After wasting an entire Saturday waiting for a technician to arrive and then spending 77$ , all I received in return was a botched tire patch that caused the air to leak after he left, leaving me with a complete flat tire. And even worse, he refused to come back to fix it unless I coughed up more money and/or get a new tire. You have lost me as a customer for ever. read more

Basin was great!! He came and got my hood open which was stuck and I couldn't get to my battery that was dead! He used WD-40 to lubricate it and after getting it open he continued to lubricate all the areas that are related to the hood latches. Now it opens normally! I'm happy. I had a nail in my tire and put in a request for a tire plug online and UberRoadSideHelp came out to assist. Showed up late and charged me 100.00 for 15 mins worth of work. Two of them came, his assistant is much nicer than he is. When I inquired about getting the tire patched, Basim never mentioned it's 100.00 when if he did I would have said no thank you and paid less for somewhere else and the Uber ride to drop off and pickup my Lexus. He replied 25.00 wouldn't even cover the gas for me to come here from Arlington. I'm in Tyson's Corner and my car takes Premium Gas. It's not that far in traffic. He even tried to upsell me on two new tires for 425 installed. When I said this is only temporary I already have the tires I wanted picked out. I wont use them for something like this again. Definitely will call if I'm stranded and need them to come fix something in a time crunch. They never gave an upfront price or estimate when I asked. read more

My battery died in my driveway (we have a long driveway that is a little weird to navigate). Not a problem for UberRoadSide. In addition, they were super responsive, replaced my battery on the spot, warrantied my battery, and even explained a couple things to keep an eye out for that would signal a problem (e.g., any corrosion on battery). This is the way to do it people. I had called triple A and the roadside service associated with my credit card, but just felt underwhelmed and like I was being put into a rabbit-hole-like system. Working direct with UberRoadSide seemed more efficient. Also, I have teen drivers so UberRoadSide (avail 24/7) is going in their contacts on their phones as well as the glovebox envelope with insurance and registration. read more

This review sounds crazy but actually happened...I had just reached my car, got in behind the wheel when my cell rang. It was my sister in California--we had to talk...and we do ...for hours!! The day was, well, a California dry, sunny day. I was parked under a huge Arlington shade tree, all my windows were down....I reclined my comfortable drivers seat---and we talked and talked and after one and one half hours said good by. I turned the car key -- it was dead! I whipped out my phone and tapped my Yelp app and immediately up popped up Uberroadsidehelp and I still can't believe how quickly he came to my rescue, again!! "Where are you?", he asked while looking up the address of the house nearby where I was parked on 15th Street. AMAZING COMPANY AND WORKERS. I got a flat tire on my way back home from a night shift at the hospital. I managed to drive the short distance home, but was panicking at 1 am to fix my flat tire. Basem answered my prayers, and responded to my quote request within 5 minutes. He offered the best price, and offered to come within 30 minutes to change my flat to my spare donut. Since I was already parked at home, I asked if I could buy a new tire from his company and have a technician change my flat tire in the morning. Basem answered my emails within minutes, and even explained how to find out the type/size of tire I needed for my car, so he could find one for me. In the morning, Basem personally came to change my tire himself. He put on my spare donut (until he could retrieve a normal tire for me to buy) so I could drive to work. He then returned in the evening to change the spare donut to an actual replacement tire. I didn't even need to go to the dealership or costco for a tire. Basem was beyond kind. This company was tremendous. My daughter had a flat tire on I-66 at 7:00 am in the morning and after four hours of getting the run around with State Farm Roadside Assistance, we called this company. They were there in 15 minutes and had her on her way in 30 minutes. They were very nice and polite and were apologetic for what she had gone through although it was no fault of theirs. I called Uber Roadside help while I was traveling and my partner was having unexpected issues with our car and needed to make a trip to visit an ill relative. We have AAA+ but I was hoping to find someone that could do more than tow her to the nearest service station. I got so much more than I bargained for and am so glad I made the call! Basem from Uber Roadside help fit us in during an incredibly busy holiday weekend; came to our house; diagnosed and fixed the issue within minutes and changed an incredibly reasonable price. He waifed while she rode the car around briefly to make sure all was in order. When the sensor light came back on, she was able to reach him immediately, he assured her that it would likely go off in few minutes and that the structural issue had been fixed but - if she was feeling anxious - offered to drive out to where she was just so she had the confidence that the car was safe. As he had suggested, the light went off in a few minutes and the issue was indeed fixed. When I referred a friend to this team, not only did they also get top notch service, but they came outside to find Basem fixing an issue he had found (for free). I have lived in DC for well over a decade now and have finally found a mechanic, locksmith and road side assistance service that I can trust,. The team is polite, communicate and prompt. There's no run around, no hassles, just top notch service at incredibly reasonable prices (I hate it say this but they should charge more). These folks are incredibly competent, offer an incredibly set of convenient services (at your home or at their shop), at an incredibly reasonable price and zero stress. I read previous reviews attesting to the responsiveness of this company, and they didn't disappoint when I contacted them today about a flat tire. Basem, the owner, responded within 10 minutes and was out front fixing my tire a little over an hour later. He apparently has a sizable team of people scattered throughout the DMV each day helping folks with unexpected car trouble. On days when client demand is higher -- or sometimes just because -- Basem himself jumps in his truck and pitches in. A seemingly nice guy who takes pride in his craft. Basem was great! My battery in my truck had gone bad and the corrosion had chewed through the terminal. I had a replacement battery but couldn't fix the terminal on my own. Basem diagnosed the problem over the phone, showed up in an hour and fixed the terminal in under an hour to get my truck moving again. After arriving after a long delayed flight, I arrived at my car to find that it would not start(dead battery). I have membership with the big roadside assistance company and called them. Since the car was in a parking garage, I advised them that there was a 6 foot clearance for a service truck but that if they just brought a jumper box, there would be no problem. They advised help would arrive within one hour(by 2:41 AM). A half hour later,they called back and said no small service trucks were available and none of the services had a jump Box. They also said there would be someone with a smaller truck available at 6:45AM...another four hours. I turned to Yelp, and contacted Uber Roadside Help via text. Within two minutes, they called. They gave me a price quote and said they would arrive in 20 minutes. I advised of the parking garage clearance. Not a problem, they said they would bring a car and jumper box. Well, it wasn't 20 minutes...it was 15. The gentleman was so courteous and friendly and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. I thought the price was very fair too, especially considering it was the middle of the night. Without a doubt, I would call them again if I ever have a problem.
