He was prompt, communicative about his arrival status and once he showed up he isolated the problem (loose wire behind the breaker box panel) within five minutes. He upgraded all the 12V fuses to better quality ones than the originals put in by the RV manufacturer. He ran other diagnostics on both systems to ensure there were no other hidden issues. Everything checked out and Jimmy took the time to show me some details about the electrical system. Jimmy knows his tradecraft and delivered satisfactory results quickly. We've owned a couple RVs and know that repairs rarely happen quickly. And sometimes the wrong part…read morecomes in. Not for the faint of heart. I add, too, that Naked Bear had done a couple repairs well. But when the rig came back in March with mismatched paint, an exhaust pipe hung under the carriage so that it MELTED the fender skirt, and an incorrectly installed slide-out motor (the pin wasn't in, so it flopped around and damaged the entire slide-out assembly), we asked them to correct it. They never sent anyone out as promised (after 2.5 months of trying). On the other hand, this gave me time to look closely at their invoices to find they had overcharged us by $460. (!!) Could possibly be just sloppy bookkeeping (they applied a deposit over two invoices and snuck it in there) versus outright theft, but I can't say, as they won't reply. To be continued...

The staff is helpful, friendly, thoughtful and value their customers over profit. I recently brought my Tundra to the shop to give it a fresh new look with smoky headlights. During installation of the new headlights, they discovered that there was a malfunction with the turn signal component of the passenger side light. To remedy this, Luke gave me an option of either keeping the current ones in with the fast flashing right turn signal - OR - to reinstall my OEM headlights until the replacement ones arrived. I elected to keep the fast flasher in, then at some point during that conversation I was easily swayed into buying smoky taillights to complete the look. This was largely due to the fact that they offered to install them for no charge to compensate for my," inconvenience". I put quotes there because no part of me felt inconvenienced. To me, a malfunctioning headlight that was shipped from an unrelated company's warehouse is not within Truck'n America's control. The team continued to earn additional stars when I arrived to pick up my truck and learned that Paul, out of the kindness of his heart, had fixed my driver's side running board by removing them, drilling new holes and reinstalling. Unbeknownst to me, it was on the verge of collapsing due to some rust/corrosion that wasn't visible but did cause the board to have slightly more give than typical. Thanks, Luke and Phil!
