They where really help, yes it costed me 100 bucks but its better than Virginia Tire and auto, they were quoting me 150 plus Va tire guys put the tire on my car and air up the remaining tires. I will be going to Va tire from now on. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about this shop! Ron immediately responded and gave me a same day appointment. Once there, they found that the issue was just a tire balance. Apparently my dealer had lied about balancing my tires after the blowout. After correcting the issue and a quick test drive, the issue was fixed. Picked up a nail driving home on Sunday. VA Tire Co. was the first to respond to my request and offered several options for me while my tire was repaired including a loaner. Ron was great. This post is overdue. Two weekends ago, my wife's car sustained a flat tire. The spare tire was in BAD condition but we had no other choice at the time but to use it and didn't want to pay for a tow. There weren't very many shops opened on a Sunday, but this shop was. It was only 3.5 miles from my house so I took the chance of driving my wife's car there, but the spare got absolutely shredded and I was stuck on the side of the road. I called the shop and spoke with Ron. I explained my situation and that I wouldn't make it to his shop before they closed. Ron and his technician, Alex, got in their car and drove to where I was and put a different spare tire on my wife's car so it was drivable. They weren't able to repair my wife's flat tire because there was a warranty on it from another shop. Ron and Alex allowed me to use their extra spare until we were able to get my wife's car to the other shop for repairs and didn't charge us anything. They were just happy to help me/us in our time of need. So to recap, Ron and Alex drove out to me after they closed, put a spare on my wife's car and let us use it for 2-days, we returned it, and they didn't charge us. I can't thank Ron and Alex enough. They were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I will absolutely bring my future business to them. Thanks guys. read more
