They are scammers at their best. Took my car in for ONLY an oil change. Once I came back to pick it up I was notified that there's an additional charge for a change in head light, which was never consented nor did they ever reached out to ask for permission. I would not have a problem, however the headlight failed and did not even work! Seems like they replaced it with some cheap bulb or mess up electrical while in the process. Don't be fooled! Luxus is a great Mercedes Shop! Anytime I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my 1990 300SEL, Irage would diagnose it, fix the problem and it was on the road again in perfect condition. When a deer ran into the front of my Mercedes, I had it towed to Luxus. The insurance company wanted to total the car, but Irage was able to negotiate with them and keep the repair price below the salvage value by doing the minimal work to get it back on the road including using used and rebuilt parts. Irage knew a body shop he worked with who did the body work and body paint. When I got the car back, it looked like new! This shop is THE BEST!!! read more

For any Mercedes owner, that initial realization that service and parts for these vehicles is ridiculous, causes stress, adds years, raises blood pressure! As we all know, this stress is inevitably compounded by unscrupulous dealers and mechanics. Once I found Iraj AKA Luxus Automobile, the universe shifted in my favor. Firstly, the guy is supremely knowledgeable and advises me as though the vehicle is his personal car. His right hand John is equally fantastic. The parade of Mercedes, some delivered by nearby dealerships who have encountered problems their computers cant solve for them is clear indication of the mastery exhibited here. When I first discovered Iraj I was having significant problems with my 1997 Diesel. As in, multiple trips to the same expensive mechanic to fix the same issues. Although I lived in Upper Marlboro at the time, the hour long drive was worth the attempt at resolving the stress associated with my wife complaining about the car. Now, I wouldn't let anyone else touch the car. He will install your parts or acquire what is needed at very reasonable cost. Best Mercedes shop in the DC metro area, not even close. You can always tell it's a great place by seeing the other cars that are there being serviced, a wide mix of old and new. Iraj is great and his staff does an excellent job babying every car that comes in there. These guys know these cars better than anyone and I know that once I get my car to them it will be taken care of the right way. These guys find tricky problems and fix them the first time. They were the only shop I trusted my CL65 with and would always schedule me in whenever I needed service. Enterprise is a short walk (or they'll give you a ride over) for services where you need to leave it longer. They have WiFi so you can sit in the office and get work done while doing smaller items. Do not go here unless you want your car to not be fixed and still get charged. My mom took her car here and they took the car and gave her a resolution , well that resolution was incorrect and we kept on going back to them to fix the car. Eventually 3 weeks later we gave up and we think they broke our sunroof as well. They charged us 1500 dollars and the car still had its issues , they offered to fix it but they keep saying that you keep taking your car back and forth , they had the car for three weeks. So in conclusion don't take your car to them unless your ready for a experience like ours. read more

Not thrilled. I was skeptical the moment we arrived. The parking lot is a disaster and there was nowhere to park my car. There was no paperwork involved. The guy who was standing outside just took the keys from us and asked for my name. No phone number to contact me, no forms to fill out to let them know what I needed done. The guy just said "what do you want!" Tried calling them the next day to see if my car was ready and no one answered the phone. When they finally returned my call they advised us that they had ordered the wrong parts for my car. Upon arriving to pick my car up it was parked in the parking lot with all the windows rolled down and the key in the car! For starters that is not safe at all. Secondly I have severe asthma and COPD so dirt and pollen getting in my car is NOT acceptable to me. All my mirrors had been moved as was the position of my seat. The nice big greasy handprint on the hood of my white car was an added "bonus." My guess is all the reviews for this place were from family or friends. I won't be returning! Trying to pay the bill was another hassle. No reason checking out should take 10-15 minutes! read more

I am just a single mom with a middle income...however I now have two (older) Mercedes because after finding this guy I can afford to repair them if anything goes wrong ! I called around for estimates when I owned the car gave my daughter for graduation and was given estimates around $1,000 upwards ...I had a mechanic friend tell me what the problem was but he was not able to fix it... I called Luxus and after having my car towed there when all was over he fixed it for $263.00... As the other reviewer stated .."He is honest"! a couple months ago I drove past there and popped in to ask him if I could set an appointment for him to fix the " 1 malfunction' light that came on...he came outside, did something with a bulb in the trunk area and fixed it..no charge...excuse me ?? ....no kidding read more

