I said no and took it to the Honda dealer. I asked them to check that and do the alignment if indicated. They did the alignment without replacing the outer and inner tie rod. Classic example of chain shops (Firestone, Pep Boys etc) often recommend "replace both inner and outer" as a package deal. NOT GOING BACK TO A GARAGE THAT SCAMS ME.

I had Eddie Tires fix a nail that was in my tire, the tire went flat the same day. I dropped my van off at the dealership across the street for a oil change after I got Eddie Tires to patch my tire. When I Came back around 7 o' clock pm to pick up my van the tire was flat. I called Eddie's shop at 8 am the next morning and told the service Manager of the problem with the tire. He imm immediately had A attitude and was yelling that he had fix the tire correctly . Thank God the Dealership fix the flat without charging. I will never return to this business Again.
