This is my second time using these folks. The process can be a bit confusing at first. You need to kickoff the process through their website and upload photos for review. Once you get the approval that they can repair it with the cost, you then reach out to them by phone to schedule your appointment. What's great about this service is they are remote and can work on your car at your home. This makes scheduling much easier. Anthony was my service person. He gave me a call before arriving. Communication was great. The work was completed within 90 minutes and it turned out great. After the work was completed, my brakes made a bit of noise but he was able to explain that the chemicals used can dry the brakes out temporarily and after 10 minutes of driving it goes away. By the end of the week, I got no reply. 5 days later, I had to email them pictures 3 times, by then I called them 5 separate times.
