Right from the beginning I could sense their professionalism . I called them to touch base and Dawn was right on top of things. She assured me that we could stay in the RV overnight in their lot and that they would diagnose the issue first thing in the morning. She also offered advise on places to get a bite to eat and things to do in the area. The next morning, Matt ( the service tech) got right on it and had a diagnosis in no time. I appreciate the time Mike ( the owner) spent explaining the repair with me and all his help with the paperwork.
