Dave was great, he was punctual and professional. He worked through an electrical issue that was highly complicated by an unconventional installation of an after market solar configuration. Absolutely will call him for any future repair requirements. read more

We purchased a used RV for the first time which had issues with the water heater. Based on the other reviews here I contacted Dave and received a text back immediately and he scheduled a visit. He was so thorough and explained everything plus he took the time to answer a whole bunch of questions I had about my RV overall. I ended up needing a new water heater and he ordered and got the replacement for me and got it all perfectly done, again explaining all I needed to know about how to maintain properly. Very fair with pricing. I wish I had someone like this I could trust with car and home repairs too. read more

David was great! Good communication, prompt, very knowledgeable in RVs and willing to share his knowledge if you are willing to learn. My repair ended up being minor, but I still felt like I got my money's worth. read more

Great Guy, he is going to show me how to take care of my RV water system before I need to start servicing myself. He explained to me that my travel trailer was a "Pandemic Build". 2022 Forest River. That would explain everything that went wrong with it. He is going to show my wife the electric, we are going off-grid. His instruction is expensive, but that's the price for proper hands on training. Anyone with student loans will tell you. 4 stars for responsiveness, will give 5 stars once training is over. read more

David was very knowledgeable and giving! He helped me immediately and the solution was just too simple. User error! I will use his services from now on! I recommend you do the same. read more

New to the motorhome life and needed help prior to a big trip. Called Dave and he took the time to not only explain what was happening in simple terms, but shared links to additional products he recommends. Also inquired about all my other systems to make sure things were working as they should. Will keep him in my phone book for sure! Thank you!!! read more

Once again I relied on Strong Mobile Services to get me out of a jam. A friend tried turning on the AC in the garage of my toyhauler and was pushing all the buttons until the thermostat locked up on me. I called Strong Mobile Services and Dave was able to walk me through the process to undo what my friend had done so the AC was working once again. His knowledge of RVs and what needs to be done is phenomenal. I can't thank him enough for helping undo the mess. read more

Strong Mobile services is customer obsessed and reliable! You can't go wrong working with David and his team.

Helped me trouble shoot a faulty capacitor on my campers AC. Very much appreciated and I will definitely contact him again if (let's be honest, it's a question of WHEN not if) something else goes bad! read more

David responded quickly to our request and helped us identify a problem with our R.V. furnace. We fix most things ourselves, and David was happy to troubleshoot with us and had all of the necessary tools and supplies on hand to get our furnace going, just in time for a cold snap! He even followed up a couple of days later to ensure everything was still working well, and found a website for an unrelated piece we were looking for. Bonus-we are on a military installation, which can sometimes make it a challenge to access. But David is also a veteran and had no issues reaching us. Highly recommend Strong Mobile Services! Professional, prompt, and reliable. read more

Full timer here visiting in the area. toilet broke last night! Dave was so great walking me through options, for that and for another, less urgent, issue with the RV. I really appreciate the time he took to think through and explain my best next steps, even if they let me in another direction. Dave is clearly very knowledgeable and looking out for our best interests. Highly recommend giving him a call if you're in the area and need help with your RV! Not to mention that he was very friendly in a delight to talk to about all things Rv! read more

I am an owner of a 2019 Class B which I bought used during Covid. I am still learning some things and wanted Strong to evaluate several areas of my RV and make sure they were in good working order. I was so pleased with how thorough they were. They also provided some best practices on caring for the water system, generator and more. Dave is passionate about RVing and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to using them again as they were very trustworthy. Thats what I needed! read more

We were fish out of water. Midwesterners, In the middle of Washington DC, broken down in a neighborhood alley. When we called Strong Mobile Services, it wasn't like talking to a mechanic. It felt like we had called our good friend David to help us out. David was knowledgable, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our family felt safe and taken care of while waiting on the necessary parts to get us back on the road. David restored some of our faith in the repair service industry and in humanity in general. You shouldn't call anyone else when you have issues with your RV. I know we won't. read more

I needed someone to help me with my slide on my trailer and I full time in my RV. I wasn't familiar with the cable system but David was extremely helpful and responsive. He met me and reviewed the issue and handled it like the professional he is. He was also able to identify another issue that I'll have to get addressed later when I'm in an area for longer. The pricing was reasonable and a great value. I couldn't have been more pleased. If I find myself in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him for any issue. read more

I needed to replace the water purifier on my 2022 Dutch Star motorhome which is usually a simple process. I used a special wrench made solely for removing the canister that holds the water purifier but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get the canister loose. The canister is supposed to be hand tightened only but the company that winterized the motorhome obviously didn't know that. I had to stop trying for fear of breaking the rather thin piece of sheet metal that holds the cartridge and filter. I called David Strong and he came out two days later to see what he could do and although it wasn't easy David was able to get the job done in about 45 minutes. David is very personable and he did a great job. His price was very reasonable and probably less than what a dealership would have charged me and saved me a one hour drive to the closest one. David will be my go to technician when I need something done that I can't do. I highly recommend David and his company. read more

From the minute David answered the phone we knew we had the right person for the job. Thank you David for your responsiveness, expertise, and amazing customer service. Your attitude was so upbeat and positive from the minute we spoke. Not only did David come to where the RV was parked (thank you Elks lodge for hosting) but he came early before our appointed hour. He listened attentively to the issue and immediately jumped under the RV to check out the stabilizers, one of which was stuck in the down position. Within minutes he emerged with the broken bolt. He had multiple solutions and was able to do a temporary fix that would keep the RV and owners safe for the rest of the journey. David even anticipated a potential issue with the second stabilizer and make sure it would not fail in the next phase of the journey. It's clear that David is an expert in RV repair and as someone who is an RVer himself he understands the complexities of staying safe on the road. If you or your friends ever need an RV repair, run, don't walk to the phone and call David Strong! Thank you David for saving our friend's trip and being such a great resource. We really enjoyed meeting you! read more

We're very happy with our choice of Strong Mobile Services for our trailer repair. read more

I had a faulty solenoid leaking propane in my 1998 Roadtrek Popular 190 which had been diagnosed while traveling in the summer. When I looked to having it fixed after I got back home in Northern Virginia, Strong Mobile Services came through. David responded quickly to communications and was flexible with his schedule, coming to where my RV was to conduct the initial consultation on a weeknight. After helping me to research the correct replacement part, he performed the replacement and verified the end of propane leaking at a convenient location in Springfield while tipping me to other potential problems unrelated to the propane system and recommended solutions which I could do myself or have him do. He is not only certified to repair RVs, he is an RVer himself and loves to look at and talk about them. Hourly cost is within the norm for mobile RV techs and well worth it for the level of quality and service provided. read more
