I went to have a set of plug and play sidesteps installed on my Cybertruck. There are dozens of videos and posts that say it's a 30 min job. My quote was for $600 (3 hours). What a complete and utter waste of my time. read more

Thank you undisputed auto care for the quick turnaround! Came in to get a license plate installed and they let me know that I'd have to order a bracket online. They were super accommodating with my schedule and were happy to get me scheduled as soon as my part was ready. Front desk staff are kind and my mechanic ran everything by me. Cost was about average for what I had done compared to other places and I would recommend coming here for quick and honest services! read more

I went to Undisputed Auto Care in Sterling to fix an oil leak. They provided professional automotive service backed by a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty! The waiting area was incredibly welcoming, making the time fly by with free Wi-Fi, snacks, and drinks. Undisputed Auto Care kept me comfortable while I worked. Best of all, I wasn't there long because my car was finished exactly when promised, and there were no hidden charges, which is a rare find in auto repair! High-quality repairs, including engine work, alongside a professional, friendly atmosphere! The true value of a great auto-repair shop is in the peace of mind they provide, backed by skilled technicians who treat every engine with the same precision and care they would their own. We needed rear shocks, tires, and a 50,000 mile service and contacted Undisputed Auto Care for a quote. They were able to turn a detailed quote around in just a few hours. It was a very fair quote, and all the work was completed on time. Great job on everything! My husband also had his truck inspected with emissions testing the next day, and that work was done quickly while he waited! If you are unhappy with your current vehicle garage and are tired of being ripped off by corporate franchises, Undisputed Auto Care is the place to go! It is a locally owned small business and they do fantastic work! read more

I was told it was fine to tow my car in while partially disassembled, which cost me $240. After it arrived, I was then told the car would need to be reassembled before any real diagnostics could be done. So I paid to tow a car in the exact condition they approved, only to be told that condition prevented them from working on it. On top of that, the issue was already narrowed down to a hose, yet I was told intake manifold removal might be required. But they had told me they couldn't fully diagnose the issue? No charge from the shop, but the direction I was given directly led to unnecessary cost with no progress and a waste of my time. Update: In response to the owner's reply -- the issue is not whether diagnostic work was performed. The issue is that I was explicitly told it was acceptable to tow the car in its current condition. I relied on that guidance and paid $240 to do so. If the level of disassembly was a concern, that should have been clarified before approving the tow, not after the vehicle arrived. That decision directly caused unnecessary cost on my end. Additionally, being told intake manifold removal may be required while also stating the vehicle could not be diagnosed is contradictory and added to the confusion. No work being charged does not address the fact that the direction provided led to avoidable expense and wasted time. read more

Very detailed and understand what's going on. Not only that they stated they have worked on this many times. I would have liked if they put a range in price as money is always an issue and I want to be prepared for the cost or round about. read more

The only place that I would ever take my car for service. Justin and his team are knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. They give it to me straight and provide plenty of warning on immediate needs as well as upcoming costs to plan for. Couldn't be happier. read more

I found this company through Yelp. I inquired about a specific type of service for my vehicle. I have a German car that requires particular tools and expertise. The owner, Justin, replied immediately, and we discussed my concerns in a message. He immediately indicated that although he would love my business, he knew he wasn't the right repair shop for my specific needs since it is a specific fix with special tools that most shops don't have. Instead of trying to get my business without the knowledge, he recommended nearby shops that would better serve my needs. That is the definition of an honest auto repair shop, which I highly recommend and value. The other reviews are outstanding. This is a repair shop I will return to for much more straightforward service needs. I can't say enough good things about this place, and I recommend giving them a try. read more

Best shop in the area! I called them with an emergency when I was far from home and they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road same day. Got my Virginia safety inspection serviced here. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Staff was incredibly friendly and they stocked the waiting area with water and coffee. They also tightened down a loose ball joint for free to ensure it meets standards. 100 percent great experience and value. will be recommending this shop to family and friends that need inspection done. read more

Straight forward and efficient service. Evaluated my concern and only recommended required repairs.

No son honestos yo quería pasar inspección pero falló por el freno de mano y estaba bueno lo llevé a otro taller y pasó

Being new to the area, I went in for the required emissions and safety testing. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The garage area appeared to be nicely kept and well organized. The testing was done in 40 minutes or less. The waiting area is small, but they provide beverages and some snacks. Overall, the service was excellent and efficient. My first experience there was a great one. read more

If you prefer to have your tires mounted inside out, chip marks and scratches added to your wheels, and dealer like upcharges, this is the place for you. Once Undisputed Auto Care admitted to the damages they then refused to pay for them. By far one of the worst places to take your vehicle in for tire replacements and repairs. Stay away from this clown show if you want to protect your vehicle from being damaged. Customer service and honesty isnt located at Undisputed Auto Care. read more

Came in with a bent bearing and a hub assembly replacement I bought from the OEM's Service Center and had them install it. Very respectful, kind, and accommodating with decent pricing for labor. The airplane-like sound that was coming from the wheel area is now gone. Thank you! read more

Excellent service as always! Had my Acura in for an oil change, transmission drain and fill, and transfer case drain and fill.

