I had another incident that I needed help with and I thought I would reuse them. My phone sends unknown numbers to spam and so I was missing the dispatchers call. When I called back the dispatcher was extremely rude. I locked myself out on my way to my grandmas calling hours. You need better customer service because you never know what people are dealing with. The dispatcher is the first line of contact and being rude and yelling at a customer should never be how people are treated. Retrain your staff. read more

While they came quickly and reprogrammed my key for $200, they also broke the rearview mirror in my car. Tech tried fixing it with tape which lasted less than a day. It took me reaching out for them to respond in any way and all I got was a "sorry" and that they would send the same tech who broke my mirror in the first place to glue it on. Would not recommend. Update after their message: The tech broke my mirror, blamed it on the car, tried a haphazard fix and there was no response from the company until I reached out. I could've understood if the tech went to get the proper glue and fix it right then but both him and your company played it off like it was no big deal. We just moved into a newly constructed place and needed our front and back locks rekeyed. I requested a quote on Yelp and heard back within the hour from at least four companies including National Lock and Key. I sent them images of each lock and was surprised when they offered me a $99 Yelp special. I spoke with two other companies who quoted me around $180 and $200 and, after sharing that a "competitor" quoted me $99, they expressed concern that they would pull a bait and switch and charge me more. When your security is in someone else's hands, are to really going to send them away because they up the price? The locksmith came and after looking at my locks, said the cost would be $174. Something about the front lock not being a brand that could be rekeyed. Idk - I'm sure I'm not articulating the reason well but I was mostly annoyed that the bait & switch prophecy came true. At the end of the day, I'm glad I went ahead with it because I appreciate the security and think the locksmith did a good job. But maybe they shouldn't be giving quotes based on images if there's even a chance the job could end up costing more. read more

Prompt appointment and response. We used this contractor for car key programming. Be careful if you are not purchasing the fob directly from this vendor. We mistakenly bought a wrong fob, and they tried to program it without verifying it first. When it didn't work, they still charged us a $130($30 programming fee included) service fee. We ended up purchasing a correct fob online and took it to the dealer for programming. If you already have the fob, this option was much safer, as the dealer does not charge a service fee if the fob doesn't work. read more

They charged me to install a smart lock but once it was installed they told me it was broken and wouldn't work. They still charged me for the installation.
