The first time I was towed, I had marked the DAY 18 instead of the YEAR 18. It was my FIRST NIGHT LIVING THERE. The second time I was towed was because my registration tag was expire, but I had renewed it and had a temporary registration on my phone, but they said "it has to be printed and placed on your dash." Not sure how I was supposed to know that. When I called the cops they said it wasn't their problem. DTR REFUSED to reduce or waive the towing fee. Needless to say, I hate DTR, I hate the Wellington Community, and I hate the City of Manassas. All three entities are corrupt and full of rude, nasty, and ugly people. Glad I left.

Made an appointment today to have the tire fixed but needed it towed to the shop. With the snow and all I lucked out it wasn't busy. I requested a quote through Yelp and within minutes Walter was able to get back to me and squeeze me in. Within the hour he was out front and able to grab my car, my keys, and drop it off ahead of my appointment. I got a text receipt and a photo of the car at the drop off. It was quick, easy, and given the short distance it had to go, very affordable. I definitely recommend and will keep them in mind should the need arise.

How do you work for a towing company and not know how to properly tow a vehicle without damaging it? These guys towed our truck and damaged the bumper, alignment, wheel, and body. We have proof that the truck was in great condition before it was towed. When we got it back, we confronted the company about the damage, and they tried to tell us it was already there when it definitely was not. They claimed they had pictures showing the damage was pre-existing, but when we asked them to send us those pictures, they refused. The guy who towed our truck told us we would have to speak with management, but when we asked him for a contact, he completely ghosted us. Thankfully, we have pictures of the truck before it was towed, and we will be pursuing this matter legally. However, not everyone is going to have that kind of proof, and nobody should have to worry about a towing company damaging their vehicle and then refusing to take responsibility for it. If I could give this company negative 1,000,000 stars, I would. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I've attached pictures of the damage, along with our conversation with the guy who towed the truck, so you can see the damage for yourself and get an idea of their "great" customer service.
