. I cannot stress enough that you will TRULY be treated like family here! Would give 6 stars if that was an option lol.

I need more stars to give!!! The service starts before you ever walk into the shop. In the parking lot a young man assured me I was in the right place. The shop: The shop is very welcoming to include friendly faces and greetings and even refreshments while you conduct business or wait! The service: I was curious about what I could do to give my vehicle a little TLC. It was looking a little on the ashy side. LOL!!! They listened to what I wanted and made recommendations when I asked but there was never any pressure! There were financing options and approval in no time!!!! Drop off was quick and easy. They kept me posted on the progress and called when they had questions. After looking at all of the previous work I was so excited to know my truck was almost done. Delivery was just like receiving a new vehicle!!! I did practically get a new vehicle. I am super impressed by the work done on my truck to include ; chrome delete, wrap, powder coated wheels and tinted windows!!! CalipersRUs goes above and beyond for all of their customers!! I will be using them from now on for all of my automotive needs!!! I highly recommend CalipersRUs!!!!
Bought a Q60 coupe in July and didn't opt for any of the cool upgrades because of the ridiculous costs. A buddy told me about his caliper job that he got done at Calipers R Us...what a life saver. For under $2k, I got my calipers custom painted, got my wheels repaired and painted a shiny black finish. They put me in a rental for the low - which I didn't expect at all. Communication and professionalism were on point. It's sad to say, but it's a pleasant surprise when a business actually LISTENS to the customer and makes their vision come to fruition. 5 stars for these guys...save some money at the dealership and get your upgrades done here!
Could not be happier with the work for my Mercedes GLE AMG 53 from this shop, and the service was super friendly and top notch work. They also were able to rush this job for me in 3 days. Chrome delete the entire vehicle, blackout emblems, window tinting and painting my wheels. Amazing factory quality work. Highly recommended!
Pls start with first review. As things happened I updated the review. May 2019 - Interestingly, when I went back to the dealership, Farrish in Fairfax, Va (review coming) to get a name and address of the owner, they could not provide! They don't know where the cars are taken or who (true name) provides the service. When they called, Calipers hung up on the manager. Then later, according to the GM, a person named Wavz came into the store and still wouldn't give a real name or address and stated they would have compensated or fixed the problem but I was abrasive. Now does any of this sound normal or on the up and up to you of a reputable business? (Email comms with dealership can be provided of this conversation.) April 2019 - I received a message via Yelp from someone connected to Caliper...attached are the pics of the communication. It all seemed very shady to me and since I wasn't going to change my review, I didn't bother calling the number. I went on vacation and upon my return I saw the response from the company. I wanted to address a few items as their response read as if I had some fault in all of this and jumped the gun with the review. I think the pics back me up when i say I was a compete victim of the poor practices of this company. Google 5-Star Review - I submitted the exact same initial Yelp review to Google but they removed it. I can see it when I log into my account but it's not visible to anyone else nor is the 1 star rating factored into their 5- Star. I went around and around with Google and no one can tell me why it was removed. One business owner told me that new companies with limited reviews can flag a negative and have it removed. Don't know if that's true but if you search on removed Google reviews you'll find several cases like mine. So when Caliper says they have a 5-Star Google rating, that's not the full picture. Brake Pads - Pics don't lie. Caliper painted the ENTIRE unit to include the brake pads. More than one mechanic and custom car store said the same thing, the paint can degrade the stopping ability of the pad so I should get it replaced. The guy who powder coated the calipers, not only replaced the pads but all of the small parts that also shouldn't have been painted. I would put up pics but I don't want Caliper claiming that job as their own. Caliper wishes I sent them pics - There was only one contact and phone number and that was the guy who I spoke with and who did the work. So I don't know how they thought I could get pics to them. Additionally the problem started with the bait and switch. The rep showed me pics of one thing, quoted a price for that one thing then did something else. Then he compounded the issue by doing shoddy work. BBB - I tried to submit a complaint but because Caliper R Us does not have a physical address, at least not one that's advertised and they picked up my car from the dealership, the BBB considers them an internet business and therefore not in their jurisdiction. My