Ace kept us informed of potential delays (e.g., parts) and the reason. Spontaneously sent videos and photos of the work in progress and completed. In the end, completed our job weeks faster than expected AND at a lower price than expected. Our camper looks great and everything checks out repair-wise. Right from the beginning I could sense their professionalism . I called them to touch base and Dawn was right on top of things. She assured me that we could stay in the RV overnight in their lot and that they would diagnose the issue first thing in the morning. She also offered advise on places to get a bite to eat and things to do in the area. The next morning, Matt ( the service tech) got right on it and had a diagnosis in no time. I appreciate the time Mike ( the owner) spent explaining the repair with me and all his help with the paperwork. So, when I realized the job was done incorrectly, I called and said some thing about it ... they defended what they did and said that's the way they do it but it's not what I hired them to do. It's not what we discussed., expected me to pull the wiring through my hatch each time and just close the door on it which would damage the wire and eventually lead to shorts and other issues absolutely positively ask any electrician they offered to make me another appointment, and to fix it and that I guess should be OK but the fact that they do what they want when they want and that what they were hired for is not what I was looking for! Come to find out, after a few troubleshooting tips that David recommended, the generator had no issues at all and it was user error.
