This is my second time using these folks. The process can be a bit confusing at first. You need to kickoff the process through their website and upload photos for review. Once you get the approval that they can repair it with the cost, you then reach out to them by phone to schedule your appointment. What's great about this service is they are remote and can work on your car at your home. This makes scheduling much easier. Anthony was my service person. He gave me a call before arriving. Communication was great. The work was completed within 90 minutes and it turned out great. After the work was completed, my brakes made a bit of noise but he was able to explain that the chemicals used can dry the brakes out temporarily and after 10 minutes of driving it goes away. It did go away and we're good to go! I highly recommend these folks if you need a wheel repair.

Damaged a front driver wheel on the wife's new car :( Checked out a couple of local repair shops, average down time 5-6 business days. While walking my dogs one morning I noticed a Wheels On Site van parked in a drive of my neighborhood. Went on-line and checked them out, uploaded a couple of pics, next day I received a quote. Called to get on their schedule, appointment was for 2 days later, surprise! The morning of my appointment, received a call from Will (technician assigned to my repair) with an estimated arrival time. Spot on arrival. Repair was completed with 90 minutes, and I was amazed on the quality of the work for the $$ quoted. Will (the technician) even had to mix paint to match. This guy is an artist!! I sent an e-mail on Sunday afternoon which included the photos of the damage. At 5:30 a.m. Monday I already had their response to set up an appointment. I set the appointment for the very next day. I spoke Daniel to set up the appointment. He was absolutely great. I could not believe they were able to set me up the very next day at 8 a.m. I was super unhappy that I damaged my rim. Daniel was reassuring about the process, and I knew it was going to be done right. Neal, the expert technician, called me just before 8 a.m. and let me know when he was arriving. Great communication! Super awesome guy. Neal shows up and was fantastic. He expertly repaired the rim in less than an hour. Absolutely wonderful work, really undetectable. He was really great. The pics say it all.

WheelsOnsite recently helped repair a wheel that had a barrel crack causing a slow leak. When I met with their tech, he was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me some of the work they can do. I ended up having them refinish all 4 wheels and I couldn't be happier with the result! Pictures included, the wheels look good as brand new, the repair to the crack has held strong over a few weeks now of driving hot roads. The value add to the appearance is amazing, and they did it all in a few short hours at their facility in Sterling, VA. But they have mobile services too in several states. I scraped two of my rims. One scratch was deeper than the other. I looked around and decided to use this company. The technician came and spent about 1.5 hours and fixed the scratches. Very fast service and perfect results to refinishing my wheel that I scrapped on the curb. The wheel looks brand new! It took Seth about 1 hour, with his mobile service that he completed right at my home. He worked in my garage, and there were no leftover signs that any work was performed there. 5/5 stars Tommy called when he was on his way and was extremely punctual. He was very professional and courteous. I had two front black painted wheels repaired and refinished. The results were excellent! And so convenient, as they come to your house to work. My Camaro 1LE had rim damage from hitting a curb. I did research on wheel repair and this company had great reviews. Well, here's another great review. The company office / waiting room is pristine. I felt comfortable waiting their and admired the many different wheels on display. They did such a good job, I thought they replaced the well. It was literally amazing. I was so impressed I had them powder-coat my Range Rover Sport's wheels. They reconditioned the wheels as well as the powder-coat. They look brand new. Definitely an upgrade to the RR. The price is more than reasonable. Brittanie is awesome, knowledgeable and professional. She is the administrator there. You really want to check them out before you buy new wheels. I wrote a nice long review saved as a draft and the stupid Yelp app had please finish your review and everything was erased sorry. I have the Mk1 ALMS Audi TT which is limited edition only 500 available. I wanted to keep the oem wheels so they fixed them for me. Customer service is exceptional. The representative recommended a Porsche satin Gunmetal color which matched my center caps nicely. It's the color for the upgraded 997 GT3 wheels. They fixed all the damage as shown and it came out perfect. I highly recommend this place they kept me updated daily on my wheels. I just dropped off my car and picked it up a few days later. Fantastic job done on the curb rash on my wheel. Looks brand new. Jay, the manager worked me in for the C&C and since I was waiting in person, moved me up in the line. Was in and out in about 2 hours. Jay also gave me a tour of the facility and the C&C process. Thanks to the tech who came to my house the previous week and recommended I would be more satisfied if I brought the rim in to the Sterling shop as opposed to having work done there at my home. Totally satisfied! Highly recommended. Thanks for saving me the additional $450 more for a new rim. read more

