The reviews don't lie, he has pretty much an entire full service tire repair shop in his truck. Fortunately we were able to have our punctured tire with a slow leak fixed at home in our driveway rather than the middle of the street someplace. I called him since it was late afternoon after the local tire shops were closed. He did an excellent job and surprised me by showing me the nail I saw wasn't even the main problem, there was a second nail further into the tire that I wasn't able to easily see. He even gave me the nail as a souvenir haha. Prices are reasonable for coming to your location and being available nearly around the clock compared to the limited hours at most tire shops. I did take a little while longer than planned to come but I was at home and he was busy so it all worked out. Super nice guy and first class professional work. Hopefully I don't have any tire issues anytime soon but if so I'll call him. read more

So easy and convenient and he does good work and charges a fair price. That's all I have to say but yelp wants more words read more

D.J. of Mr. Quickpick is absolutely awesome! I called him for service on my vintage Buick Century as a tire had gone flat and the wire wheel lock was frozen. Not only did he manage to free up and remove the lock, he took the tire off and replaced the defective valve in the back of his truck. He checked to be sure the tire was true and remounted it... all within an hour. Very patient and careful with his work, plus we had a nice chat. All in all, an excellent experience that saved me from having my car towed then waiting around for who knows how long, just hoping to get it fixed correctly. I would not hesitate to call D.J. again for at-home car tire service.... he's the best! read more

So, here's the deal. You read these reviews and I'll admit it, you wonder if they're real or not. I am real. I really had a problem. Mr. Quickpick really fixed me. My kid had a flat tire in NE, and because of reasons, was nowhere near the car. I called Mr. Quickpick, and he arrived within an hour, figured out what was wrong (and took pictures of it so I could confirm the problem), found a tire for me well past open hours for a tire store, and put the tire on the car. And the price was so good, I tossed a forty dollar tip on there. He didn't ask for one, but damn! The man was so fast and good, I felt like I wanted to. When was the last time you WANTED to tip someone? I did. Mr. Quickpick. My kid thinks I have super powers now.... read more

Nice. Effective. Reasonably priced. Will reuse service if I need to, but fingers crossed I don't.

Great job helping fix my punctured tire. Highly recommend DJ and his service if you are stranded. Fair price and quick response time!

DJ was absolutely fantastic! I needed a tire repaired this morning and left him a message--he called back right away and let me know exactly when he'd be arriving. When he was running just a few minutes behind, he even sent me a text with an updated ETA, which I really appreciated. His professionalism is outstanding, and he repaired my tire perfectly. It's rare to find someone so responsive, reliable, and skilled. I can't recommend DJ highly enough!. read more

I called Mr. Quickpick when I discovered a flat in one of my car's tires. Within about on hour, he came to my house, removed the tire, repaired it, balanced it, and reinstalled it on the car. He was exactly what you want in a roadside assistance: fast, convenient, friendly, and relatively inexpensive. I will not hesitate to use him again next time I have a problem. read more

I give my highest recommendation to DJ. He responded lightening fast and was here very quickly to fix my tire. Great job, very reasonable pricing and a very nice guy read more

Requested help with a jump for a car that was in a garage. Great service from the start. They were very quick to respond and priced very reasonably. I will use them again if needed in a heart beat. Their service was better than the companies that my insurance Ance company sends that are part of the roadside service I pay for. read more

My tire caught a bad flat on the highway. I was able to hop off just across the bridge and was, unfortunately, in a semi-busy spot for help. I called my insurance company and was told the first tire repair company they chose wouldn't come to my location due to the traffic and that I would have to get towed. I requested they call a second company and I'm so glad I did because not only was DJ open to coming, he was there in under 20 min. DJ was polite, funny and super helpful (even unknowingly helping with a water issue I have with my door). The whole process took less than 20 min and he even gave me advice on how I should handle the tire repair - which was also very helpful. With or without insurance coverage, I'd call this company again for help...it would be worth every penny! read more

I had a tire blowout on a dark street and cold night and Mr. Quick pick arrived exactly when he said he would and his pricing was very reasonable. I would call him again in a second! read more

My car battery was older and needed to be replaced, however I didn't want to pay for it to be towed to a shop and deal with that whole dynamic. I called at 9 am and they were at my apartment complex by 10:30 replacing my battery. The gentleman who came out was professional and kind. I was shocked at how inexpensive the service was $217 for the battery and install is an amazing price. The battery they provided me with has a 5 year warranty as well. read more

Super responsive and professional! Made me feel taken care of and reassured. I had gotten locked out of my vehicle and called them for pricing - they pick up their phone, they respond to emails and texts, they made it feel personal and protective. Highly recommend who they've got employed on the phones and on the road. read more

