I have the Mk1 ALMS Audi TT which is limited edition only 500 available. I wanted to keep the oem wheels so they fixed them for me. Customer service is exceptional. The representative recommended a Porsche satin Gunmetal color which matched my center caps nicely. It's the color for the upgraded 997 GT3 wheels. I was driving my son's new Tesla Model Y Performance with the high end wheels and scraped a curb on a busy Costco parking lot when someone cut me off. The rear wheel had a pretty gnarly scrape on the outside edge of the rim. I figured I would be buying my son a new wheel, so I called Tesla to make an appointment to go in and have them look at it. They called me back and when I described the damage the Tesla service person said that it could probably be repaired rather than replaced and referred me to Wheels on Site. I made an appointment and the technician, Eric, came to my house on the time promised. He was very professional and did an excellent job. After the repair, the damaged wheel looks just as good as the other undamaged wheels. The price quoted was VERY reasonable and Eric did a fantastic job. My 2018 Maxima had a previous owner who spray-painted the stock rims black and it started to chip. I called WheelsOnsite and the customer service was top notch. I took a few photos and emailed them and received a response pretty fast. Sakall came out to my house a month ago and consulted with me a bit before getting down to work. It was a hot day but he worked through the heat and still did a very professional job. I waited a few days to let the new paint cure before taking it to the car wash, and it's now been a month and a few more washes, heavy rain and it still looks great. I did my due diligence regarding getting my wheel repaired due to curb rash on my SUV's black glossy rim. Wheels on Site, is just that they come to you. I contacted them with a oic of my wheel and Mark responded immediately with we can fix it, here's the cost (great discounted price compared to everyone else I reached out to!), call us to set up an appointment and let the call center know I've authorized the repair and cost. I called them and it was a seamless appointment process and I was given an immediate appointment with my choice of time (I chose 8am-12pm). AJ called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was my technician and how far he was. He arrived on-time, was professional, masked and gloved and explained the entire process to me. I checked in with him periodically and he was excellent in explaining what he was doing and what I needed to do when he was done. AJ knows what he's doing and maaaan, my wheel looks amazing!!
