I just currently moved to this area 6 months ago and I didn't know where to take my car for maintenance. I was lucky enough to have found a place where they do an outstanding job fixing my car and great customer service. I had taken my car to different auto shops to fix the same problem with mand it was still not 100 percent right! It was so frustrating! While scrolling through other auto repair places I found Ameritech. I went ahead and gave them a chance. I explained to them my problem. The guy told me to leave it and that they will call me and let me know what was going on with it. Jimmy (customer service desk attendant) called me a couple of hours later and told me exactly what was going on with my car. He assured me that it would fix the problem. It's been a month since they fixed it and now my car is running like new again. I highly recommend these guys. They won't give you the runaround and the price was $200 lower than I had been quoted in other places. If you want to get your car fixed right the first time and save money, this is the place for you. 1/27/2020 I'm back at the shop for inspection. They showed me what was wrong with my tires, in which it was no surprise to me. They went out of their way to get them replaced and the price was perfect. They went and picked them up for me. Towed our Honda CR-V to Ameritech. It's a 2015 with 150,000 miles. This is my wife's car and we depend on it to get her to work. At first I thought it might be an electrical issue but Ameritech technician attached the scanner and diagnosed the problem as low pressure at fuel rail. OEM part ordered and replaced and it was ready to drive 2 days later. I've known Jimmy for years and he provides honest customer service. Thanks to the crew at Ameritech. November 2,2021 I took my truck to Ameritech to have work done. One of the repairs was drain the water from the fuel for which they charged me $18.97 labor for pulling the drain plug. Within a week the dash indicator said again "water in fuel" so I called them to take back to have done again. They wanted to charge me $20 this time to drain the water again. I asked them if they have warranty on the labor and they said yes. I told them this draining should be covered under warranty. They told me they would not drain again unless I paid and I should go to another car care provider. The do not honor their warranty! read more

I would highly recommend trying another garage for all your auto needs. I used this garage from when they first started and would always recommend them. However, the service has diminished to the point of no return. Although the owner is nice he does not work on the cars and is usually not the person you deal with. Always great service. They give a complimentary fluid and belt check with your oil change, which is nice. After you have your car serviced they send you a $5 coupon in the mail (great marketing plan) and since it costs about the same to get the oil changed here as about anywhere else I might as well save $5. Highly recommend. You do have to make an appointment which can be both good and bad depending on what you prefer - but no wait lines this way!