This was my first time using Mr. Quick Pick roadside service. A friend and I had a flat tire from a nail. We called and Dejene (DJ) said he would be there in 15 minutes. He got there in 12 minutes. He was extremely friendly and helpful with instructions to find the nail. He explained what he was doing and why, so I could follow. We found the nail and he discussed options for what we could do. He was pretty funny- making a stressful situation less so. After he fixed the tire and pumped it up, he checked the pressure on the rest of the tires. He pumped them up for free. Super professional, kind, and punctual. Definitely recommend this company if you need assistance in a jam. read more

Dead battery, car in driveway. Instead of having it towed, etc. These guys brought me the battery I needed, installed it, answered my questions and gave me helpful advice. Strongly recommend. read more

My dumbass locked my keys in my truck at eleven o'clock on a Friday at the start of a holiday weekend. Considering the fact that the last time I had locked myself out I ended up paying $180 on a weekday morning, I was highly considering just breaking my window and paying for that instead. My husband (the rational one) found Mr. Quickpick, and after a brief discussion, he arrived within fifteen minutes. It took him all of five minutes to get my door open, and I cannot tell you how relieved I was at his expediency, cheerful demeanor, and entirely reasonable rate less than half of what I was expecting. DJ absolutely saved my skin, and I totally appreciate it. If you need a lock picked, I cannot recommend this company enough. Seriously. Don't screw around with more comparison shopping. This is the sign you're looking for to hire someone to straighten your mess out. read more

Woke up to a completely flat tire... had a busy day so no time to address it. Since it was evening I had serious doubts anyone would be able to fix it especially this close to the holidays. DJ @ Mr. Quickpick answered and was here within the hour! Had a great attitude, got my tire fixed at an extremely reasonably price and time. We are definitely saving this number and suggest you do too! read more

I got a flat tire between jobs, called for a quote and ETA. DJ originally said 45 minutes, but when I told him I needed to be at work in 1.5 hours, he got there in 25 minutes! He was very friendly, patiently answered my many questions, and made some smart recommendations for my car's longevity without being condescending. He charged me exactly what he said he would on the phone ($60). He made sure my trunk was re-packed before he left. The other two places I called for roadside assistance quotes called me back literally *hours* later to dispatch their crews- I was already at work by then! I will definitely call these guys again. read more

I called DJ at 5am on a Friday with what I thought was a nail in my tire. He got there in about 20 minutes despite being all the way out in Virginia and I'm in DC. We found out that I actually had a big hole in the side of my tire (I did not previously closely examine the tire) and it would have to be towed. But he didnt just leave me high and dry; DJ took pictures of my tire and told me what to tell a tire shop to make sure they had my tire in stock. On top of his knowledge of cars, I later found out that he left the gym to come help me which is INSANE customer service. Seriously do not hesitate to call DJ for roadside assistance!!! read more

Great service! DJ was there within 30 minutes, confirmed the issue and had my car running again in 10 minutes. Can't fault anything, would definitely use him again and will be recommending him. read more

What a way to end the year, with a flat tire down the street from my house. I called and Dejene (DJ) came out pretty quickly about 25 minutes from when I called and saved the day! I thought he would put the spare tire on my VW Routan (spare is under the car and hard for me to get to) but he found the nail that caused the flat and was able to plug it. I'm sure he saved me a lot of money from a shop telling me that I needed a new tire, when it only needed a plug. He inflated the tire enough to get the nail out, plug it, check it and then reinflated the tire to the correct pressure. Super efficient, knowledgeable and very personable, DJ was a true professional and did an excellent job for a fair price. Thank you so much for quickly fixing a stressful situation, if I ever have a need for any of your services again, DJ you have my business without any hesitation. Happy New Year from a very happy customer. read more

Locked myself out of my car late one night. Couldn't get a hold of anyone at my insurance company because it was outside normal business hours, so I decided to call Mr. Quickpick. My call was answered promptly and I was able to get someone out to me in roughly 30 minutes. DJ was very professional and was able to get me the help I needed with zero damage to my vehicle. His rates are amazing and from just our interaction I could tell that he is a stand up guy who genuinely enjoys helping others. Couldn't recommend this company enough!!! read more

DJ helped me with unlocking my car this morning! What a lifesaver! Fast, efficient and friendly!

Excellent service and fair price. I needed a jump start and someone arrived earlier than expected, He arrived with a portable battery charger because my car was in a low clearance parking structure. Extremely pleased with this service. Showed up in a timely manner and finished unlocking my car even faster.

I ran over a piece of metal which caused a flat, luckily, I was near my home and was able to schedule the service for the next morning. My roadside assistance connected with me Mr. Quick Pick. DJ gave me a 30-minute pre-call so I was expecting his arrival. He was prompt, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about tires and cars. He gave me advice on how to find my next tire. He was excellent and I hope that my insurance company continues to recommend him for local service calls. Definitely, a thumbs up to DJ!! I am grateful for an easy fix that was painless and for DJ who has great customer service and made my morning! read more
