I called and made an appointment for only two days away. The representative called me the day of the appointment when he was on his way. He arrived, removed the damage wheel and repaired it in my driveway. He painted the entire wheel so it wouldn't look patched. He did an excellent job. I can't find on the wheel where the damage was. So after the shop screwed-up the alignment on my car, I took it to RRT. It was my first experience with the shop and given their visible focus and history with BMW vehicles, coupled with a visible focus and experience in road racing, I thought this would be a good decision. Thankfully, I was absolutely correct. I worked with Michael and had an appointment for 8am. By a little after 9am, the car was done and the work was exceptional. Additionally, the cost of the alignment was both very competitve and a great value, given the quality of their work and what I was quoted by other shops in the area. In short, if you have a BMW, I would recommend this shop without hesitation for alignment work. Also, given the array of impressive customer cars that were in the parking lot when I visited the shop, I can only assume that this is a great place to take your BMW. Period.

Contacted a few Rim repair companies and they all advised me to purchase the front passenger side Rim as it could not be repaired. And then I called Bahadur from Wheel Exclusive. I don't think I need to say anything. Look at the pictures and you will know how good Bahadur is. His Mobile van is fully equipped and he himself does not comprise on the quality of work. He uses high end paints only. I definitely recommend Wheel Exclusive to everyone who wants quality work. If you are someone who settles down for crap then please don't bother calling him. Tesla referred me to Wheel Exclusive, and I couldn't be happier with their work. Just two days after the "incident," Paul came to my office and repaired and painted the rim. It looks as good as it did on the day we got the car. Best yet, the repair didn't cost a fortune at all. Sadly, I do expect that we'll need to use Paul's services in the future. Some issues regarding my visit…read more 1. Service time for a four tire road force balance was 2+ hours. This is more than double what it should take. I was charged extra also because they had to work a little harder to get the lug nuts off. 2. After getting service, the vehicle ride is almost identical to what is was before. No mention of anything to me regarding what they did or did not do. I had to rush out due to another engagement I had to get to. 3. I have D rated tires and after consulting BF Goodrich, I set the tires to 52 psi all the way around. They inflated my tires to the pressure noted on the car door plaque for E rated tires (60 psi front and 75psi rear)- pressures read 60 left front, 63 right front, 70 left rear and 75 right rear. 4. Lastly, the inspection report they do for free noted the tire pressure on both the fronts was 60 before and after, and 75 before and after, which is not correct based on what I brought in and what I noted while driving away. Everything else was checked green. Makes me wonder if an inspection was really performed. All that said, Ean and the rest who were working the service desk were very polite. I'm not sure what service was done, and had it been done correctly, I would have noticed a difference - value wasn't worth the result.
