I was told it was fine to tow my car in while partially disassembled, which cost me $240. After it arrived, I was then told the car would need to be reassembled before any real diagnostics could be done. So I paid to tow a car in the exact condition they approved, only to be told that condition prevented them from working on it. On top of that, the issue was already narrowed down to a hose, yet I was told intake manifold removal might be required. But they had told me they couldn't fully diagnose the issue? No charge from the shop, but the direction I was given directly led to unnecessary cost with no progress and a waste of my time. Update: In response to the owner's reply -- the issue is not whether diagnostic work was performed. The issue is that I was explicitly told it was acceptable to tow the car in its current condition. I relied on that guidance and paid $240 to do so. If the level of disassembly was a concern, that should have been clarified before approving the tow, not after the vehicle arrived. That decision directly caused unnecessary cost on my end. Additionally, being told intake manifold removal may be required while also stating the vehicle could not be diagnosed is contradictory and added to the confusion. No work being charged does not address the fact that the direction provided led to avoidable expense and wasted time. read more

I found this company through Yelp. I inquired about a specific type of service for my vehicle. I have a German car that requires particular tools and expertise. The owner, Justin, replied immediately, and we discussed my concerns in a message. He immediately indicated that although he would love my business, he knew he wasn't the right repair shop for my specific needs since it is a specific fix with special tools that most shops don't have. Instead of trying to get my business without the knowledge, he recommended nearby shops that would better serve my needs. That is the definition of an honest auto repair shop, which I highly recommend and value. The other reviews are outstanding. Once Undisputed Auto Care admitted to the damages they then refused to pay for them. By far one of the worst places to take your vehicle in for tire replacements and repairs. Yesterday morning, 10 November 2025, I took my Subaru Legacy to their Sterling Shop on Woodland Road for VA inspection and oil change. While dropping off my car key I asked the gentleman behind the counter how much that service would cost me. He replied, "We rotate the tires, too." and then in a low voice quickly added something which definitely sounded like "Your total would be $73." I took that to mean that the tire rotation would be a courtesy service and the oil change would cost me about $50, leaving $20 for VA inspection. Later in the afternoon, I received a text message from them advising me that my car was ready. My wife dropped me off and I went into their office to pay for the service and pick up my key. I could not believe my eyes when I was presented with a $173 statement. Hello! $150 for an oil change?! No, said Mr. Rivera behind the counter, $30 of that is tire rotation. Me: but I never asked you for a tire rotation. You rotated the tires of your own accord. All right, retorted Mr. Rivera, I give you a $30 discount. So, I paid for the most expensive oil change of all time thanked them for "taking good care of me" and left. I consider this to be fraud and I intend to pursue this one way or another. Please be cautious if you ever go there. On second thought, I realize I have been amiss in my judgement. Undisputed actually performed a very good job and my concern about pricing was unfounded. I do apologize to Undisputed Auto Care for this understanding and I will use their services again. read more

Got new radiator and short beam light installed. They charge me $400 to $500 higher than the original quote. In the process of their installation, they broke the condensation cables, which they ended up replacing. Furthermore, after driving my car, it now immits smoke intermittently. I personally talk to a representative at the office and instead of talking ownership of their screw up, he essentially said it was due to the heat and it's normal. He did offer to take a look at the car; however, it would mean they would fix my AC at another outrageous cost. Needless, to say did not bother ti bring it back and opted for another auto shop instead. read more

Scam artists! Stay away from here. i don't think they know the definition of honesty or appropriate customer service. I had my vehicle towed to this place for alternator repair. Was told next day appointment, Great! No problem. Needless to say, but a week later all they've done was charge me almost $600 for a new battery and told me it was fixed and to come pick it up. Upon arrival, my car was completely dead in the parking lot. They then tell me it's the alternator and it would be $700 more. When asked for a refund and for it to be applied towards new alternator they refused service because they'd be out one battery. Now I need to have it towed again to a more competent establishment. Waste of time and money. Why can't there be just one honest mechanic that actually takes pride in their service? This place DEFINITELY ISN'T ONE! I'd give them zero stars if it were an option. Not only do I not recommend this shop, I advise to actively avoid it. I had my car serviced for around 2 weeks to resolve a check engine, airbag light, and some engine coolant problems. When I picked my car up, the bill was quite excessive even by dealership standards but I was willing to accept it as long as the job was done exceedingly well. After a few days the check engine light and airbag light came back and my car had a rough idle and sluggish acceleration. I currently have my car at a ford service center to diagnose the issue that Undisputed did not fully resolve. While my car was in the shop I received very little communication from the staff and I had to be the one to keep asking for updates on the car. Additionally when I attempted to ask certain technical questions I was treated as a nuisance and ignored. This is a shame because I used Undisputed in the past and they used to provide excellent service but I can no longer recommend them as they will charge you an arm and a leg for subpar service. Edit: It was mentioned that various approaches and solutions were offered to me but I was never informed of such things. All I was told was that specific components needed to be replaced and nothing more. There was no mention of warranties in relation to the repair and I have no knowledge of what this may or may not apply to. Again communication is key and unfortunately I cannot say such conversations occurred. I am more than willing to remove my review if an actual solution could be forthcoming unfortunately Undisputed has already made their statement clear. read more

I went through lots of up and downs with the Ford dealership, but that relationship ended on a bad note. I was looking for an honest shop I could rely on without having to double check prices and potential unnecessary repairs. I had heard from a lot of friends that Undisputed was the place to go for an honest estimate and good workmanship. I scheduled my appt online which was super easy, even with my procrastination (taking my car to the shop is just slightly easier than taking myself to the doctor). After scheduling my appt online, I received reminder notifications of my appt. Dropping the vehicle off was easy; Parked, walked in and was greeted by Justin who escorted me to the suite upstairs where I explained to Barry the problems I was having, which included my epic sound effects. Gave them my keys and off I went while they took care of my truck. A few hours later I received a call with the diagnosis and estimate for repairs (Brakes and a wheel bearing). I approved the work and expected to hear that it would take a day or two to get parts, but was surprised to hear that it would be done later that day. WOW! A one day turn around for something that needed parts?? Coming from the dealer, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Anyway, picking up my car was just as simple, walked in, went upstairs, got a full run down of what was done, they answered all my questions, took my money and I was off.