I have been taking my C-Class to Iraj since I purchased the car in 2005-he has yet to steer me wrong. The reviews here mention that Iraj and his team are honest, and yes, that is accurate. He will charge you very reasonably for parts and repair services, it is always a better deal to go with Iraj than go to the dealerships in Tysons or Alexandria. We also have an older 1999 C-Class that has had a myriad of issues, but Iraj has been very good at repairs and is very timely about how long it will take to repair. His repair shop is small and in the corner, and the surrounding parking lots are usually full with his clients and others. That being said, I have not had an issue leaving my cars there for repair, even if overnight. I just purchased a 2013 E-Class, and will be taking it to him for everything from general service to any other issue that may arise. read more

I had some work done on my older Mercedes roadster by Luxus Automobile today and could not be happier. This is included replacing the timing chain, not a straightforward job. They really know their stuff. The best part was I had instructed them to replace a part that I thought was not functional. They identified that it simply wasn't connected properly, resolved that and didn't charge me for any of it. They could have replaced it and I would never know the difference. I felt like my car was in great hands, and they were trustworthy. I made the trip from Arlington, VA just to get the car serviced here. For one thing, they had great reviews. But I had contacted quite a few shops to get quotes on the timing chain replacement, and Iraj was the most reasonable. Affordable AND high quality -- I can't give more than 5 stars but I would if I could. read more

Great service fast! My wife had issues with the brakes on her GLK and therefore, was unable to get her vehicle past inspection. The inspector wanted to charge in excess of $1000 for the repairs, so she called the dealership informing them of the needed repairs per the inspector/mechanic at the local Shell station. I told my wife that I had come across Luxus who had a perfect review in yelp and told her I would take it in to have it looked at. If there was any skepticism I had, I can assure you there is none now. I had my brake pads replaced and vehicle inspected within an hour and a half for less than 25% of the quote by the inspector and dealership. Iraj is a straight shooter and won't try to nickel and dime you for unnecessary repairs. He told me what was wrong right off the bat and did not deviate from his initial investigation. I will gladly continue to take my vehicle to Luxus! My only disappointment is that they are exclusively a Mercedes Benz repair shop as I would trust these guys with my other vehicles as well. read more

With only one review on Yelp, and only a few others on other sites on the internet, I took a chance and brought my 20 yr old Benz to this shop. There are 2 mechanics plus the proprietor, but you can immediately tell that these guys know what they're doing, as they only work on MBenz, period. The work is high quality, very fairly priced both for parts and labor, especially when compared to "stealership" prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a Benz. The part alone at HBL was quoted as $550, and the labor was expected to be another $400-500. Luxus got it done for $500 all inclusive. The car is running great since the work was completed a month later. It had some serious performance issues when I brought it in. All gone! read more

Its true that they have service rates cheaper than the Benz dealer. But your better off paying those because they'll keep your car for 3 weeks. My car left this shop sounding worse than when it went in. My car now has an exhaust leak due to them not being able to put it back on correctly. read more

Luxus motor is a purely specialized Mercedes mechanic shop. They only do one thing - Mercedes. Iraj the owner is knowledgeable and honest. He talks you out of unnecessary things. I used to come here years ago when my girl friend had a C-class. She is now my wife and years later she has an S-class. Took it to HBL in Tysons and they want $1400 for a "Service-B!" That's outrageous. Called around and found a place in Alexandria that does it for $450. Had totally forgotten about Luxus and Iraj mainly because it's a bit too far from us. But I would only trust my car to a dealership or Iraj at Luxus. Since the dealership rips you off and Iraj charges $250 for the exact same $1400 service, it's a no brainer and worth the extra drive and wait time. If money grows on your backyard trees then just go to HBL or the dealer. If you earn your money the old fashioned hard way and you want to only hand your precious Mercedes to someone you'd trust then drive to manassas and hand it to Iraj and Luxus motors! read more

I work at a well know auto shop in the area they work on all models cars and trucks. I get a lot of people coming in for inspections that drive s550s and other model benzs i always ask them where they get there work done at and 90% of the customers told me Luxus out Manassas. So when it was time for me to get some work done on my s550 I reached out to Luxus and spoke directly to Iraj the owner/manager he gave me a price I shopped around still got a quote from my shop as well and by far they had the best price out of the 4 shops I reached out to. I set up an appointment to drop it off I brought the car in told me it would be ready by 5pm that day. I got a call about 3pm letting know a bolt was frozen and it wouldn't be ready till the next day no problem I live in stafford so I was cool with that. Iraj calling gave me a peace of mind. With Me working in a shop and seeing that things happen when getting work done I understand but when you don't get a phone call letting you know what's going on is where people get upset well anyway I came picked my car up the next morning and Iraj pulled it out the bay himself and and took me on the test drive with him to see if I was still having the same problems and the car was running sound a perfect. Most shops don't do that they call you and say it's done and you pick your keys up. He made sure I was happy with the work and the job was done right.
