After all the doors and vehicles serviced by A&A I wanted to state the service and quality have been maintained. When scheduling they do not over promise. After hours involves a wait but during business hours the response has been outstanding. Thank you Faith. You and your family have been an asset to my home and business. read more

Great little shop! I passed by today looking for graphite to unstick my chronically stuck bike lock. The co-owner not only gave me some handy tips but then loaned me her super-duper lubricant -- which worked like a charm. She was very friendly and thoughtful -- and saved me time and money. This is the kind of small biz you want in your town! By the way, they're moving and merging here: Arlington Lock 6201 Leesburg Pike Falls Church, VA 22044 read more

Our house in Waverley Hills had a change in tenants on a Friday and needed the locks re-keyed. The woman who answered was very professional and collected all the data about the type of lock/key. We set an appointment for Monday and the locksmith (Chris I believe) arrived at the set time. Everything went well and the cost was extremely fair. I highly recommend AA Locksmith Service. read more

Our small business was charged approx $1400 for 4 locks. Locksmith demanded payment on the spot before he'd leave our business instead of sending an invoice. If you need payment on the spot, you should simply mention so before scheduling service. Turns out one lock didn't need to be changed. There was a toothpick stuck inside. An easy fix is to use a match to burn the toothpick. Instead, locksmith said the entire unit needed to be replaced. This $1400 didn't even include new locks. In one instance he just moved a closet lock to the back door, "to save you some money". Poor customer service. After researching the matter, price for a service that took less than 30 minutes should have cost SIGNIFICANTLY less. Get an estimate before starting any with. Better yet, find a locksmith with a record of excellent service. Not this one. read more

Great place and service! The team there was thoughtful and friendly. They even gave us great recommendations on nail salons to try after asking. My order was completed perfectly and the keys were great. Even if they're a little out of the way for me, I'll come back or request their service! read more

Wanted to support small business but didn't deliver on the timeframe we discussed which set my expectation. Wasted two trips.

Poor customer service, poor quality in workmanship, worthless value. Had he responded and kept his word to swap out the key fob value, service and timely response would be 5 STARS. read more

Excellent Service! Professional, fast and efficient. I highly recommend AA Locksmith Service. read more

I had an amazing experience with AA Locksmith. The woman who works there was kind and very willing to help me. It was also very affordable. I could not recommend this place enough, and if I ever need a locksmith again I will absolutely be going here. read more

Have been to AA Locksmith in Arlington twice this month. Despite the VA mandate none of the employees wear masks. This shows complete disregard for their customers. Me and my mask will not be back. (Also they open at 9:30, not 9:00) read more

I had very positive experience with AA Locksmith this week. The woman who assisted me explained why previous attempts to copy my keys didn't work (because I wasn't copying the original key). And even more important--the copies made by AA Locksmith worked! If you need locksmith services, I highly recommend going to AA Locksmith. An added bonus- they are Redskins fans! read more

I had a deadbolt fail mechanically and could not enter. AA locksmith was located close by and had some good reviews. They fully lived up to their reputation. They arrived during our absence and managed to gain entry and repair the broken deadbolt. Price was very reasonable. And all of my communications with them were cordial and informative. We have just moved into a new apartment and I absolutely plan to use this local business to rekey the locks once the contractors are done. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Quick easy and professional. Had to get two door bolts keyed the same. Went into store, technician was called in from the field. Went to the bank and came back to finished work. read more

Okay, so yes, they offer great service and decent prices... but each time I've set up an appointment with them, they do not adhere to the two hour window provided nor do they bother to call and let me know they're running late or need to reschedule. I always have to play Marco/Polo with them. This has happened four times in the past two years, so it's enough to knock them down to three stars for me. Customer service really does go a long way. read more

Helpful and friendly. I went in to buy key chains and key rings. They had exactly the selection I was looking for.

Awesome! Second time using this company for a lockout and both times have been superb! I called Alan from the airport (at 10:30AM on a Sunday btw) and he met me at my house within 20 minutes (almost beating me there)!! He was genuinely kind and very friendly and was able to open a quite tricky door in no time at all (I think it only took under 2 minutes). They even take Amex - huge bonus there. Hopefully, I've learned my lesson (ha) ...If not ... I'll call these guys again! read more

I locked myself out of my apartment a few months ago on a Sunday afternoon. Alan picked up the phone right away, and arrived within a half hour. He was polite, friendly, professional, and got me into my apartment pretty quickly- I couldn't ask for more! They do take credit cards (via a square ipad system), which is awesome for when you're in a pinch. read more

Very fair and very quick! The workman knew exactly what was needed to fix the lock to the front door!