I was driving my son's new Tesla Model Y Performance with the high end wheels and scraped a curb on a busy Costco parking lot when someone cut me off. The rear wheel had a pretty gnarly scrape on the outside edge of the rim. I figured I would be buying my son a new wheel, so I called Tesla to make an appointment to go in and have them look at it. They called me back and when I described the damage the Tesla service person said that it could probably be repaired rather than replaced and referred me to Wheels on Site. I made an appointment and the technician, Eric, came to my house on the time promised. He was very professional and did an excellent job. After the repair, the damaged wheel looks just as good as the other undamaged wheels. The price quoted was VERY reasonable and Eric did a fantastic job. Wheels on Site saved me from a very expensive bill for a replacement rim. Also a shout out to Tesla for recommending Wheels on Site instead of just selling me a new wheel! read more

In a hurry to beat the light I rubbed the curb with my 2020 BMW M3 and immediately wanted to cry! I called several different wheel repair services but got the runaround for all but WheelsOnsite. They did a fantastic job. All 4 of the wheels on my brand new GTI were damaged by the tire installer when swapping higher performance tires on. The installer reached out to WOS and paid for the repairs. A rep from WOS contacted me within a day and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. The tech arrived on time and finished on time. He was polite and did a great job. I will definitely use WOS again in the future (but I hope I won't need to). read more

I rubbed the curb with my 2011 BMW M3 which has painted wheels and I was sick! I called Wheels on site on a Thursday, sent them a video, they called me back on Friday and scheduled the repair for Monday at my house 8 AM. The technician called on his way, showed up on time, was courteous well dressed experienced and knowledgeable. If I hadn't taken video of the damage I would not be able to find the spot where it was, the paint matches perfectly and I am thoroughly impressed. We've used WheelsOnSite four times now to restore our Tesla wheels due to damage form "curb burn". I took a huge chunk out of my rim from a curb. I thought I'd give this a shot before I spent over $1000 buying a new rim. I am thrilled I made the decision to do so. I normally don't get into the review writing thing but express my gratitude to whomever is providing the service at the time with a thank you phone call. This situation is waaaayyy different. I wanted to take the time say thank you to the guys at WheelsOnsite. They have the market of wheel repair locked down. They have performed "miracles" for me twice thus far. My better half had curbed my 2015 Range Rover Supercharged passenger side wheel really bad. I did my homework for 2 weeks seeking out companies to repair the damage. Every company I called would have you come in 2 or 3 weeks later, send photos of the damage to emails that were no longer operational or charged you a mortgage to repair your damage. I read the reviews for WheelsOsite and decided to take a chance, it was one of the best "leap of faith" decisions I've done in many years. You send pics to a operational email and immediatly receive a confirmation email of receipt. A professional staff member then phones you back to ask you a few questions then check what I call the "Golden Book" which is their appointment book. All I can say is that they typically set up your appoint next day, hows that for being on top of your game? The technician's are professional, well spoken and knowledgeable in all aspects of their craft. They even work with your schedule if you are running short on time, no pressure calls, where are you? No attitude when you arrive, they will even accommodate you if you ask to be their last customer for the day, I know, I've done it twice, and they come to you. The workmanship and end result is out of this world. The tech's will even give you helpful bits of information on how to care for your wheels. Thanks Sakall my friend, job well done. These guys are great, with them its about real quality work and exceptional customer service. I could go on and on about this company, but I think you get the picture. You don't have to second guess yourself when considering them, they have too many satisfied customers. I brought my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz to the WheelsOnSite location in Sterling, Va. because I actually couldn't stand the stock wheels it came with. To be clearer, I liked the wheels but hated that they were black and chrome. Upon arriving, I was assisted by a young man in the showroom and then a gentleman came out of his office to offer his opinion as well. I explained that I wanted to have the wheel painted all black. They recommended a high gloss finish which I agreed with. They said it would make the car " POP" since it is white with all black trim. They told me I could drop my car off on Monday morning and it would be ready on Friday. I dropped it off on Monday as planned and they called Friday afternoon and said it was ready. I paid over the phone and picked it up on Saturday morning since they are closed. Let me be abundantly clear, I am extremely fussy and it takes a lot to impress me but was I ever blown away by the way the wheels looked after being re-done. These guys are honest to their word, and do what they say they will do. The timeframe was spot on and the price exactly as quoted. To say I am pleased is a huge understatement. Everyone who has seen my car is also amazed at how good the wheels look and make a huge difference to the appearance of my Santa Cruz. WheelsOnSite is the real deal. I had an amazing experience using WheelsOnSite!! I had curb rash on 2 of my rims & have an insurance policy on my tires/rims which I thought would end up being a pain for most repair facilities to coordinate with. I worked with Brittany in their office who was extremely knowledgeable & more than helpful to explain the process to me. She called my insurance to get the pre-authorization to have the repairs done & called me back in a timely matter to get my appointment scheduled. I couldn't have asked for anything more especially being that I was a unclear of how the whole process should go. She made it so simple!! Brandon came out to my house right on time & did the repairs in my garage. He was very polite, well mannered & most pleasant to speak with. Brandon was knowledgeable & explained exactly what he would be doing - even offered to let me watch him do the repairs if I wanted! Both my right front alloy wheels had scraped against a curb. Dealer cost to replace was about $900 each. I looked online for companies that repair alloy wheels and got referred to WheelsOnSite. One of my best decisions. They were able to make the repair in one morning. The result was perfection and truly as good as new. Even knowing the wheels were repaired, after the service, I couldn't find a blemish. Everything about the customer experience was outstanding. Rich did an AMAZING job on my rims. He repaired 2 rims with curb rash on my car on different days. I felt so terrible for him the first day because it was very dark, very cold and just an all around impossible working condition, but he still did a pretty good job. Because it was so dark, there was a spot that needed to be redone. The next day when he came out, he fixed the second rim. The rim had some "unevenness" from the manufacturer, not to mention the curb rash. Not only did he fix that wheel perfectly, he re-did the first wheel. PLUS, he was proactive enough to look at my other wheels to find another rim with curb rash. Clearly, I need to stop parking by the curb. I'll be reaching out again for that third wheel. But in the meantime, my repaired rims look amazing! read more

