Wonderful Sales Experience, Highly Recommend We purchased…read moreour first RV here and had the most delightful experience throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure. Karen was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different features. Her experience as an RV owner provided us with a lot of good insight. We went back several times to look at various models, and each time, team members were delightful and answered our questions. We could tell they wanted us to take our time, experience each coach, and choose the right one. Once we decided, the paperwork was simple. Brad provided a thorough and informative walkthrough with us. His first-hand knowledge of what to expect when setting up, taking down, and winterizing was invaluable. We would highly recommend National Indoor RV Centers in Manassas, VA.

We bought a new Winnebago View from NIRVC's Washington, DC location. The general manager there,…read moreJohn Rendo, was truly second to none! NIRVC is lucky to have John - and so were we. We got a great deal, bought a perfectly readied RV and were treated so well by each and everyone at the dealership that we felt immediately at home with all of them. They knew the product very well, they had it ready for us to inspect and test drive before we bought it and they made the few adjustments we asked for to allow us to finalize the deal and head home to Michigan within the time frame we needed. They assisted us in making motel and dining reservations while we were there and, most important, they made us feel valued and respected as customers. And our dog, Cooper, too! We are six time owners of new Class A Newmar motor homes and John and his staff made our buying experience and delivery of this Class C coach every bit as good as any coach we've ever bought in the past. When spending this kind of money, we sure love being treated this way. These guys have it all dialed in. Would never hesitate to buy or service with them again. We can recommend these folks, particularly John Rendo, without reservation. First class operation at the NIRVC location in Washington.

Everyone there was very understanding and helpful and worked with me while I was struggling to get it out of the shop. Nicole was amazing with explanations for the estimate from the get go. They respond to texts within minutes, call you back promptly, do a great job of letting you know what to expect with scheduling and costs.