My excellent experience with AA Locksmith began in their shop in 10th St in Clarendon. Was greeted with a smile by Jaclyn, a knowledgeable member of the owner's family who presented different locks and handset. I wanted a smart lock and received good advice on purchase options. When the products were received a few days later, an installation appointment was scheduled for the next morning. A price for the labor was given as was an estimated amount of time to complete the job...about an hour. The next day Alan, the locksmith, arrived promptly at 9am for a 9 to 11 window. He was friendly, knowledgeable, wore a mask, and completed the job in 37 minutes including taking my payment with a mobile credit card reader. He also made two new spare keys in his truck. I'm very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend AA Locksmith. read more

My family has found itself a life-long partner in AA Locksmith Service... Inquiries were promptly responded to, their team is delightful to work with, and their pricing structure has to be the best value in all of NOVA... seriously, we consider ourselves quite fortunate to have come upon this business! Thank you AA Locksmith, and thank you Yelp! read more

Quick response, very reasonable price, and very friendly service. Highly recommend.

Quick response, reasonable price, and very friendly service for reprogramming my Toyota keyless key. I lost my keys when my car was parked in a timed space and he gave me an accurate ETA and was there ASAP. It only took him about 15-20 minutes to reprogram a new key and get me back on the road before the meter expired. Highly recommend if you need a new key made! read more

We had an urgent lockout situation today and AA not only responded quickly with a fair quote, they were at my house within 15 minutes, hours before some of locksmiths I spoke to, and days before the rest. Smooth, speedy service, and Trey was great to work with. Would recommend AA and will definitely use them again going forward. read more

My son locked himself out in 35° weather in his pajamas. He asked a neighbor who was leaving for work to use her cell phone as his was locked in the condo. He called me in Florida and asked me to find a locksmith in Arlington. I found AA Locksmith on line and called Alan. He was there within 15 minutes and got my son into his unit. That's what I call service. read more

I've been dumb enough to lock myself out of my apartment twice this summer. I wish I had called AA the first time. Tonight they were able to get someone to me in under 40 minutes and into my apartment in five. Kafir (spelling?) was very polite, didn't make me feel uncomfortable as a single woman letting a stranger open her apartment door. $150 is a steep price to pay but it's cheaper than Baldinos and worth it when you need to get home! read more

Called for a quote. Nice receptionist gave me clear simple quote, which BTW was significantly cheaper than Baldinos and Spencer. I made an appointment to rekey 7 locks. He showed up within the appointment time. Very friendly, polite and professional. He not only rekeyed all 7 locks, he also corrected 2 knobs that were installed upside down so they faced the same direction as the deadbolts and also must have greased or cleaned everything up because all my locks and deadbolts work smoother than before. Definitely would recommend them and use them again! $85 for the service call and $25 per lock. read more

Quick response to my request for a lock change (which anytime you are buying a property should be the among the first things you do). The guy arrived right on the end of the window given (given that it was a rainy day, I had called the same day and his last job was down 95 I won't hold it against them). 20 minutes later he had all 4 deadbolts changed and I can sleep a lot safer at night. The price was 85 for the call and 25 per lock, which seemed reasonable for the peace of mind it gave me. read more

I called them and spoke to a friendly lady who secured a Locksmith for me who could arrive in 30 minutes at my location. I requested a 60 minute duration and it was accepted . At approximately 65 minutes later the locksmith arrived, and was professional. The work was about 30 seconds or less, and the work was complete. I could not be happier with the time, service, and the fact it was a Friday evening. Thank you AA Locksmith. read more

Fast service, great communication, on time and price was competitive. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks for resolving my problem. :)

We had a Sentry safe that we could not get into due to a recent employee's termination. AA Locksmith Service came right out and was able to open the safe using a code through the manufacturer. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. And part of that time was just to provide payment info. Very prompt, very professional and most helpful! THANK YOU! read more

I called yesterday and was scheduled for an appointment today. The locksmith was very polite. He changed 4 of my locks and sprayed them. All keys worked fine! He called when he was en route and showed up on time! read more

Terrifically friendly and professional service. Our small safe wouldn't open (with the key, even). I called a couple of places that were either non-committal, set expectations of ridiculous prices, or just kind of creepy. The owner at AA Locksmith was terrific, set up an appointment same-day and kept the time. The locksmith himself was no-nonsense, got the job done, and also professional. Very reasonable price, even took the defunct safe off my hands. Won't buy that brand of safe again: Will highly recommend AA Locksmith in Arlington! read more

Our deadbolt broke and I called AA. The technician, Will, arrived at the early end of the projected time window and was courteous and efficient. I will call them again. read more

Very responsive and professional service on a late night weekend call. I had my purse stolen with ID and key so needed a re-keying asap. The service man came over about an hour after I left a message on their answering machine after 9 pm. He was very nice and pleasant and quickly rekeyed the door. Highly recommend them. The price was a little higher than some I see quoted here, but it was a weekend night. read more

Very positive experience. Needed spare keys for a ten-year old Toyota Corolla that I had just bought. Checking on the phone, I found that AA Locksmith had a much lower price ($65) than others and also could cut the keys right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable people there. Prompt and professional service, and very helpful.