Got some pretty nasty curb rash on a brand new AMG front passenger rim. Was about to spend 900 on a new one but Brian Dean's name kept coming up in internet searches. I figured I'd give it a try. He's a perfectionist and treated my baby as if it was his own. I can't say enough about him. I'm too lazy to write reviews but people like Brian and the WheelsOnSite team deserve recognition for the kind of business they run. 179 for the work. That was comparable to everyone in the area....and my gut (and all the forums) tell me the service and work was far better than anything you can expect from some of the other wheel shops. Don't be misled by the fact that the work is done on site and it in some way is inferior.. If you go public I'm investing. read more

I like to give my praises and appreciation to technician Jim repairing,clear coating my front and rear passenger side rim. I own a Lexus GS350 F Sport. This is my second service with Wheels Onsite. Jim notice on one of the inside lug nut area, on the front passenger side rim, with the black coating paint, had a chip and cracked. This situation required a lot of time for Jim to put his expertise at work. My eyes were blown away on on both front and rear passenger side rims. Jim show out his "Macgyver" abilities, like the hit TV show 1985-1992. My rims looked brand new. I had "road rash" on the front driver side of my 22 Mazda CX5 because some idiot came up on me too fast and forced me into the median. I went to Christian Brothers Automotive car repair place and they referred me to Wheels Onsite. Wheels Onsite were very nice and the quoted price was reasonable. They sent out a repair person the next day. Sim was my repair tech. I found he was very professional and easy to talk to. He called before he came and worked quickly. He answered any questions I had and was friendly and polite. It was a pleasure to meet him and I am glad he was my service tech. I curbed the wheel on my brand new BMW X7 after only having it for a couple months. I was so bummed, but hey, things happen. I remembered seeing the wheels On Site vehicle drive through the neighborhood where I work. I called them and requested a quote and the price was very reasonable. Mobile service so he came to my house and repaired my rims right in the front hard. Had a bad start to my morning and hit a curb on my new rims. Contacted wheelsonsite to repair my curbed wheels. They did very well to schedule a technician out to my location for repair at a time convenient for me. Eric contacted me when they were en route to my location and then when they were here. They let me know how long it would take and completed the work in the driveway. They were extremely quick and professional and I was absolutely astounded by the work once it was done. I thought there would be some kind of evidence that repair had been done but it looks absolutely brand new. I'm very very impressed and will definitely be recommending them. I have a Final Edition VW Beetle Convertible which has special white wheels. Sharp looking and very unique. After scraping all 4 on several curbs around town I scheduled repairs with WheelsonSite. It took some time to obtain the proper paint, but the results were totally worth the time. Everyone I spoke with at WheelsonSite were friendly and professional. My husband, as a birthday present recently had all four rims on my Range Rover repainted by Wheels On Site. The Land Rover dealership was going to charge way too much for the ones I wanted, but we had been recommended to use this company after we had one repaired by our insurance. I had some pretty bad curb damage on my rim that also took a chunk out of my tire and I really thought my rim was irreparable. Freddie came right to the parking garage here in Philly and blew my mind when he fixed the damage and made it look like new. I also had him work on another wheel that had some curb rash from the previous owner and he fixed up everything. I have some more damage right now from a tire shop and I have Freddie lined up for another appointment. I have a 2021 Tesla Model Y Performance grazed a low curb damaging my rear right wheel. The curb rash was horrible and I was considering purchasing a new rim but, the Uberturbine is 800+ from Tesla and an OEM is 399+. So, I did some research and found WheelOnsite. I am so glad I found them, I set up an appointment and Erik came onsite and repaired the rim. I can't even tell where I destroyed the rim!!! The area he repaired is visibility undetectable, I mean you really have to know the area of the rim to find the repair. I heard about WHEELSONSITE from a local auto dealer and decided to try them for my wife's Audi, which had considerable road rash around the edges.
