So I locked myself out of my apartment (classic mistake) and Mr. Locksmith saved the day. Guy shows up fast and looks like he could bench press the door, but instead, he delicately opened it in just a few minutes without damaging anything. He even tightened the door handle and gave some advice to avoid future lockouts which I appreciated. The only reason I only give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price felt a bit high for the fast fix -- but quite frankly in that moment, I was just happy to be inside again. I was pissed off because the guy from Mr Locksmith said he was only a few minutes out. He made me wait for nearly 2 hours on the curb. He was also very unprofessional about his service.
