If I could give less than a star I would. The customer service is very poor (Especially Hunter) and…read morethey charge an arm and a leg. I called three weeks ago to get a repair and service done. I was told that it would take about 2-3 weeks to get my lawnmower looked at for a quote. I was fine with this because I understand that this is peak season, so I waited patiently. I was explained the fees and such and expected around $300-400 for everything. Anyway, I waited the almost three weeks and called back to see the status on my quote. Hunter did not give me a definite answer immediately and said he would call me back. I waited three days with no response. (apparently someone typed the wrong phone number.) Somehow the repairs/service then went up to about $760 dollars for new blades, a spring service and a belt replacement. I respectively declined after speaking to a few people about my quote. My lawnmower brand new is around $1700. After declining, Hunter said he would call me back with another quote for the pick up fee and the diagnostic; which I am not sure why they need to call back for that. The diagnostic fee and the pick up for the lawnmower ended up being over 100 dollars, which I find ridiculous. (My father in law is picking up the lawnmower at the shop now, so they never had to even bring my mower back to me.) I doubt the diagnosis took the techs very long and this fee was never explained at the beginning. I asked Hunter if that fee was added after I decided not to do business with them and that is when Hunter began passive aggressively arguing with me. I tried cutting him off saying I was just voicing that I feel like their services are way too expensive and Hunter continued to argue with me. At one point, I had to tell Hunter that I found him very unprofessional that he was still arguing with me after I began giving him my credit card information. His response was "I would expect a comment like that from you". That is not how you treat customers period, even if the customer decided that they were too expensive. Most of my life I worked customer service and was a manager in the optical field for five years. When customers complained that my products were too expensive I just listened apologized and kept it moving; never would I of argued with them! That is a lesson Hunter needs to learn. I hope anyone who reads this finds a better lawnmower repair shop with better customer service, a faster turn around time for quotes, and one that has fairer repair/service rates!

I was having a problem with oil pressure on my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 4.8L. I had replaced the…read moreoil pressure sensor myself some time ago, but I was again getting a check engine code about my oil pressure sensor. I took it to Auto Impressions and they replace the oil pressure sensor. about 2-4 weeks later the check engine code for the oil pressure sensor came back. I went and talked to Auto Impressions and we discussed several things that could be causing the code and possible solutions. As they were troubleshooting the issue, they discovered that the problem was the oil filters I was using. I was using a big name brand oil filter, the same brand that I used all my life on all my cars. It was restricting my oil flow. Auto Impressions replaced my oil filter with a Wix brand filter and my oil pressure went up 10-15 psi, back where it should be. Auto Impressions was diligent and honest, They could have tried several of the other measure we discussed to address my oil pressure issue. Instead, they paid attention to the details and found the root cause which turned out to be inexpensive. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you Auto Impressions!!

At no point during that conversation was it mentioned that the cost would increase significantly, yet there was no problem telling me they found another problem that needed fixed. When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked to find the total was over $1,800. That's a major increase that should have been clearly communicated beforehand. If I had been informed, I could have decided whether to move forward with the repair. Instead, I was put in a position where I had no choice but to pay in order to get my car back. On top of that, after looking up the cost of the parts, it appears they mark them up by at least 40%. Proceed with caution. People don't write bad reviews for absolutely no reason.

He was very genuine in wanting to help me out, especially since I am very new to being an owner of a motorhome. He asked me if I had winterized it before the weather got below freezing and I had not. So, he checked the piping for cracks a long with the furnace. I dropped off my vehicle close to closing time and he had it ready and working before noon the next day. Jerry (or Larry...) was more than happy to show me how to work everything, and I am more than thankful since I was close to clueless to how to do it myself. Not only did he show me how to get the propane and furnace started in detail, but he showed me how to work the water heater, where my secondary battery was, and taught me about some of the buttons and what they do. On top of that, I drove off and the gauge was informing that my battery was over charging. So, they invited me to come back so that they could check it out. I did and he informed me that my battery is running perfectly and that the gauge was off (it's a 1986 coachman, it's a bit old). Afterwards, he sent me off on my way across country. The service here is incredibly friendly, understanding to those ignorant of the RV lifestyle, and are more than happy to answering questions if you have any (unlike most every other RV repair and service I encountered or spoke with over the phone). Point of my review: I am a happy customer! PS. Furnace is working very well and there aren't any leaks in my piping.
