The scratches weren't major, but they stood out because the rims are black. It happened on a Friday, and that night I requested an online quote from Wheels Onsite. By Monday morning, the quote was already in my inbox. I chose their Sterling location since it was a little cheaper than mobile service, and my apartment's underground garage would have made that difficult. The whole process was quick and easy. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning, and it was ready that afternoon. The rim looks like it never happened. I've only had it back for a day, but so far I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for rim repair.

When I returned the next day, Rob's coworker rang me up for $300. I told him Rob had quoted me $180. Rob then told his coworker $200, and the price was lowered accordingly. However, I was also pressured to leave an online review. This was my experience dealing with this company, and it will be my last.
