I did my due diligence regarding getting my wheel repaired due to curb rash on my SUV's black glossy rim. Wheels on Site, is just that they come to you. I contacted them with a oic of my wheel and Mark responded immediately with we can fix it, here's the cost (great discounted price compared to everyone else I reached out to!), call us to set up an appointment and let the call center know I've authorized the repair and cost. I called them and it was a seamless appointment process and I was given an immediate appointment with my choice of time (I chose 8am-12pm). I was disappointed with the appointment scheduled for repairs to my vehicle. I was originally told the repair had to be delayed two weeks because the required color was not available. The day of the appointment, I called to verify our previously agreed upon service time. The representative stated the technician had just called in sick. It was mostly upsetting because I had other plans that were adjusted so that this repair could be done. I was then offered a new appointment for Saturday morning at 8:00 am. The result is so amazing, I can't even tell at all where the damage was. Now for the scheduling process, I would give 1-2 stars. The soonest they were available was 2 weeks out and I was able to choose either AM or PM. They told me they would contact me beforehand to let me know the exact appointment time. I didn't hear anything so I called the day before to get an idea so I could plan out my day. They told me they build the schedule the day before and would contact me by end of day, which they did not. Late September, 2022 my new 2023 Chevrolet Traverse Premier was received after ordered from Chevrolet. I "could not" get used to the darker machined wheels - just not for me. After 2 months with the vehicle, I talked and had e-mails with Mr. Jay Maewall @ Wheelsonsite, Sterling, VA for about 2 weeks. I was VERY impressed with his professionalism, follow-up, and samples he provided for my choices, and his willingness to get the vehicle right for me. Went there from my Richmond, VA area (3 hours away) twice, finally left the vehicle, and it took just 4 days for them to strip and powder coat my wheels to almost a chrome, and add red painted calipers to make make it look sharp.
