Made an appointment today to have the tire fixed but needed it towed to the shop. With the snow and all I lucked out it wasn't busy. I requested a quote through Yelp and within minutes Walter was able to get back to me and squeeze me in. Within the hour he was out front and able to grab my car, my keys, and drop it off ahead of my appointment. I got a text receipt and a photo of the car at the drop off. It was quick, easy, and given the short distance it had to go, very affordable. I definitely recommend and will keep them in mind should the need arise.

I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

I called him since it was late afternoon after the local tire shops were closed. He did an excellent job and surprised me by showing me the nail I saw wasn't even the main problem, there was a second nail further into the tire that I wasn't able to easily see. He even gave me the nail as a souvenir haha. Prices are reasonable for coming to your location and being available nearly around the clock compared to the limited hours at most tire shops. I did take a little while longer than planned to come but I was at home and he was busy so it all worked out. Super nice guy and first class professional work. Hopefully I don't have any tire issues anytime soon but if so I'll call him.

Alex was responsive and timely in getting to my house. When he arrived, he did some troubleshooting…read moreon my car and was able to figure out the issue to get it to start. He offered different options and followed me to the auto parts store to get my battery assessed and confirmed the battery needed to be replaced. He also went out of his way to locate a place that would be able to change the battery for me since the car need a special adapter to change the battery. He followed me to the repair shop and made sure I was good before he left. Thank you, Alex! You were a tremendous help!
