They knew the product very well, they had it ready for us to inspect and test drive before we bought it and they made the few adjustments we asked for to allow us to finalize the deal and head home to Michigan within the time frame we needed. They assisted us in making motel and dining reservations while we were there and, most important, they made us feel valued and respected as customers. And our dog, Cooper, too! We are six time owners of new Class A Newmar motor homes and John and his staff made our buying experience and delivery of this Class C coach every bit as good as any coach we've ever bought in the past. We had great online communication and the great communication continued when we were at the location. No pressure in the sales and he gave us a lot of good info. We took care of most of the paperwork online. Still spent a few hours at pickup :( Right now I think they did very well - which could go up or down. It seems we got the wrong keys. The remotes work but a day later when I tried the actual key it wasn't even close to working, so I think we have some mixed keys floating around. I know I should have checked at the dealer, but I haven't used an actual key in a vehicle for a bit. I am in the process of scheduling the protective coat process, so we will see how that goes. And I need to return a few things since the adapter and surge strip don't fit our Scope. Got a bit of bad advice in the store I guess. No biggy. We will see how this goes and I will update the review.

They winterized it and then never looked at it again until January 3, 2025 when they discovered the catalytic converter was gone. I had to claim the theft on my insurance, pay my deductible. No apology, when asked to deduct a portion of my bill to help set off the $ 1,000 deductible, it was a NO. No apology, no offer or reparation, nothing. They should be responsible while is was in their care in a "secured" facility.

Called last week, dropped it off on Friday before the holiday weekend, and they promised to call Tuesday after diagnosing. Sure enough, they called right on time, followed up with a detailed quote, and the price for parts and labor seemed very fair. I approved it, and they had the coach fixed and ready for pickup the next afternoon. I mostly worked with Art--super helpful and friendly, and the whole staff was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The shop parking is a little tight, but it's manageable. Overall, everything went smoothly, the repair was done quickly, and I feel confident about coming back. I'll definitely use them again and won't hesitate to call for future RV service needs.

Fantastic and honest service along with a very fair price…read more I needed brakes on a budget so I called around. I was looking for brake pads only to be installed. One place said they only do brakes pads along with replacing rotors and wanted just over $1000 for the job. The car isn't worth that much so I thanked them and passed. Another place wanted $450 just to do the pads - they also said it wasn't company policy to do the pads without cutting the rotors. I didn't want the rotors resurfaced because while providing a smoother experience it shortens the life of the rotors. Most places wanted to do the rotors. Some made me feel like a used car experience of being passed from person to person. I did get a good gut feeling from most tho. While Walt's wasn't the lowest priced, under $300, I got a really good feeling right off the bat. First off Walt answered the phone. Gotta love it when the boss is actually running things. His quote was done so quickly (I asked and BAM - he answered) that I knew he'd done many of these. Plus he didn't try to upsell me anything which told me that he was busy enough that he'd like but didn't need my business. I took the car there and Todd took care of me and after explained that I should be ok with the rotors but to be more careful as the brakes had been low enough to be problematic if I'd gone further. He even helped me lower the backseat of my car at no charge. While I live in DC these guys earned my trust and future business in this one visit.

In the end, completed our job weeks faster than expected AND at a lower price than expected. Our camper looks great and everything checks out repair-wise.