Negative Ratings - I love how they try to discredit me by mention my other reviews and insinuating that I was some how unhappy. Pls take a look at my reviews. I was recently in San Diego and ordered chicken...it came raw and I had to go around and around to get a refund. So yes, when I experience particularly bad service, such as with Calipers, which may effect other consumers I write about. BUT I provide photo graphic evidence when I can. And vice versa, when I experience service all needs to know about, ie service that exceeds expectations, I write about. Bottoms line - Shady business actions. If they truly are just seeing this, I wonder why they added to their business name so it's changed up a bit? Additionally, if you're going to reach out, why wouldn't you introduce yourself and instead go about it cloak and dagger like? And the attempt to discredit me for an honest and proven review...poor character. I don't know if they fired the guy or not but from my recollection the rep I dealt with acted like an owner, not a simple employee as he was the only person answering the phone
Dear Calipers R Us! You did it excellent job on my Range Rover Sport. My Red Calipers really make my RR look so much Sportier and up to date. I love how you painted my hubs. That definitely makes my wheel area look much more cleaner -No More RUST!!!!!!!!! Hooray!!!!!!!! LOL! I also love that you drop me off at the mall! Whattttttt!!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!! It definitely made the whole enhancement experience exceptional!! I was able to shop and watch a movie and just relax. Time just flew..... This was the best time I ever had with getting my car serviced in history! I really appreciate the way you took care of me. My wheel package also looks great as well!! The Calipers R Us (CRU) shop is clearly a 5-Star operation, which I attribute to Wavz, its manager. CRU's workmanship quality, attention to detail, pricing and customer service is what other auto shops should aspire to replicate. My 2019 Genesis G80 rear passenger wheel ran into a curb causing severe damage to the spokes and the outer edge perimeter. The CRU team repaired it to literally like-new condition. Note: if this repaired wheel had been on my car when I bought it 4 years ago, and if I had been asked to inspect it, I would have likely asked "why?" -- it looks exactly like the other 3 (new) wheels. See before and after pics. I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviews that say the CRU team "goes above and beyond for all customers." If I ever need any of the other services they offer, which are extensive, I will definitely be making an appointment with them. Many thanks to Wavz and your CRU team!!
My Favorite Guy just bought a brand new Cadillac Escalade and he wanted to get a blackout kit done on it. He did his research and found Calipers R Us online and read all of the reviews and decided to reach out to them for a quote and sample model of his vision. Since it was Christmas time, I decided to treat him to this blackout package and surprise him with a little extra to make the entire upgrade better. Let me tell you Yelp World... They did NOT disappoint. The customer service was amazing, the response time was awesome, and they even went above and beyond by adding additional details to his experience. The staff even created an entire acting skit so that my favorite guy wouldn't catch on to the surprise and find out all of the add ons we did prior to revealing the finished product. Now THAT is EXCELLENT customer service! I am so glad we found them. If I could give them 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough. I am so pleased about the work that was done and the service that I received throughout the entire process. Wavz, Brandon and the rest of the Calipers R Us team are top tier! Took care of us right after we stepped out of our car. Offering us drinks and snacks, and showing us the full array of their capabilities. Brought out samples so that we could choose the right paint color for us. Drop off was super easy and when we picked up our Jeep, we were so happy with the work that they did! Everything was as promised and they even detailed it for us! We will be back with our other Jeep! They have fantastic quality. Bice showroom, even a nice sippin' bit of good bourbon while you wait. Mine are worth ever penny I paid. It's about $900 to $3000 depending on your car. If you want quality that is better than OEM grade. Check them out. read more

Hands down the best custom paint shop I have ever been to. They are a very professional business and they go above and beyond to make their customers feel comfortable and secure that they are in the right place for business. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in for an appointment first thing Monday morning. If you want to go to the local mall, shopping center, subway etc while you wait on your vehicle to be finished they will take you and pick you up when your vehicle is finished courtesy on the house. I don't know about you but I have never been to a dealership or auto body shop that will do that. CalipersRus is more then just a caliper custom paint shop, they do a whole list of other things.
