Ronnie did a great job. Showed up on time and when he finished I had two brand new fobs that worked perfectly.

He came and fixed my lock issues very quickly and so much cheaper than I was quoted at my dealership. Thank you so much !

Had an absolutely awful experience with a simple installation of two smart deadbolts, and a matching pair of handle sets, all from Kwikset. This was a follow up visit from the same technician that came previously to rekey one deadbolt and had told us that, since our front door was Kwikset, we needed to install other Kwikset locks if we wanted all of them keyed to a single deadbolt key. So we bought the equipment for two Kwikset Kevo smart locks, and a matching set of hardware for a set of French doors (with a regular door and a dummy door). It became very quickly obvious that the technician had no idea what he was doing with the installation. At one point, when he had emptied all of the boxes of Kwikset handles that we had bought - rendering over $300 of equipment not returnable - he actually remarked aloud to my spouse that he was familiar with Schlage and other locks, but actually was not familiar with Kwikset locks. That should've been his cue to STOP what he was doing and call in an expert, but instead he continued to mess with the door and the locks, ultimately leaving us with a mess of mismatched door handles, an extra hole in our door that is not covered by any hardware, and a $300 pair of handle sets that we now could no longer return. I actually heard him listening to a video on how to install Kwikset locks, which is ridiculous! *I* could've done that! I even came home to my husband, trying to drill in one of the Kevo smart locks, that apparently the technician had not installed properly. There is no way in a locksmith service call that the homeowner should be doing any of the installation themselves. And we were charged nearly $400 for the pleasure of a barely half done job. For two deadbolts and a pair of handle sets. Absolutely ridiculous. Would never use them again. read more

Obtaining a response was QUICK for a late Saturday afternoon submission of the online request form on their website. Ronnie was personable, professional, and thorough. He verified all keys and FOBs worked independently, the original and copies, in front of me. An easy transaction! Total Security Locksmith is efficient, competitively priced, and easy to locate. I am keeping him in my back pocket for all future locksmith needs. read more

Very prompt in response. Quote was honest and responsible. Did not know my quote request would invite several under-biddings. Total Security's quote was on the highest end. But they seemed to be most knowledgeable, skilled and responsible and turned out to be so. Worth the extra bucks! read more

Yesterday was my second encounter with Ronen. Two years ago, I found him on Yelp, and had him cut and program two new keys for my 2006 Honda. I purchased them off of Amazon, as the cost at the dealership at the time was $175/key. He did a terrific job, and I walked away with two new keys for much less than the cost of one. Fast forward to yesterday--he reprogrammed the valet key, which I had neglected the last time, and replaced a battery in another key. This left me where I was 17 years ago when I walked out of the dealership, with three perfectly operating keys at a phenomenally low price (I think he did me a favor!) Any lock or key problem I have in the future, I know who to call--Ronen! read more

Ronnie was awesome, as was his wife who I corresponding with. I needed a lock rekeyed and not only was the cost far less than others (significantly less, which was shocking because others quoted me hundreds of dollars) but he was in and out in maybe 20-30 minutes. No complaints here, and I'll definitely keep them in mind if need be. read more

The company representative completed my job very professionally. I was given the time and date for the arrival of the tech.

We have a couple used cars in the family that only had one (1) key. A honda and ford, both with electronic keys. The ford dealer couldn't program our spare, but Total Security Locksmith did it in 15 minutes. They also cut and program two for the honda. This company provided excellent service, and was very responsive over yelp messenger. Very reasonable prices. I could not recommend higher, definitely check them out if you need keys duplicated. read more

Went to their location to get smart keyfob cut and programmed. Owner was friendly, professional and met me with mask on and mindful of distance. It probably took 15 minutes, tops. Pricing was in line with other automotive locksmiths but tons cheaper than if I had gone to a dealership to get the same work done! I'd definitely use them again and I highly recommend them! read more

Ronnie was so easy to work with and his response time was quick. He did a rekey of all my door locks. He was cautious and wore and mask and was safe. read more

I had a badly stuck closed bathroom door with a broken locking mechanism which was broken and stuck inside. The technician sent texts and called to confirm his arrival, which was exactly on time. The door and frame are very tight which made the job difficult, but the technician was very skilled and diligent. The fee was very reasonable, as I was charged the same to open the door, remove the old lock and install a new one for a what another company wanted just to open the door. Would gladly call them again if needed! Thank you so much for coming out on a holiday. read more

Amazingly quick and great customer service! We were locked out of the house with little ones running around, so I called around to 3-4 places. Total Security was able to come to us in 15 minutes and at a reasonable flat rate of $140 (others quoted ranges from $80-$180, but who knew what the ultimate charge would have been). Ronen was friendly and competent. No complaints at all and well worth the mid-range cost to get everyone back in the house ASAP. read more

Ronen was flexible, easy to work with and reasonably priced. I needed a 2nd key cut/programmed for my car and he did it in 15 minutes! Apparently leaving a brief, complimentary review is suddenly "fake." Never met the owner prior to getting my key programmed - I solicited 4 bids via yelp to program a blank key for a '15 ford fusion and Ronen was the most reasonably priced. Would use him again. read more