Yesterday morning, 10 November 2025, I took my Subaru Legacy to their Sterling Shop on Woodland Road for VA inspection and oil change. While dropping off my car key I asked the gentleman behind the counter how much that service would cost me. He replied, "We rotate the tires, too." and then in a low voice quickly added something which definitely sounded like "Your total would be $73." I took that to mean that the tire rotation would be a courtesy service and the oil change would cost me about $50, leaving $20 for VA inspection. Later in the afternoon, I received a text message from them advising me that my car was ready. My wife dropped me off and I went into their office to pay for the service and pick up my key. I could not believe my eyes when I was presented with a $173 statement. Hello! $150 for an oil change?! No, said Mr. Rivera behind the counter, $30 of that is tire rotation. Me: but I never asked you for a tire rotation. You rotated the tires of your own accord. All right, retorted Mr. Rivera, I give you a $30 discount. So, I paid for the most expensive oil change of all time thanked them for "taking good care of me" and left. I consider this to be fraud and I intend to pursue this one way or another. Please be cautious if you ever go there. On second thought, I realize I have been amiss in my judgement. Undisputed actually performed a very good job and my concern about pricing was unfounded. I do apologize to Undisputed Auto Care for this understanding and I will use their services again. read more

Got new radiator and short beam light installed. They charge me $400 to $500 higher than the original quote. In the process of their installation, they broke the condensation cables, which they ended up replacing. Furthermore, after driving my car, it now immits smoke intermittently. I personally talk to a representative at the office and instead of talking ownership of their screw up, he essentially said it was due to the heat and it's normal. He did offer to take a look at the car; however, it would mean they would fix my AC at another outrageous cost. Needless, to say did not bother ti bring it back and opted for another auto shop instead. read more

Perfect experience. I needed an assessment on my transmission in preparation for sale of my care. I had one opinion and needed a second. The appointment was easy to make. The people were courteous and attentive. Charles is the nice man in the front office. I waited in the clean waiting room as I worked. There was a power plug at each chair. It was a great experience. Highly recommend! read more

Scam artists! Stay away from here. i don't think they know the definition of honesty or appropriate customer service. I had my vehicle towed to this place for alternator repair. Was told next day appointment, Great! No problem. Needless to say, but a week later all they've done was charge me almost $600 for a new battery and told me it was fixed and to come pick it up. Upon arrival, my car was completely dead in the parking lot. They then tell me it's the alternator and it would be $700 more. When asked for a refund and for it to be applied towards new alternator they refused service because they'd be out one battery. Now I need to have it towed again to a more competent establishment. Waste of time and money. Why can't there be just one honest mechanic that actually takes pride in their service? This place DEFINITELY ISN'T ONE! I'd give them zero stars if it were an option. Save yourself the headache and skip this place! read more

Trustworthy auto shop that goes above and beyond. Anytime we need something checked out, we take our cars here to get honest feedback. Would highly recommend this auto shop! They are very professional, very helpful & had great prices. Will definitely come back

Not only do I not recommend this shop, I advise to actively avoid it. I had my car serviced for around 2 weeks to resolve a check engine, airbag light, and some engine coolant problems. When I picked my car up, the bill was quite excessive even by dealership standards but I was willing to accept it as long as the job was done exceedingly well. After a few days the check engine light and airbag light came back and my car had a rough idle and sluggish acceleration. I currently have my car at a ford service center to diagnose the issue that Undisputed did not fully resolve. While my car was in the shop I received very little communication from the staff and I had to be the one to keep asking for updates on the car. Additionally when I attempted to ask certain technical questions I was treated as a nuisance and ignored. This is a shame because I used Undisputed in the past and they used to provide excellent service but I can no longer recommend them as they will charge you an arm and a leg for subpar service. Edit: It was mentioned that various approaches and solutions were offered to me but I was never informed of such things. All I was told was that specific components needed to be replaced and nothing more. There was no mention of warranties in relation to the repair and I have no knowledge of what this may or may not apply to. Again communication is key and unfortunately I cannot say such conversations occurred. I am more than willing to remove my review if an actual solution could be forthcoming unfortunately Undisputed has already made their statement clear. read more

I took my car to Undisputed for new brakes after an outrageously high quote from the dealership. Undisputed completed the job the same day and at a fraction of the dealership's quote. Besides the excellent service at a reasonable cost, the staff is exceptionally friendly and honest; no surprise expenses or hard upselling. I highly recommend Undisputed Auto Care and couldn't be happier I found them! read more

I went through lots of up and downs with the Ford dealership, but that relationship ended on a bad note. I was looking for an honest shop I could rely on without having to double check prices and potential unnecessary repairs. I had heard from a lot of friends that Undisputed was the place to go for an honest estimate and good workmanship. I scheduled my appt online which was super easy, even with my procrastination (taking my car to the shop is just slightly easier than taking myself to the doctor). After scheduling my appt online, I received reminder notifications of my appt. Dropping the vehicle off was easy; Parked, walked in and was greeted by Justin who escorted me to the suite upstairs where I explained to Barry the problems I was having, which included my epic sound effects. Gave them my keys and off I went while they took care of my truck. A few hours later I received a call with the diagnosis and estimate for repairs (Brakes and a wheel bearing). I approved the work and expected to hear that it would take a day or two to get parts, but was surprised to hear that it would be done later that day. WOW! A one day turn around for something that needed parts?? Coming from the dealer, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Anyway, picking up my car was just as simple, walked in, went upstairs, got a full run down of what was done, they answered all my questions, took my money and I was off. The truck is running perfectly, smooth, nice and quiet. Thanks guys! read more
